Abstract
本发明涉及电力设备运行的安全保障领域,特别涉及一种电力设备事故用板材。针对现有的相关的材料构成分复杂但结构性能单一,缺乏防导电防辐射防火等综合性能问题,本发明具体公开了一种电力设备事故用板材,其特征在于:由外层向内层依次是复合绝缘层,粘合与机械连接层,空心铅网层,粘合与机械连接层,防火层,所述各层通过粘接和/或机械连接卡压为一整体,该材料具结构简单,防导电防辐射防火综合性能显著,同时该材料可以在多种领域有广泛的用途。

技术领域
本发明涉及电力设备安全保障领域,特别涉及一种电力设备事故用板材。
背景技术
现有的相关的材料的性能单一,材料构成复杂但结构单一,缺乏防导电防辐射防火综合性能,多为采用易燃、可燃材料的制成,但由于电力设备会发出热量或产生火花,其火灾安全隐患很大。现有的防水材料多采用聚氨酯板或疏水材料组成、防火性能不突出,现有的防辐射材料多采用金属或无机材料组合而成。其存在漏电淋水安全隐患,另外如果简单的将现有的防电防水防辐射材料组合,会出现连接或粘合不紧密的缺陷,同时也存在安装方向混淆时会更易引发事故的隐患,因此研发一种材料,能综合解决上述技术问题是亟待解决的问题,同时该材料可以在多种领域应用,特别要求能在建筑地暖,消防,防洪,医疗中能应急使用。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题和克服存在的缺陷,本发明具体公开了一种电力设备事故用板材,其特征在于:由外层向内层依次是复合绝缘层,粘合与机械连接层,空心铅网层,粘合与机械连接层,防火层,所述各层并通过粘接和/或机械连接卡压为一整体。
进一步,所述的一种电力设备事故用板材,其特征在于:所述复合绝缘层为陶瓷橡胶。
进一步,所述的一种电力设备事故用板材,其特征在于:所述复合绝缘层中陶瓷与橡胶比例为1-8:3-32。
进一步,所述的一种电力设备事故用板材,其特征在于:所述粘合与机械连接层由新型粘合剂和预埋自锁针组成。
进一步,所述的一种电力设备事故用板材,其特征在于:所述自锁针包括锁道和锁扣。
进一步,所述的一种电力设备事故用板材,其特征在于:所述被粘合层的粘结面为粗燥面。
进一步,所述的一种电力设备事故用板材,其特征在于:所述空心铅网层的厚度不小于0.6mm。
进一步,所述的一种电力设备事故用板材,其特征在于:所述空心铅网层中装有无机复合抗辐射材料。
进一步,所述的一种电力设备事故用板材,其特征在于:所述防火层为含有铝矾硅酸盐石棉布,所述石棉布的厚度为2-5mm。
进一步,所述的电力设备事故用板材,其特征在于:在预防电力设备事故应用中,所述内层始终朝向电力设备安装。
采用上述方案后,与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:该材料具有防火、防水、防辐射等多种用途,并且能够屏蔽电信号,防火防漏电效果显著,同时该材料可以在多种领域应用,特别在建筑,消防、防洪防火医疗中有广泛应用。同时具有易加工、已安装,易成型、易维护、成本低、用途比较广等优点。

如在说明书及权利要求当中使用了某些词汇来指称特定组件。本领域技术人员应可理解,硬件制造商可能会用不同名词来称呼同一个组件。本说明书及权利要求并不以名称的差异来作为区分组件的方式,而是以组件在功能上的差异来作为区分的准则。如在通篇说明书及权利要求当中所提及的“包含”为一开放式用语,故应解释成“包含但不限定于”,“大致”是指在可接收的误差范围内,本领域技术人员能够在一定误差范围内解决所述技术问题,基本达到所述技术效果。说明书后续描述为实施本发明的较佳实施方式,然所述描述乃以说明本发明的一般原则为目的,并非用以限定本发明的范围。本发明的保护范围当视所附权利要求所界定者为准。
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细说明:
实施例1:
参见图1:一种电力设备事故用板材,切剖其断面可以看到由外层向内层依次是复合绝缘层1,其外层为绝缘层以防止漏电事故,然后是所述粘合与机械连接层2、中间是空心铅网层3;再加粘合与机械连接层4,最后为防火层5,所述各层并通过粘接和/或机械连接卡压为一整体。所述的复合绝缘层为陶瓷橡胶,在绝缘的同时提高硬度和柔韧性,所述复合绝缘层中陶瓷与橡胶比例为1-8:3-32,在本发明中优选1:3.所述粘合与机械连接层由新型粘合剂和预埋自锁针组成,如在本发明中自封针包括锁道和锁扣,在制作连接时外层时预埋锁扣,在末端层中装锁道,并在各连接层中间加注粘合剂后,等待最后压锁扣机械连接,为了使粘接结实牢固。优选将所述的被粘合层的粘结面为粗燥面。为了使板材能屏蔽信号或能防范各种射线,应将所述的空心铅网层的厚度不小于0.6mm,本发明优选20mm.为了更一步的防辐射和放火并降低板材成本,所述的空心铅网层中装有无机复合抗辐射材料,本发明采用5-10目铅钡矿渣以及膨润土混合物、优先8目铅钡矿渣,根据电力设备的运行时易放热同时可能产生明火的特点,将靠近设备端安装的板材设置为耐温耐火材料,如所述的防火层为含有铝矾硅酸盐石棉布,本发明所述石棉布的厚度为2-5mm,本发明优选2mm.,
另外为了简易安装,杜绝安装方向颠倒引起的类似火上浇油的事故,下文对本发明的板材安装方法进一步说明:

本发明采用上述的结构和材料以及按装方式后,能使得本发明具有如下的显著效果:
该材料具有防火、防水、防辐射的多种用途,并且能够屏蔽电信号,防火防漏电效果显著,同时该材料可以在多种领域应用,特别在建筑,消防、防洪防火医疗中有广泛应用,同时易加工、已安装,易成型、易维护、成本低、用途比较广等优点。
Claims (10)
1.一种电力设备事故用板材,其特征在于:由外层向内层依次是复合绝缘层,粘合与机械连接层,空心铅网层,粘合与机械连接层,防火层,所述各层通过粘接和/或机械连接卡压为一整体。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的一种电力设备事故用板材,其特征在于:所述复合绝缘层为陶瓷橡胶。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种电力设备事故用板材,其特征在于:所述复合绝缘层中陶瓷与橡胶比例为1-8:3-32。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种电力设备事故用板材,其特征在于:所述粘合与机械连接层由新型粘合剂和预埋自锁针组成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种电力设备事故用板材,其特征在于:所述预埋自锁针包括锁道和锁扣。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种电力设备事故用板材,其特征在于:所述被粘合层的粘结面为粗燥面。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种电力设备事故用板材,其特征在于:所述空心铅网层的厚度不小于0.6mm。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种电力设备事故用板材,其特征在于:所述空心铅网层中装有无机复合抗辐射材料。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种电力设备事故用板材,其特征在于:所述的防火层为含有铝矾硅酸盐石棉布,所述石棉布的厚度为2-5mm。
10.根据权利要求1至9中任何一项所述的电力设备事故用板材,其特征在于:在预防电力设备事故应用中,所述的内层始终朝向电力设备安装。
