Abstract

本发明涉及塑料技术领域,具体涉及一种低气味食品级耐疲劳聚丙烯复合料及其制备方法,主要由下述组分按重量份制备而成:聚丙烯50‑68份,PP‑g‑MAH相容剂2‑5份,硫酸钡10‑15份,滑石粉15‑20份,除味母粒5‑10份,抗氧剂0.3‑0.6份,成核剂0.1‑0.5份和润滑剂0.5‑1.0份。本发明制得的低气味食品级耐疲劳聚丙烯复合料具有以下优点:1、食品级采用GB4806.7‑2016食品安全国家标准食品接触用塑料材料及制品方法检测,结果合格;2、耐疲劳性采用GB/T6111‑2003流体输送用热塑性塑料管材耐内压试验方法检测,结果合格;3、气味性采用大众标准PV3900方法检测,气味等级小于3.5级。

Description

一种低气味食品级耐疲劳聚丙烯复合料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料技术领域,具体涉及一种低气味食品级耐疲劳聚丙烯复合料及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚丙烯树脂为白色蜡状物固体,具有无臭无毒,它的密度很低,在0.89-0.91g/cm3之间,是最轻的通用塑料。聚丙烯的结晶度高,结构规整,故熔点高达167℃,具有耐热,耐腐蚀的优点,同时具有优良的力学性能,其强度和硬度都比HDPE高,另外聚丙烯的密度小,是最轻的通用塑料,但是PP的低温冲击性差,成型收缩大。
2016年国家卫生和计划生育委员会,根据《中华人民共和国食品安全法》和《食品安全国家标准管理办法》规定,经食品安全国家标准审评委员会审查通过,发布《食品安全国家标准食品接触材料及制品通用安全要求》(GB4806.1-2016)等53项食品安全国家标准。其中关于塑料的标准有:GB4806.6-2016食品安全国家标准食品接触用树脂,GB4806.7-2016食品安全国家标准食品接触用塑料材料及制品。随着国家食品级接触材料立法和人们对食品安全与卫生意识的增强,食品级塑料市场的规模不断扩大,市场前景广阔。
随着现代生活节奏的加快和消费者需求增加,小家电产品的种类和数量都在提升,如净水器、电饭锅、电压力煲、电磁炉等小家电平均利润率高,为企业带来的效益也高。我国已成为全世界小家电重要生产基地,同时也是小家电出口大国。当前小家电外壳材料普遍使用改性的聚丙烯复合材料,由于小家电产品基本直接接触食品和水,因此需要其使用的材料满足食品级需求;另外由于小家电产品的使用环境为长时间受热,压力的交替作用,要求材料不能出现变形,开裂现象。这就要求材料具有优良的耐疲劳和耐热性能。
随着人们生活水平的提高,产品消费升级,消费者对产品提出了更高的要求,如美观性,健康,舒适性等。如在选购、使用产品过程中,有明显气味的话,会严重影响消费者购买热情和产品美誉度,所以材料方面低气味也是一大发展趋势。
综合上述,开发一种低气味食品级耐疲劳聚丙烯复合料,材料具有低气味,食品级,耐疲劳,高耐热,易加工等特性,可广泛应用于净水器、电饭锅、电压力煲、电磁炉等小家电产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有低气味、食品级、耐疲劳等特点,同时具有良好的加工性能的聚丙烯复合料及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明的一种低气味食品级耐疲劳聚丙烯复合料,主要由下述组分按重量份制备而成:
上述所述的聚丙烯为均聚聚丙烯、共聚聚丙烯中的至少一种。
优选的,上述所述的PP-g-MAH相容剂为BONDYRAM 1001,是一种马来酸酐改性的均聚PP作为偶联剂,用于玻纤和其它填料填充的PP聚合物中,熔体流动速率:100g/10min,密度:0.91g/cm3,熔点:160℃,接枝马来酸酐含量:1%,同类产品中气味和颜色最优。
优选的,上述所述的硫酸钡是经沉淀法制备,纯度大于99%,目数为8000目。
优选的,上述所述的滑石粉粒径分布窄,纯度大于98%,目数为12000目。
优选的,上述所述的除味母粒是以多孔聚合物为载体而富含低沸点易挥发组分的母料,在材料的加工过程中,除味母粒受热后释放出低沸点的萃取剂,在热和剪切力的作用下形成大量微泡,该微泡与材料加工过程产生的挥发性有机物互溶萃取,在后端真空负压的作用下被抽离,进而有效去除材料的挥发性有机物和恶劣气味。
