技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域，特别涉及一种改进型纺织浆料。
背景技术
经纱上浆是织造工程的关键环节，浆纱的目的主要是提高纱线的耐磨性，目前纺织浆料主要分为淀粉类、聚乙烯醇（PVA）、聚丙烯酸三大类浆料，在国内外占据重要地位。但目前也存在一些问题，比如聚乙烯醇浆料不能生物降解，已引起严重环保问题，正在逐渐被取代；传统的聚丙烯酸浆料再粘性严重，造成分绞困难；而淀粉类浆料粘度波动大，糊化性能差。所以现在急需开发价格合理、可生物降解的浆料，来满足浆料市场的需求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种改进型纺织浆料，粘度稳定，可完全糊化，没有带来环境问题，而且生产工艺简单。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案为：一种改进型纺织浆料，其创新点在于：按重量分数配比由以下组分制成：
纳米二氧化硅改性淀粉10-24份；
高岭土2-5份；
有机硅消泡剂1-6份；
涤纶2-6份；
大豆蛋白纤维4-8份；
醋酯纤维9-14份；
聚乙烯醇3-6份；
丙烯酸 9-15份；
丙烯酸丁酯 7-15份；
羟甲基纤维素1-6份；
季戊四醇硬脂酸酯4-7份；
变性淀粉 9-13 份；
聚乙烯醇2-8份；
乙酸7-10份。
进一步的，还包括5重量份的蛋白氨基酸。
本发明的优点在于：本发明的纺织浆料，粘度稳定，可完全糊化，没有带来环境问题，而且生产工艺简单。
