Abstract
本发明公开了一种超弹性硅胶振膜材料。本发明所述的超弹性硅胶振膜材料采用硅橡胶及其他辅料混合,然后上下附隔离膜做成夹芯结构,经过热压成型,热压成型的夹芯层即为硅橡胶振膜材料。该发明制得的硅橡胶振膜材料用于扬声器、受话器等振膜使用,其弹性模量低,阻尼效果好,制得的扬声器产品与其他传统材料相比,谐振频率F0更低;低频失真率更好,低于10%。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种超弹性硅胶振膜材料。
背景技术
随着电子产品朝着越轻越薄方向发展,受话器、扬声器的体积也必须要求越来越轻薄短小。随着扬声器体积的减小,维持和提高扬声器的音质和音量变成厂家竞相追逐的研发目标。众所周知,振膜是扬声器中与音质和音量最相关的组件之一,振膜的材质选用会直接影响扬声器的音质和音量表现。特别是在现今的微型扬声器架构中,振膜的材质几乎就是影响扬声器音质与音量的最关键因素。
为了改善声放效果,优化产品性能,人们在振膜的结构、材料等方面均做出很多尝试探索。硅胶材料流动性强,且具有较宽的温度适应范围,做为振膜材料使用,不容易因温度变化而发生变形,能够更好的保证扬声器的性能;并且其机械性能较强,柔顺性也较好,极有助于改善振膜性能。因此关于硅胶振膜的研究,近年来业界关注较多。如专利CN201520839998提出的硅胶振膜以及扬声器的制造方法、专利CN201320878219所述的复合振膜及应用振膜的扬声器的制造方法和专利201420142187.4所提出的扬声器的振膜,上述三篇实用新型专利均提出了硅胶在振膜中的应用,但上述实用新型专利提出的硅胶振膜均为PEEK或其他材料与硅胶材料制成的硅胶复合振膜,上述专利所述的硅胶复合振膜均存在性能一般,实现工艺复杂,成本高,很难实现商业化生产。因此,本发明专利提出一种超弹性硅胶振膜材料及制造方法,该发明成型工艺简单,易于实现。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种操作简单、易于实现,受话器、扬声器用超弹性硅胶振膜材料;该振膜材料用于扬声器、受话器等振膜使用,其弹性模量低,阻尼效果好,制得的扬声器产品与其他传统材料相比,谐振频率F0更低;低频失真率更好,低频失真率低于10%。
本发明具体发明的技术方案为:一种超弹性硅胶振膜材料及其制作方法,该超弹性硅胶振膜材料采用40-60份的硅橡胶、5-15份的补强材料、10-30份的结构控制材料、3-10份的交联剂、1-5份的催化剂和1-3份的调色组分混合,然后上下附隔离膜做成夹芯结构,经过140-200度,热压3-5分钟成型,热压成型的夹芯层即为硅橡胶振膜材料。
优选的是:硅橡胶为甲基硅橡胶、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶、甲基苯基乙烯基硅橡胶和氟硅橡胶中的一种或几种。
优选的是:补强材料为白炭黑、纳米钛白粉、炭黑等无机材料;
优选的结构控制材料为有甲基硅油、乙基硅油、甲基含氢硅油、甲基苯基硅油、甲基氯苯基硅油、甲基乙氧基硅油、甲基三氟丙基硅油、甲基乙烯基硅油、甲基羟基硅油、乙基含氢硅油、羟基含氢硅油、多乙烯基硅油、含氢硅油、羟基硅油等;
优选的是:交联剂为多烷氧基硅烷、多丁酮肟基硅烷、多乙酰氧基硅烷、多胺基硅烷、多酰胺基硅烷、多异丙烯氧基硅烷、含氢硅油、羟基硅油等;
优选的是:催化剂为有机锡、钛酸酯、胺、铂络合物,钌或铑络合物等等;
优选的是:调色组份为氧化锌、钦白、碳酸钙、氧化铁、铬黄、耐晒黄、酞普蓝、酞臂绿、联苯胺黄等;
优选的是:隔离膜为PP隔离膜 PE隔离膜 PET隔离膜等。
优选的是:硅橡胶振膜材料厚度为50um-200um。
具体实施方式:
实施例1:将45份的甲基硅橡胶、10份的白炭黑、25份甲基含氢硅油、5份羟基硅油、5份含氢硅油、2份有机锡和1份的调色组分混合,搅拌均匀,在涂布机上涂于隔离膜上,涂层厚度为75um,然后附隔离膜做成夹芯结构,经过180度,热压3-5分钟成型,取出夹芯层可得厚度为70um硅橡胶振膜材料。用该材料制得的扬声器产品与其他传统材料相比,谐振频率F0更低;低频失真率为8%。
实施例2:将45份的甲基乙烯基硅橡胶、10份的白炭黑、25份甲基含氢硅油、5份羟基硅油、5份含氢硅油、2份铂络合物和1份的调色组分混合,搅拌均匀,在涂布机上涂于隔离膜上,涂层厚度为65um,然后附隔离膜做成夹芯结构,经过180度,热压3-5分钟成型,取出夹芯层可得厚度为60um硅橡胶振膜材料。用该材料制得的扬声器产品与其他传统材料相比,谐振频率F0更低;低频失真率低于9%。
Claims (9)
1.一种超弹性硅胶振膜材料,其特征在于:采用40-60份的硅橡胶、5-15份的补强材料、10-30份的结构控制材料、3-10份的交联剂、1-5份的催化剂和1-3份的调色组分混合,然后上下附隔离膜做成夹芯结构,经过140-200℃,热压3-5分钟成型,热压成型的夹芯层即为硅橡胶振膜材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超弹性硅胶振膜材料,其特征在于:所述的硅橡胶为甲基硅橡胶、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶、甲基苯基乙烯基硅橡胶和氟硅橡胶中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超弹性硅胶振膜材料,其特征在于:所述的补强材料为白炭黑、纳米钛白粉、炭黑的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的超弹性硅胶振膜材料,其特征在于:所述的结构控制材料为有甲基硅油、乙基硅油、甲基含氢硅油、甲基苯基硅油、甲基氯苯基硅油、甲基乙氧基硅油、甲基三氟丙基硅油、甲基乙烯基硅油、甲基羟基硅油、乙基含氢硅油、羟基含氢硅油、多乙烯基硅油、含氢硅油、羟基硅油的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的超弹性硅胶振膜材料,其特征在于:所述的交联剂为多烷氧基硅烷、多丁酮肟基硅烷、多乙酰氧基硅烷、多胺基硅烷、多酰胺基硅烷、多异丙烯氧基硅烷、含氢硅油或羟基硅油。
6.根据权利要求1所述的超弹性硅胶振膜材料,其特征在于:所述的催化剂为有机锡、钛酸酯、胺、铂络合物、钌络合物或铑络合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的超弹性硅胶振膜材料,其特征在于:所述的调色组分为氧化锌、钦白、碳酸钙、氧化铁、铬黄、耐晒黄、酞普蓝或联苯胺黄。
8.根据权利要求1所述的超弹性硅胶振膜材料,其特征在于:所述隔离膜为PP隔离膜、PE隔离膜或PET隔离膜。
9.根据权利要求1所述的超弹性硅胶振膜材料,其特征在于:制得的硅橡胶振膜材料厚度为50um-200um。