优选的,上述所述的抗氧剂为(2,4二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸三酯(抗1010)与四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯(抗168)按1:1的重量比复配而成的混合物。
优选的,上述所述的成核剂为2,2′-亚甲基双(4,6-特丁基苯酚)膦铝盐或二环庚烷二羧酸盐中的一种,提供优秀的快速结晶性能,更好地各向同性收缩性,减少翘曲和不良率,提高耐热性能和强度。
优选的,上述所述润滑剂为PE蜡或乙撑双硬脂酰胺(EBS)。
本发明中还可加入其它助剂,如光稳定剂,抗静电剂或着色剂等。
本发明还提供了上述所述低气味食品级耐疲劳聚丙烯复合料的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)按配比,将聚丙烯、PP-g-MAH相容剂、硫酸钡、滑石粉、除味母粒、抗氧剂、润滑剂、成核剂加入高混机中高速混合2~4分钟;
(2)将混合物投入平行双螺杆挤出机中熔融,挤出造粒得聚丙烯复合料;其中挤出机的机筒温度为:180~210℃,螺杆转速为400~600r/min熔体压力为1.5~2.5MPa;真空度为-0.04~-0.1MPa。
本发明制得低气味食品级耐疲劳聚丙烯复合料具有以下优点:
1、食品级采用GB4806.7-2016食品安全国家标准食品接触用塑料材料及制品方法检测,结果合格。
2、耐疲劳性采用GB/T6111-2003流体输送用热塑性塑料管材耐内压试验方法检测,结果合格。
3、气味性采用大众标准PV3900方法检测,气味等级小于3.5级。
具体实施方式
下面实施例中硫酸钡选用佛山成吉化工LC-330;所述的PP-g-MAH相容剂选用以色列POLYRAM公司BONDYRAM 1001;所述的除味母粒选用合肥创新轻质材料有限公司除味母粒LDV 1040;滑石粉选用科耐欧贸易(上海)有限公司MICROTALC MP10-52;成核剂选用美林肯HPN-68L成核剂,抗氧剂为(2,4二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸三酯(抗1010)与四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯(抗168)按1:1的重量比复配而成的混合物;润滑剂为PE蜡或乙撑双硬脂酰胺(EBS)。
实施例1:
(1)按配方比例分别称取各种原料;
(2)将上述聚丙烯树脂、PP-g-MAH相容剂、硫酸钡、滑石粉、除味母粒、抗氧剂、润滑剂、成核剂加入高混机中高速混合2分钟;
(3)将混好的各组分投入平行双螺杆挤出机中熔融,挤出造粒,挤出机的机筒温度为:190℃,螺杆转速为500r/min,熔体压力为1.6MPa;真空度为-0.04~-0.06MPa,即制得低气味食品级耐疲劳聚丙烯复合料。
实施例2:
(1)按配方比例分别称取各种原料;
(2)将上述聚丙烯树脂、PP-g-MAH相容剂、硫酸钡、滑石粉、除味母粒、抗氧剂、润滑剂、成核剂加入高混机中高速混合3分钟;
(3)将混好的各组分投入平行双螺杆挤出机中熔融,挤出造粒,挤出机的机筒温度为:200℃,螺杆转速为550r/min,熔体压力为1.8MPa;真空度为-0.06~-0.08MPa,即制得低气味食品级耐疲劳聚丙烯复合料。
实施例3:
(1)按配方比例分别称取各种原料;、
(2)将上述聚丙烯树脂、PP-g-MAH相容剂、硫酸钡、滑石粉、除味母粒、抗氧剂、润滑剂、成核剂加入高混机中高速混合2分钟;
(3)将混好的各组分投入平行双螺杆挤出机中熔融,挤出造粒,挤出机的机筒温度为:200℃,螺杆转速为600r/min,熔体压力为1.7MPa;真空度为-0.07~-0.09MPa,即制得低气味食品级耐疲劳聚丙烯复合料。
实施例4:
(1)按配方比例分别称取各种原料;
(2)将上述聚丙烯树脂、PP-g-MAH相容剂、硫酸钡、滑石粉、除味母粒、抗氧剂、润滑剂、成核剂加入高混机中高速混合3分钟;
(3)将混好的各组分投入平行双螺杆挤出机中熔融,挤出造粒,挤出机的机筒温度为:210℃,螺杆转速为550r/min,熔体压力为1.6MPa;真空度为-0.05~-0.07MPa,即制得低气味食品级耐疲劳聚丙烯复合料。
