目前市场上高端铺路材料多为天然石材、石材主要是天然花岗石,石材强度高、规格随意性强,可根据客户要求任意切割,表面自然花纹、装饰效果好,档次高,但存在以下缺陷:
1、天然石材资源有限,很多石材品种的矿已经没有了;
2、开山毁林容易造成生态环境破坏;
3、石材其不透水的特性铺在城市道路上会造成积水现象、容易出现城市内涝;
4、不透水路面雨水将城市地表污染物直接排入河流造成城市水环境的污染;
5、天然石材铺路隔绝了城市地表的水气自然循环,城市生态容易破坏;
6、天然石材由于其内部的各种矿物质成分都具有极强的吸热性,这样会加剧城市热岛效应,导致城市的地表温度越来越高,夏天人们出行的步行舒适感严重缺失,已经严重威胁到城市的生存环境;
7、天然石材铺路施工综合成本高,由于地心力的作用及材料本身的暗纹(非均值化强度)容易断裂,维护成本高。
因此,从生态环保和生态道路透水铺装来看,天然石材都不适合用于城市路面的铺装。国家提出大力发展生态文明和海绵城市建设,其目的就是要保持青山绿水,建设自然存蓄、自然渗透、自然净化的生态海绵城市,城市透水路面铺装是改善城市生态最有效的技术手段。
发明内容
本发明为了解决城市透水路面铺装的技术问题,提供了一种人造生态透水花岗石及其制备。采用淤泥、陶瓷废料及工业废渣生产的新型人造生态透水花岗石既解决了铺路美观的装饰效果,又解决了生态环保问题,绿色发展、利国利民。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种人造生态透水花岗石,由表层、中间层和底层组成,所述的表层为陶瓷熔块层,所述的中间层和底层的厚度比为1:3-5;所述的中间层由陶瓷色料、陶瓷废料、废渣、玻璃废料、胶粘剂和聚轻球组成,所述的底层由陶瓷废料、废渣、玻璃废料、淤泥、胶粘剂和聚轻球组成。
本发明所述的废渣是指在1200度高温下不熔化,不产生物理和化学变化的工业废渣,如钢铁厂、冶炼厂等通过提炼后的废渣。
陶瓷废料、玻璃废料是指陶瓷和玻璃的不合格产品,如破损陶瓷、玻璃及废陶瓷、废玻璃加以回收利用。
本发明配方中的淤泥具有一定的塑性,利于成型,在高温煅烧后瓷化,淤泥高温烧成收缩比大,内部形成微小空隙,利于保水与透水;陶瓷作为主要骨料,陶瓷颗粒间在高温下再次烧结,形成高强度;玻璃作为骨料,在高温下熔化,增加强度;胶粘剂具有一定的粘合作用,成型效果好;陶瓷熔块在不同的温度状态下熔化和半熔化,使表面形成不规则的纹理和色彩变化;聚轻球作为成孔剂,高温烧成后使其产品内部结构形成均匀的细小微孔状,增加产品保水透水性。
本发明所述的中间层厚10mm,底层厚30—50mm。
本发明所述的胶粘剂为纤维素低温胶粘剂。
优选地,所述的纤维素低温胶粘剂由纤维素、聚乙烯醇、水玻璃和助剂组成。特别适用于陶瓷和玻璃的粘合,成型效果最佳。
本发明还提供了一种人造生态透水花岗石的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)原料配制
取10-15份的淤泥晾干,并研磨均匀,制成淤泥料;
向1.5-2份胶粘剂和1.5-3份聚轻球中加水混合,制成料浆;
将60-70份陶瓷废料、10-15份废渣和10-20份玻璃废料破碎成细颗粒和粗颗粒;
在细颗粒料中加入0.1-0.5份陶瓷色料,并混合均匀作为细骨料,在粗颗粒料中加入淤泥料,并混合均匀作为粗骨料;
优选地,所述细颗粒的粒径为0.5~2mm。

