服饰制造业是中国的传统优势行业,一向以物美价廉畅销全球市场,出口竞争力全球领先。2012年,中国有出口业绩的纺织服装鞋帽制造企业超过4.5万家,直接带动了全国数以百万计的就业人口。然而,经济全球化对国际竞争力提出了更高的要求,中国纺织服装鞋帽业正面临着外部市场竞争更加激烈、自身成本持续上升、贸易环境恶化等时代变奏。2012年,中国纺织服装鞋帽业出口1448.1亿美元,比上年增长3.8%,这一出口增速比上年显著回落15.2个百分点,而且低于同期全国出口总体增速4.2个百分点,也低于制造业总体水平4.5个百分点。主旋律回响下的多重变奏演绎着中国纺织服装鞋帽业的现在与未来。
棉花作为传统的保暖材料,由于棉纤维细度较细又天然卷曲,截面有中腔,所以保暖性较好,蓄热能力很强,且不产生静电,纯棉花在阳光的照射下,会使棉花纤维的弹性恢复,伸长,纤维中蓄热能量多。在制作衣物中,其舒适度较好,但在炎热的气温下,由于其吸热较强,穿着舒适度大大下降。

本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种具有隔热作用的棉花纺织布料,制备得到的衣服具有隔热功效,能够在炎热的气温下保持凉爽,且制作成本低,可作为冰丝材质的代替品。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种具有隔热作用的棉花纺织布料,包括以下步骤:
(1)将新采摘的棉花除杂后放入脱色剂中浸泡20-30分钟,捞出后使用清水洗涤2-3遍,然后放入植物提取液中浸泡3-5小时,浸泡前30-40分钟温度为60-70℃,然后进行降温,在0-5℃继续浸泡,该植物提取液由薄荷、迷迭香、薰衣草、香茅、樟脑、桉树皮、丁香、桂皮制备而成;
(2)使用植物提取液浸泡后的棉花使用皂化剂处理15-20分钟,在80-90℃下干燥至含水量为3-5%,然后加入到纺织机中进行纺丝,纺丝的同时添加质量分数为0.3-0.5%的陶瓷粉末和质量分数为1.5-2.0%的增强剂,纺丝线经过70-80℃烘箱烘至含水量为3-5%,然后在90-100℃下干燥定型,再经过无纺加工成纺织布料。
作为对上述方案的进一步描述,步骤(1)中所述脱色剂按照质量百分比含有以下成分:质量浓度为30-35%的次氯酸占5-10%、亚硫酸钠占1.5-2.0%、臭氧占1.0-1.5%、剩余为去离子水。
作为对上述方案的进一步描述,步骤(1)中所述植物提取液采用醇提法制备,醇提温度为60-70℃,醇提时间为2.0-2.5小时,醇提次数为2-3次,醇提后使用含有松香胶的去离子水稀释3-5倍,松香胶含量为1.0-1.2%。
作为对上述方案的进一步描述,步骤(2)中所述的皂化剂按照质量百分比计含有:氢氧化钠占1.5-2.0%、碳酸钠占1.0-1.2%、硅酸钠占0.8-1.0%、烷基磺酸钠占0.4-0.6%、剩余为去离子水。
作为对上述方案的进一步描述,步骤(2)中所述的陶瓷粉末按照重量份计含有以下成分:氧化钙占20-25份、氧化锆15-18份、氧化锌占14-16份。
作为对上述方案的进一步描述,步骤(2)中所述的增强剂按照重量份计含有:脲醛树脂12-15份、环氧化聚酰胺树脂11-13份、乙二胺15-18份、聚乙烯亚胺20-25份。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:为了提高现有棉花织物的散热性,本发明提供了一种具有隔热作用的棉花纺织布料,漂白后的棉花利用植物提取液进行处理,不仅赋予了植物的清凉成分,还能够提高织物与皮肤接触的保健效果,能够预防治疗皮炎等皮肤疾病,进一步的使用金属陶瓷粉末和增强剂进行共纺,不仅能够提高棉花的纤维结构稳定性,还能够阻止纤维的膨胀和吸水,更重要的是具有隔离紫外线的作用,降低对周围环境热量的吸收,制备得到的衣服具有隔热功效,能够在炎热的气温下保持凉爽,且制作成本低,可作为冰丝材质的代替品。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种具有隔热作用的棉花纺织布料,包括以下步骤:
