本发明公开了一种外墙脚手架锥形螺母连墙件,包括预埋在混凝土结构梁、板、柱侧面中的锥形螺母和连墙杆件,连墙杆件由钢管、钢板和焊接在钢板中心的螺杆组成,螺杆的规格与锥形螺母相适配,钢管与钢板。使用时将连墙杆件的螺杆与锥形螺母拧紧固定,用扣件把连墙杆件与脚手架的立杆固定扣接,完成与脚手架的连接。本发明连墙件结构简单,节约成本,操作方便,抗拔强度高,安全性能好,能保证脚手架的整体稳定性,降低工效,缩短工期。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑施工中使用的连墙件,具体是一种用于外墙建筑脚手架的施工辅助工具,是与预埋锥形螺母配用的连墙件。
背景技术
现行建筑工程的外墙脚手架施工中,脚手架的连墙件大多是在梁板面上预埋短钢管,利用扣件把短钢管与连墙杆连接,来确保整个脚手架稳定性、牢固性。传统预埋短钢管连墙件在实际施工过程中存在以下缺点:外墙砖砌筑工程在连墙件位置必须预留拆除连墙件的操作洞口;连墙件拆除时要切割预埋钢管,修补预留洞口,外墙装饰面有修补缺陷,观感差;必须修补好连墙件洞口和外墙装饰层才能拆除,影响脚手架的拆除进度,延长工期。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,而提供一种外墙脚手架锥形螺母连墙件,其结构简单,节约成本,操作方便,抗拔强度高,安全性能好,能保证脚手架的整体稳定性,降低工效,缩短工期。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种外墙脚手架锥形螺母连墙件,包括预埋在混凝土结构梁、板、柱侧面中的锥形螺母和连墙杆件,连墙杆件由钢管、钢板和焊接在钢板中心的螺杆组成,螺杆的规格与锥形螺母相适配,钢管与钢板焊接。
本发明连墙件,预埋的锥形螺母是一次消耗品,连墙杆件可多次周转使用。
本发明连墙件,使用时将连墙杆件的螺杆与预埋的锥形螺母拧紧固定,用扣件把连墙杆件与脚手架的立杆固定扣接,完成与脚手架的连接,避免在外墙上预留洞口,造成后期修补,影响美观,还有可能存在渗水的隐患。
本发明连墙件结构简单,节约成本,操作方便,抗拔强度高,安全性能好,能保证脚手架的整体稳定性,降低工效,缩短工期。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明内容作进一步的说明,但不是对本发明的限定。
参照图1-2,一种外墙脚手架锥形螺母连墙件,包括预埋在混凝土4结构梁、板、柱侧面中的锥形螺母1和连墙杆件2,连墙杆件2由钢管2-3、钢板2-1和焊接在钢板2-1中心的螺杆2-2组成,螺杆2-2的规格与锥形螺母1相适配,钢管2-3与钢板2-1焊接。
使用时将连墙杆件的螺杆2-2与预埋的锥形螺母1拧紧固定,用扣件把连墙杆件2与脚手架3的立杆固定扣接,即可完成对脚手架3的连接,避免在外墙上预留洞口,造成后期修补,影响美观,还有可能存在渗水的隐患。

1.外墙脚手架锥形螺母连墙件,其特征在于:包括预埋在混凝土结构梁、板、柱侧面中的锥形螺母和连墙杆件,连墙杆件由钢管、钢板和焊接在钢板中心的螺杆组成,螺杆的规格与锥形螺母相适配,钢管与钢板。