对比例:
(1)按配方比例分别称取各种原料;
(2)将上述聚丙烯树脂、硫酸钡、滑石粉、抗氧剂、润滑剂加入高混机中高速混合2分钟;
(3)将混好的各组分投入平行双螺杆挤出机中熔融,挤出造粒,挤出机的机筒温度为:200℃,螺杆转速为550r/min,熔体压力为1.6MPa;真空度为-0.06~-0.08MPa,即制得聚丙烯复合料。
实施例1-4制得的低气味食品级耐疲劳聚丙烯复合料和对比例制得的聚丙烯复合料主要物性指标见下表:
添加紫外光吸收剂、光稳定剂、抗静电剂、着色剂等功能助剂到该配方体系,使低气味食品级耐疲劳聚丙烯复合料具有相应特性亦受本发明保护。
本发明具有如下优势:
1,本发明制备的低气味食品级耐疲劳聚丙烯复合料,优选除味母粒LDV 1040,采用大众标准PV3900方法检测,气味等级小于3.5级。
2,本发明制备的低气味食品级耐疲劳聚丙烯复合料,优选高结晶均聚聚丙烯HJ730L基料和硫酸钡,滑石粉粉体,材料按照GB4806.7-2016食品安全国家标准食品接触用塑料材料及制品方法检测,结果合格。
3,本发明制备的低气味食品级耐疲劳聚丙烯复合料,优选PP-g-MAH相容剂为BONDYRAM 1001,是一种马来酸酐改性的均聚PP,作为偶联剂,显著改善填料与PP聚合物的界面结合强度。材料按照GB/T6111-2003流体输送用热塑性塑料管材耐内压试验方法检测,结果合格,拥有优良耐疲劳性能。

1.一种低气味食品级耐疲劳聚丙烯复合料,其特征在于:包括下述组分按重量份制备而成:
聚丙烯 50-68份,
PP-g-MAH相容剂 2-5份,
硫酸钡 10-15份,
滑石粉 15-20份,
除味母粒 5-10份,
抗氧剂 0.3-0.6份,
成核剂 0.1-0.5份,
润滑剂 0.5-1.0份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低气味食品级耐疲劳聚丙烯复合料,其特征在于:所述的聚丙烯为均聚聚丙烯、共聚聚丙烯中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低气味食品级耐疲劳聚丙烯复合料,其特征在于:所述的硫酸钡是经沉淀法制备,纯度大于99%,目数为8000目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的低气味食品级耐疲劳聚丙烯复合料,其特征在于:所述的滑石粉纯度大于98%,目数为12000目。
5.根据权利要求1所述的低气味食品级耐疲劳聚丙烯复合料,其特征在于:所述除味母粒是由多孔聚合物吸附低沸点易挥发的气提剂组成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的低气味食品级耐疲劳聚丙烯复合料,其特征在于:所述的抗氧剂为(2,4二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸三酯与四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯按1:1的重量比复配而成的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的低气味食品级耐疲劳聚丙烯复合料,其特征在于:所述的成核剂为2,2′-亚甲基双(4,6-特丁基苯酚)膦铝盐或二环庚烷二羧酸盐中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的低气味食品级耐疲劳聚丙烯复合料,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为PE蜡或乙撑双硬脂酰胺。
9.权利要求1-9任一项所述的低气味食品级耐疲劳聚丙烯复合料的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)按配比,将聚丙烯、PP-g-MAH相容剂、硫酸钡、滑石粉、除味母粒、抗氧剂、成核剂、润滑剂加入高混机中高速混合2~4分钟;
(2)将混合物投入平行双螺杆挤出机中熔融,挤出造粒得聚丙烯复合料;其中挤出机的机筒温度为:180~210℃,螺杆转速为400~600r/min ,熔体压力为1.5~2.5MPa;真空度为-0.04~-0.1MPa。
