Abstract
本发明涉及一种高润滑性切削液,包括以下质量百分比的组分:高效防锈润滑添加剂10%~20%,非离子表面活性剂0.5%~1.5%,四氮唑0.1%~0.5%,碳酸钠2%~4%,硼砂1%~3%,其余为水;所述高效防锈润滑添加剂是由8~12质量份的脂肪酸、25~35质量份的硼酸、15~25质量份的三乙醇胺、15~25质量份的乙醇胺、3~8质量份的氢氧化钠反应而成。本发明的高润滑性切削液润滑性能十分优异。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种切削液及其制备方法,属于润滑油技术领域。
背景技术
切削液是一种在金属切、削、磨加工过程中用于冷却和润滑刀具及加工件的工业用液体,同时具备良好的冷却性能、润滑性能、防锈性能、除油清洗功能、防腐功能以及易稀释等特点。随着环境保护意识的增强,人们已经将不含油的水基合成切削液作为切削液发展的重要研究方向。水基合成切削液克服了传统皂基乳化液夏天易臭、冬天难稀释、防锈效果差的的毛病,对车床漆也无不良影响,适用于黑色金属的切削及磨加工,具有良好的冷却、清洗、防锈等特点,并且具备无毒、无味、对人体无侵蚀、对设备不腐蚀、对环境不污染等特点。
但是市场上大多数的水基合成切削液与油基切削液相比冷却性较好,润滑性较差,如何提高水基切削液的润滑性是本领域的技术人员亟待解决的而技术问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种润滑性能十分优异的高润滑性切削液,以及该高润滑性切削液的制备方法。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的一种技术方案是:一种高润滑性切削液,包括以下质量百分比的组分:高效防锈润滑添加剂10%~20%,非离子表面活性剂0.5%~1.5%,四氮唑0.1%~0.5%,碳酸钠2%~4%,硼砂1%~3%,其余为水;所述高效防锈润滑添加剂是由8~12质量份的脂肪酸、25~35质量份的硼酸、15~25质量份的三乙醇胺、15~25质量份的乙醇胺、3~8质量份的氢氧化钠反应而成。
所述三乙醇胺与乙醇胺质量比为1:1。
所述脂肪酸与硼酸的质量比为1:3。
所述脂肪酸的碳链长度为10或12。
所述脂肪酸是正葵酸、葵二酸或月桂酸。
所述非离子表面活性剂是OP-10和Span-80中的一种或两种。
将水加入反应釜中,然后加入脂肪酸、硼酸和氢氧化钠,升温至90℃~95℃,保温搅拌20分钟~30分钟,再加入三乙醇胺和乙醇胺,保温搅拌2小时~3小时,待液体透明后加入非离子表面活性剂,搅拌20分钟~30分钟,温度控制在70℃~75℃加入四氮唑、碳酸钠和硼砂,继续搅拌20分钟~30分钟即可得到成品。
本发明具有积极的效果:本发明的高润滑性切削液由高效防锈润滑添加剂、防锈剂、非离子表面活性剂等复配而成,高效防锈润滑油性添加剂是硼酸、脂肪酸与三乙醇胺和乙醇胺反应而成的水溶性油性剂,是具有亲水基团的长碳链物质,含有硼酸钠、三乙醇胺硼酸酯、乙醇胺硼酸酯、三乙醇胺脂肪酸皂等有效成分,在切削液中,易在刀具与切屑工件之间形成物理吸附膜,在较低负荷下起润滑作用,对于润滑性能的提升起关键性的作用。非离子表面活性剂使得切削液保持较低的表面张力,具有很好的清洗性。四氮唑、硼酸、碳酸钠等防锈剂与高效防锈润滑添加剂协同作用,有利于提升防锈性。本发明的高润滑性切削液使用时用工业自来水配成2%~3%浓度的稀释液,循环使用,并定期添加。本发明的高润滑性切削液能确保工件的工序间防锈;优良的冷却性能,能及时带走磨削过程中大量磨削热,延长砂轮寿命;无不良气味,易被操作工接受;润滑性好,能保证加工面精度和表面光洁度;耐腐败性能优异,使用周期长。适用于钢,铜,铸铁,铝及铝合金等多种金属的大多数机械加工方式,包括切削,磨削等。广泛应用于汽车,摩托车零部件加工及其它机械行业。特别适用于数控机床,加工中心等。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例的高润滑性切削液的制备方法是将775kg的水加入反应釜中,然后加入20kg的正葵酸、60kg的硼酸和5kg的氢氧化钠,升温至90℃,保温搅拌30分钟,再加入40kg的三乙醇胺和40kg的乙醇胺,保温搅拌3小时,待液体透明后加入8kg的OP-10,搅拌30分钟,温度控制在70℃加入2kg的四氮唑、30kg的碳酸钠和20kg的硼砂,继续搅拌30分钟即可得到高润滑性切削液。根据SH/T 0201-1992 液体润滑剂摩擦系数测定法(法莱克斯销与V形块法),测得摩擦系数为0.05。采用REICHERT M2摩擦磨损试验机,测得磨损面积为19mm2。
