技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域，特别涉及一种改进型纺纱用环保浆料。
背景技术
随着纺织大型轻化工企业特别是纺织企业数量大量增加，纺织浆料的使用量也越来越多，现在纺织浆料是纺织行业除纺织纤维外消耗的第二大材料，我国的年消耗量已达到百万吨之多。由于纺织纱上浆仅是纺织品生产的中间环节，织成物品后需要在印染生产的退浆工序中去除而排放到环境中。随着人们环保意识的日益增强和国家环保法规的严格实施，纺织浆料的环保性问题已引起纺织行业和浆料生产行业的广泛关注。目前经纱上浆的浆料主要有淀粉、聚乙烯醇（PVA）和聚丙烯酸类三大浆料，淀粉类浆料因淀粉存在广泛，为再生性资源，而且价格便宜，但粘度波动大，糊化性能差。淀粉浆料具备环保性，而且节能，资源易得，但性能稍差，所以进行改进技术，在环保、节能的基础上加强性能，来满足市场需求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种改进型纺纱用环保浆料，具有性能良好，生产工艺简单，粘度的稳定性，对人体和环境无毒无害，而且成本低，既节能又环保。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案为：一种改进型纺纱用环保浆料，其创新点在于：按重量分数配比由以下组分制成：
改性硅油消泡剂 5-8份；
高岭土5-10份；
双丙烯酸丁二酯 12-18份；
韦兰胶 1-4份；
大豆蛋白纤维4-8份；
豌豆淀粉 1-4份；
乙二醇 8-14份；
丙烯酸 7-13份；
醋酸乙烯酯 12-17 份；
羟甲基纤维素1-6份；
聚丙烯酸酯 3-8 份；
木薯淀粉 7-12 份；
聚乙烯醇2-8份；
变性淀粉 9-13 份。
进一步的，还包括2质量份的聚丙烯酸酯。
本发明的优点在于：本发明的纺织浆料，具有性能良好，生产工艺简 单，粘度的稳定性，对人体和环境无毒无害，而且成本低，既节能又环保，粘度稳定，可完全糊化，没有带来环境问题，而且生产工艺简单。

本发明的纺织浆料，具有性能良好，生产工艺简 单，粘度的稳定性，对人体和环境无毒无害，而且成本低，既节能又环保，粘度稳定，可完全糊化，没有带来环境问题，而且生产工艺简单。
