技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域，特别涉及一种改进型淀粉纺织配方。
背景技术
浆纱是织造工程的关键工序，浆纱的目的主要是提高纱线的耐磨性，减少毛羽，适当增加纱线的强力，减少伸度，以承受纱在织造过程中复杂的机械作用能力，提高纱线的可织性能。现在国内外主要使用的是三大类纺织浆料：淀粉、聚乙烯醇（PVA）和丙烯酸类浆料三大类，聚乙烯醇（PVA）和丙烯酸类浆料各有优点，但也存在一些严重的缺陷，比如聚乙烯醇致命缺陷是对环境的污染，退浆废水造成较大的环境污染，在人类环保意识愈来愈强的今天，国际上已有国家开始禁止使用PVA浆料，PVA浆料会被慢慢的取代。丙烯酸类浆料的缺陷是浆膜软，吸湿性、再粘性较高,流动性差,使用不便,使其在应用上受到一定限制。淀粉用于经纱上浆历史悠久，因为淀粉是一种再生植物，资源丰富来源广，价格低廉，对亲水性纤维具有良好的粘附性能，因此在三大类浆料中用量最多。淀粉纺织浆料优点是成膜性好，浆膜强力高，但浆膜性脆而硬，伸度小，浆液在较长时间内使用粘度变化较大，影响上浆质量。淀粉在环保和节能方面占有很大的优势，在性能上需要更进一步的改进来完善性能，进而满足市场需求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种改进型淀粉纺织配方，具有良好的成膜性，粘度稳定性和抗凝胶性能，降低了上浆成本，易于退浆，而且无污染。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案为：一种改进型淀粉纺织配方，其创新点在于：按重量分数配比由以下组分制成：
纳米二氧化硅改性淀粉10-24份；
β- 葡聚糖 3-5 份；
有机硅消泡剂1-6份；
涤纶2-6份；
羧甲基纤维素 1-4 份；
醋酯纤维9-14份；
聚乙烯醇3-6份；
丙烯酸 10-16 份；
醋酸乙烯酯 8-22 份；
羟甲基纤维素1-6份；
聚氧乙烯烷基酚 8-15 份；
变性淀粉 9-13 份；
瓜尔豆胶 5-8 份；
乙酸7-10份。
进一步的，还包括5重量份的蛋白氨基酸。
本发明的优点在于：本发明的纺织浆料，具有良好的成膜性，粘度稳定性和抗凝胶性能，降低了上浆成本，易于退浆，而且无污染，粘度稳定，可完全糊化，没有带来环境问题，而且生产工艺简单。

本发明的纺织浆料，具有良好的成膜性，粘度稳定性和抗凝胶性能，降低了上浆成本，易于退浆，而且无污染，粘度稳定，可完全糊化，没有带来环境问题，而且生产工艺简单。