(1)将新采摘的棉花除杂后放入脱色剂中浸泡20分钟,捞出后使用清水洗涤2遍,然后放入植物提取液中浸泡3小时,浸泡前30分钟温度为60℃,然后进行降温,在0℃继续浸泡,该植物提取液由薄荷、迷迭香、薰衣草、香茅、樟脑、桉树皮、丁香、桂皮制备而成;
(2)使用植物提取液浸泡后的棉花使用皂化剂处理15分钟,在80℃下干燥至含水量为3%,然后加入到纺织机中进行纺丝,纺丝的同时添加质量分数为0.3%的陶瓷粉末和质量分数为1.5%的增强剂,纺丝线经过70℃烘箱烘至含水量为3%,然后在90℃下干燥定型,再经过无纺加工成纺织布料。
作为对上述方案的进一步描述,步骤(1)中所述脱色剂按照质量百分比含有以下成分:质量浓度为30%的次氯酸占5%、亚硫酸钠占1.5%、臭氧占1.0%、剩余为去离子水。
作为对上述方案的进一步描述,步骤(1)中所述植物提取液采用醇提法制备,醇提温度为60℃,醇提时间为2.0小时,醇提次数为2次,醇提后使用含有松香胶的去离子水稀释3倍,松香胶含量为1.0%。
作为对上述方案的进一步描述,步骤(2)中所述的皂化剂按照质量百分比计含有:氢氧化钠占1.5%、碳酸钠占1.0%、硅酸钠占0.8%、烷基磺酸钠占0.4%、剩余为去离子水。
作为对上述方案的进一步描述,步骤(2)中所述的陶瓷粉末按照重量份计含有以下成分:氧化钙占20份、氧化锆15份、氧化锌占14份。
作为对上述方案的进一步描述,步骤(2)中所述的增强剂按照重量份计含有:脲醛树脂12份、环氧化聚酰胺树脂11份、乙二胺15份、聚乙烯亚胺20份。
实施例2
一种具有隔热作用的棉花纺织布料,包括以下步骤:
(1)将新采摘的棉花除杂后放入脱色剂中浸泡25分钟,捞出后使用清水洗涤2遍,然后放入植物提取液中浸泡4小时,浸泡前35分钟温度为65℃,然后进行降温,在2℃继续浸泡,该植物提取液由薄荷、迷迭香、薰衣草、香茅、樟脑、桉树皮、丁香、桂皮制备而成;
(2)使用植物提取液浸泡后的棉花使用皂化剂处理18分钟,在85℃下干燥至含水量为4%,然后加入到纺织机中进行纺丝,纺丝的同时添加质量分数为0.4%的陶瓷粉末和质量分数为1.8%的增强剂,纺丝线经过75℃烘箱烘至含水量为4%,然后在95℃下干燥定型,再经过无纺加工成纺织布料。
作为对上述方案的进一步描述,步骤(1)中所述脱色剂按照质量百分比含有以下成分:质量浓度为32%的次氯酸占8%、亚硫酸钠占1.8%、臭氧占1.2%、剩余为去离子水。
作为对上述方案的进一步描述,步骤(1)中所述植物提取液采用醇提法制备,醇提温度为65℃,醇提时间为2.2小时,醇提次数为2次,醇提后使用含有松香胶的去离子水稀释4倍,松香胶含量为1.1%。
作为对上述方案的进一步描述,步骤(2)中所述的皂化剂按照质量百分比计含有:氢氧化钠占1.8%、碳酸钠占1.1%、硅酸钠占0.9%、烷基磺酸钠占0.5%、剩余为去离子水。
作为对上述方案的进一步描述,步骤(2)中所述的陶瓷粉末按照重量份计含有以下成分:氧化钙占22份、氧化锆16份、氧化锌占15份。
作为对上述方案的进一步描述,步骤(2)中所述的增强剂按照重量份计含有:脲醛树脂13份、环氧化聚酰胺树脂12份、乙二胺16份、聚乙烯亚胺22份。
实施例3
一种具有隔热作用的棉花纺织布料,包括以下步骤:
(1)将新采摘的棉花除杂后放入脱色剂中浸泡30分钟,捞出后使用清水洗涤3遍,然后放入植物提取液中浸泡5小时,浸泡前40分钟温度为70℃,然后进行降温,在5℃继续浸泡,该植物提取液由薄荷、迷迭香、薰衣草、香茅、樟脑、桉树皮、丁香、桂皮制备而成;
(2)使用植物提取液浸泡后的棉花使用皂化剂处理20分钟,在90℃下干燥至含水量为5%,然后加入到纺织机中进行纺丝,纺丝的同时添加质量分数为0.5%的陶瓷粉末和质量分数为2.0%的增强剂,纺丝线经过80℃烘箱烘至含水量为5%,然后在100℃下干燥定型,再经过无纺加工成纺织布料。
作为对上述方案的进一步描述,步骤(1)中所述脱色剂按照质量百分比含有以下成分:质量浓度为35%的次氯酸占10%、亚硫酸钠占2.0%、臭氧占1.5%、剩余为去离子水。
