Abstract
本发明涉及一种电缆,具体涉及一种电铲用高耐磨电缆及其应用。包括导体芯和保护层,保护层由如下重量份数的原料制成:改性聚氨酯80‑120份;三元乙丙橡胶2‑6份;环氧树脂1‑5份;聚醚二元醇40‑80份;甲苯二异氰酸酯10‑20份;多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯5‑10份;催化剂3‑9份;纳米二氧化硅3‑5份;纳米氢氧化铝1‑4份;水玻璃1‑5份;高岭土1‑5份;增塑剂2‑8份;抗氧剂1‑4份;促进剂TMTD 0.1‑0.5份。本发明加入水玻璃和高岭土,利用钾水玻璃在高岭土微球上的原位晶化来提高电缆保护层的强度,同样的运转强度下,其使用寿命较普通电缆长2倍多;与回头轮配合使用能够进一步延长其使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆,具体涉及一种电铲用高耐磨电缆及其应用。
背景技术
电铲又称绳铲、钢缆铲,即机械式电动挖掘机是利用齿轮、链条、钢索滑轮组等传动件传递动力的单斗挖掘机,在矿山出矿过程中广泛应用。
电铲在运转过程中,电缆往往被来回拖拽造成磨损严重,大大缩短了电缆的使用寿命,并且,存在漏电的安全隐患。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种电铲用高耐磨电缆,解决电铲运转过程中造成的磨损严重的问题,延长电缆的使用寿命,防止漏电安全事故的发生;本发明同时提供其应用。
本发明所述的电铲用高耐磨电缆,包括导体芯和保护层,保护层由如下重量份数的原料制成:

所述的改性聚氨酯为有机硅改性聚氨酯。
所述的聚醚二元醇的分子量为1000-2000。
所述的催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡、2,4,6-三(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚和五甲基二亚乙基三胺,三者之间的质量比为0.5-1.5:1-2.5:0.5-2。
所述的水玻璃为波美度为20-60度的硅酸钾水溶液。
所述的抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010。
所述的保护层采用如下方法制备:
首先,将改性聚氨酯、三元乙丙橡胶、环氧树脂和聚醚二元醇装入混合釜中搅拌,搅拌转速为1000-2000r/min,然后将其他原料加入,室温下搅拌30分钟。
所述电缆在制备时,将制备好的保护层材料在20-30分钟内涂覆在导体芯上,涂层厚度为5毫米。
使用时,与回头轮配合使用,能够进一步减少磨损,延长其使用寿命。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明加入水玻璃和高岭土,利用钾水玻璃在高岭土微球上的原位晶化来提高电缆保护层的强度,增强电缆的耐磨性,同样的运转强度下,其使用寿命较普通电缆长2倍多。
(2)本发明同时提供其应用,能够进一步延长电缆的使用寿命。

实施例中用到的所有原料除特殊说明外,均为市购。
实施例1
本实施例所述的电铲用高耐磨电缆,包括导体芯和保护层,保护层由如下重量份数的原料制成:

所述的抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010。
保护层在导体芯上的涂覆厚度为5毫米。

4.根据权利要求1所述的电铲用高耐磨电缆,其特征在于:所述的水玻璃为波美度为20-60度的硅酸钾水溶液。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电铲用高耐磨电缆,其特征在于:所述的抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010。
6.一种权利要求1-5任一所述的电铲用高耐磨电缆的应用,其特征在于:与回头轮配合使用。