实施例2
本实施例的高润滑性切削液的制备方法是将783kg的水加入反应釜中,然后加入18kg的葵二酸、54kg的硼酸和4kg的氢氧化钠,升温至90℃,保温搅拌30分钟,再加入35kg的三乙醇胺和35kg的乙醇胺,保温搅拌3小时,待液体透明后加入10kg的OP-10,搅拌30分钟,温度控制在70℃加入1kg的四氮唑、35kg的碳酸钠和25kg的硼砂,继续搅拌30分钟即可得到高润滑性切削液。根据SH/T 0201-1992 液体润滑剂摩擦系数测定法(法莱克斯销与V形块法),测得摩擦系数为0.06。采用REICHERT M2摩擦磨损试验机,测得磨损面积为21mm2。
实施例3
本实施例的高润滑性切削液的制备方法是将773kg的水加入反应釜中,然后加入23kg的月桂酸、55kg的硼酸和7kg的氢氧化钠,升温至90℃,保温搅拌30分钟,再加入45kg的三乙醇胺和45kg的乙醇胺,保温搅拌3小时,待液体透明后加入6kg的Span-80,搅拌30分钟,温度控制在70℃加入3kg的四氮唑、25kg的碳酸钠和18kg的硼砂,继续搅拌30分钟即可得到高润滑性切削液。根据SH/T 0201-1992 液体润滑剂摩擦系数测定法(法莱克斯销与V形块法),测得摩擦系数为0.04。采用REICHERT M2摩擦磨损试验机,测得磨损面积为20mm2。
对比例1
本对比例的切削液其余部分与实施例1相同,不同之处在于:高效防锈润滑添加剂是80kg的油酸与80kg的三乙醇胺反应而成。根据SH/T 0201-1992 液体润滑剂摩擦系数测定法(法莱克斯销与V形块法),测得摩擦系数为0.08。采用REICHERT M2摩擦磨损试验机,测得磨损面积为46mm2。
本发明所用化学原材料均为外购,浓度为化学纯。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而这些属于本发明的精神所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之中。
Claims (7)
1.一种高润滑性切削液,其特征在于,包括以下质量百分比的组分:高效防锈润滑添加剂10%~20%,非离子表面活性剂0.5%~1.5%,四氮唑0.1%~0.5%,碳酸钠2%~4%,硼砂1%~3%,其余为水;所述高效防锈润滑添加剂是由8~12质量份的脂肪酸、25~35质量份的硼酸、15~25质量份的三乙醇胺、15~25质量份的乙醇胺、3~8质量份的氢氧化钠反应而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高润滑性切削液,其特征在于:所述三乙醇胺与乙醇胺质量比为1:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高润滑性切削液,其特征在于:所述脂肪酸与硼酸的质量比为1:3。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高润滑性切削液,其特征在于:所述脂肪酸的碳链长度为10或12。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高润滑性切削液,其特征在于:所述脂肪酸是正葵酸、葵二酸或月桂酸。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高润滑性切削液,其特征在于:所述非离子表面活性剂是OP-10和Span-80中的一种或两种。
7.一种如权利要求1所述的高润滑性切削液的制备方法,其特征在于:将水加入反应釜中,然后加入脂肪酸、硼酸和氢氧化钠,升温至90℃~95℃,保温搅拌20分钟~30分钟,再加入三乙醇胺和乙醇胺,保温搅拌2小时~3小时,待液体透明后加入非离子表面活性剂,搅拌20分钟~30分钟,温度控制在70℃~75℃加入四氮唑、碳酸钠和硼砂,继续搅拌20分钟~30分钟即可得到成品。