作为对上述方案的进一步描述,步骤(1)中所述植物提取液采用醇提法制备,醇提温度为70℃,醇提时间为2.5小时,醇提次数为3次,醇提后使用含有松香胶的去离子水稀释5倍,松香胶含量为1.2%。
作为对上述方案的进一步描述,步骤(2)中所述的皂化剂按照质量百分比计含有:氢氧化钠占2.0%、碳酸钠占1.2%、硅酸钠占1.0%、烷基磺酸钠占0.6%、剩余为去离子水。
作为对上述方案的进一步描述,步骤(2)中所述的陶瓷粉末按照重量份计含有以下成分:氧化钙占25份、氧化锆18份、氧化锌占16份。
作为对上述方案的进一步描述,步骤(2)中所述的增强剂按照重量份计含有:脲醛树脂15份、环氧化聚酰胺树脂3份、乙二胺18份、聚乙烯亚胺25份。

与实施例1的区别仅在于,省略步骤(1)中植物提取液浸泡处理过程,其余保持一致。
对比例2
与实施例2的区别仅在于,省略步骤(2)中陶瓷粉末的添加,其余保持一致。
对比例3
与实施例3的区别仅在于,省略步骤(2)中增强剂的添加,其余保持一致。
对比实验
分别使用实施例1-3和对比例1-3的方法加工制作棉花纺织布料,并用现有的棉花纺织材质作为对照,制备得到纺织布,厚度相同,保持无关变量一致,进行隔热效果评估的试验,对结果进行统计,结果如下表所示:
由此可见:本发明制备得到的棉花纺织布加工成衣服具有隔热功效,能够在炎热的气温下保持凉爽,且制作成本低,可作为冰丝材质的代替品。
Claims (6)
1.一种具有隔热作用的棉花纺织布料,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将新采摘的棉花除杂后放入脱色剂中浸泡20-30分钟,捞出后使用清水洗涤2-3遍,然后放入植物提取液中浸泡3-5小时,浸泡前30-40分钟温度为60-70℃,然后进行降温,在0-5℃继续浸泡,该植物提取液由薄荷、迷迭香、薰衣草、香茅、樟脑、桉树皮、丁香、桂皮制备而成;
(2)使用植物提取液浸泡后的棉花使用皂化剂处理15-20分钟,在80-90℃下干燥至含水量为3-5%,然后加入到纺织机中进行纺丝,纺丝的同时添加质量分数为0.3-0.5%的陶瓷粉末和质量分数为1.5-2.0%的增强剂,纺丝线经过70-80℃烘箱烘至含水量为3-5%,然后在90-100℃下干燥定型,再经过无纺加工成纺织布料。
2.如权利要求1所述一种具有隔热作用的棉花纺织布料,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述脱色剂按照质量百分比含有以下成分:质量浓度为30-35%的次氯酸占5-10%、亚硫酸钠占1.5-2.0%、臭氧占1.0-1.5%、剩余为去离子水。
3.如权利要求1所述一种具有隔热作用的棉花纺织布料,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述植物提取液采用醇提法制备,醇提温度为60-70℃,醇提时间为2.0-2.5小时,醇提次数为2-3次,醇提后使用含有松香胶的去离子水稀释3-5倍,松香胶含量为1.0-1.2%。
4.如权利要求1所述一种具有隔热作用的棉花纺织布料,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述的皂化剂按照质量百分比计含有:氢氧化钠占1.5-2.0%、碳酸钠占1.0-1.2%、硅酸钠占0.8-1.0%、烷基磺酸钠占0.4-0.6%、剩余为去离子水。
5.如权利要求1所述一种具有隔热作用的棉花纺织布料,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述的陶瓷粉末按照重量份计含有以下成分:氧化钙占20-25份、氧化锆15-18份、氧化锌占14-16份。
6.如权利要求1所述一种具有隔热作用的棉花纺织布料,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述的增强剂按照重量份计含有:脲醛树脂12-15份、环氧化聚酰胺树脂11-13份、乙二胺15-18份、聚乙烯亚胺20-25份。
