Abstract
本发明公开了一种复合型PET保护膜的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:(1)、将PET材料置于冲压机内进行冲压成型,得到未印刷PET层;(2)、在所述未印刷PET层的一表面印刷图层,得到印刷PET层;(3)、将所述印刷PET层置于干燥机内进行烘烤;(4)、将烘烤后的所述印刷PET层置于成型生产模具中,然后将液态硅胶或塑胶涂抹于所述印刷PET层的图层上,通过热压成型方式将所述印刷PET层与液态硅胶连接为一体,得到复合型保护膜;(5)、将所述复合型保护膜在室温下冷却,即可获得复合型PET保护膜成品。通过该方法可以使PET与液态硅胶或塑胶连接为一体获得复合型PET保护膜,扩大了PET保护膜的应用范围,增强了产品的使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及PET保护膜的制备方法技术领域,尤其是一种复合型PET保护膜的制备方法。
背景技术
聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)是一种高度结晶的聚合物,其具有优良的耐磨性、电绝缘性、阻燃性、耐热老化性和吸水率低等特性,因此,具有特殊保护性能的PET保护膜广泛应用于电脑、数码相机及手机等电子产品中,现有PET保护膜主要是一层离型膜及一层PET原膜粘连在一起制作而成,即通过PET原膜涂布胶水后,再贴合一层PET离型膜,此PET保护膜只具备防水、耐磨及防高温等基本性能,不具有防撕裂及防静电等其它特性,限制了PET保护膜的应用范围,缩短了产品的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明为弥补现有技术的不足,提供一种复合型PET保护膜的制备方法,该方法实施简单,容易实现,使得PET与其它材料粘合在一起用于制备多功能性的复合型PET保护膜。本发明具体技术方案步骤如下:
(1)将PET材料置于冲压机内进行冲压成型,得到未印刷PET层;
(2)在未印刷的PET层的一表面印刷图层,得到印刷PET层;
(3)将印刷PET层置于干燥机内进行烘烤,其中,烘烤温度为80℃,烘烤时间为60分钟;
(4)将烘烤盾的印刷PET层置于成型生产模具中,然后将液态硅胶涂抹于印刷PET层的图层上,通过热压成型方式将印刷PET层与液态硅胶连接为一体得到复合型保护膜,其中,热压成型的温度为120℃,压力为80kg/cm2,时间为80秒;
(5)将复合型保护膜在室温下冷却,即可获得复合型PET保护膜成品。
进一步的,在上述方法中,步骤(3)中所述印刷PET层的烘烤温度为60-80℃,烘烤时间为50-60分钟。
进一步的,在上述方法中,步骤(4)中所述热压成型的温度为110-120℃,压力为70-80kg/cm2,时间为80-100秒。
本发明的有益效果:通过上述方法可以使得PET材料与液态硅胶或具有特殊性能的塑胶材料连接为一体,获得复合型PET保护膜,复合型PET保护膜在应用于电脑、数码相机及手机等电子产品中,不仅具有防水、耐磨、耐高温防阻燃的作用,而且具有防静电或防撕裂等特殊性能,扩大了PET保护膜的应用范围,增强了产品的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述,以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明提供的一种复合型PET保护膜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
实施例1
(1)将PET材料置于冲压机内进行冲压成型,得到未印刷PET层;
(2)在未印刷的PET层的一表面印刷图层,得到印刷PET层;
(3)将印刷PET层置于干燥机内进行烘烤,其中,烘烤温度为80℃,烘烤时间为60分钟;
(4)将烘烤盾的印刷PET层置于成型生产模具中,然后将液态硅胶涂抹于印刷PET层的图层上,通过热压成型方式将印刷PET层与液态硅胶连接为一体得到复合型保护膜,其中,热压成型的温度为120℃,压力为80kg/cm2,时间为80秒;
(5)将复合型保护膜在室温下冷却,即可获得复合型PET保护膜成品。
实施例2
(1)将PET材料置于冲压机内进行冲压成型,得到未印刷PET层;
(2)在未印刷的PET层的一表面印刷图层,得到印刷PET层;
(3)将印刷PET层置于干燥机内进行烘烤,其中,烘烤温度为60℃,烘烤时间为50分钟;
(4)将烘烤盾的印刷PET层置于成型生产模具中,然后将液态硅胶涂抹于印刷PET层的图层上,通过热压成型方式将印刷PET层与液态硅胶连接为一体得到复合型保护膜,其中,热压成型的温度为120℃,压力为80kg/cm2,时间为100秒;
(5)将复合型保护膜在室温下冷却,即可获得复合型PET保护膜成品。
通过上述方法可以使得PET材料与液态硅胶或具有特殊性能的塑胶材料连接为一体,获得复合型PET保护膜,复合型PET保护膜在应用于电脑、数码相机及手机等电子产品中,不仅具有防水、耐磨、耐高温防阻燃的作用,而且具有防静电或防撕裂等特殊性能,扩大了PET保护膜的应用范围,增强了产品的使用寿命。

Claims (3)
1.一种复合型PET保护膜的制备方法,其特征在于,本发明具体技术方案步骤如下:
(1)将PET材料置于冲压机内进行冲压成型,得到未印刷PET层;
(2)在未印刷的PET层的一表面印刷图层,得到印刷PET层;
(3)将印刷PET层置于干燥机内进行烘烤,其中,烘烤温度为80℃,烘烤时间为60分钟;
(4)将烘烤盾的印刷PET层置于成型生产模具中,然后将液态硅胶涂抹于印刷PET层的图层上,通过热压成型方式将印刷PET层与液态硅胶连接为一体得到复合型保护膜,其中,热压成型的温度为120℃,压力为80kg/cm2,时间为80秒;
(5)将复合型保护膜在室温下冷却,即可获得复合型PET保护膜成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备复合型PET保护膜的方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述印刷PET层的烘烤温度为60-80℃,烘烤时间为50-60分钟。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备复合型PET保护膜的方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述热压成型的温度为110-120℃,压力为70-80kg/cm2,时间为80-100秒。