2)压制成型

制造时可根据天然石材的色彩和纹理,在上层原料中根据电脑配方进行自动化电脑布料系统,即可烧成不同颜色的高强度、高透水性的人造生态透水花岗石产品。

1、本发明人造生态透水花岗石全部采用淤泥、废陶瓷、废玻璃等固体工业废渣,对产业治污和环境保护非常重要,有利于绿色经济发展;淤泥的利用有利于湖泊水环境的改善,废陶瓷、废玻璃等工业废渣的利用减少了工业废渣对环境的污染,产品可回收循环再利用,大大节约矿产资源,符合国家十三五规划绿色发展战略;产品配方成本低廉,极易大范围推广应用;产品可多次回收利用,有利于循环经济的发展。
2、人造花岗石透水性能好,具有分子结构式的滤网系统,透水率在3mm/s以上,能应付50mm/h的降雨量。即使下暴雨,雨水也能迅速透过地表渗入地下,补充地下水、涵养地下水,既减少城市洪涝的发生,又留住宝贵的淡水资源,极大地改善了城市的生态和生活环境。
3、采用两层布料,上层10MM厚细粒径料、下层30—50MM厚粗粒径料,经过高温煅烧后形成特有的上层分子结构式滤网系统,不易堵塞,清洁方便,路面始终处于干净清洁状态,大大降低PM2.5和雾霾的发生。
4、人造生态透水花岗石具有各种花岗石的色彩和花纹纹理,美观大方、档次高,产品自然色差较小,装饰效果好。

本实施例为实施例2的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)原料配制
取10份的淤泥晾干,并研磨均匀,制成淤泥料;
向1.5份胶粘剂和1.5份聚轻球中加水混合,制成料浆;
将60份陶瓷废料、10份废渣和10份玻璃废料破碎成细颗粒和粗颗粒,在细颗粒料中加入0.1份陶瓷色料,并混合均匀作为细骨料,在粗颗粒料中加入淤泥料,并混合均匀作为粗骨料;
2)压制成型
将料浆和细骨料混合,搅拌均匀,得到A混合料,将料浆与粗骨料混合,搅拌均匀,得到B混合料;在压坯机磨具的下层加入B混合料,在压坯机磨具的上层加入A混合料,在上层料表面再加入不同色彩的陶瓷熔块0.3份,压制成型;
3)煅烧
将压制成型的坯料放入窑炉中,在100℃的温度下干燥2小时,再放入1180℃高温下煅烧5小时,待炉温降至室温后取出,即可制成微孔蜂窝状透水花岗石。
实施例7
本实施例为实施例4的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)原料配制
取15份的淤泥晾干,并研磨均匀,制成淤泥料;
向2份胶粘剂和3份聚轻球中加水混合,制成料浆;
将70份陶瓷废料、15份废渣和20份玻璃废料破碎成细颗粒和粗颗粒,在细颗粒料中加入0.5份陶瓷色料,并混合均匀作为细骨料,在粗颗粒料中加入淤泥料,并混合均匀作为粗骨料;
2)压制成型
将料浆和细骨料混合,搅拌均匀,得到A混合料,将料浆与粗骨料混合,搅拌均匀,得到B混合料;在压坯机磨具的下层加入B混合料,在压坯机磨具的上层加入A混合料,在上层料表面再加入不同色彩的陶瓷熔块0.5份,压制成型;
3)煅烧
将压制成型的坯料放入窑炉中,在120℃的温度下干燥1小时,再放入1250℃高温下煅烧3小时,待炉温降至室温后取出,即可制成微孔蜂窝状透水花岗石。
实施例8
本实施例为实施例5的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)原料配制
取12份的淤泥晾干,并研磨均匀,制成淤泥料;
向1.6份胶粘剂和2份聚轻球中加水混合,制成料浆;
将65份陶瓷废料、12份废渣和15份玻璃废料破碎成细颗粒和粗颗粒,在细颗粒料中加入0.3份陶瓷色料,并混合均匀作为细骨料,在粗颗粒料中加入淤泥料,并混合均匀作为粗骨料;
2)压制成型
将料浆和细骨料混合,搅拌均匀,得到A混合料,将料浆与粗骨料混合,搅拌均匀,得到B混合料;在压坯机磨具的下层加入B混合料,在压坯机磨具的上层加入A混合料,在上层料表面再加入不同色彩的陶瓷熔块0.4份,压制成型;
3)煅烧
将压制成型的坯料放入窑炉中,在110℃的温度下干燥1.5小时,再放入1200℃高温下煅烧4小时,待炉温降至室温后取出,即可制成微孔蜂窝状透水花岗石。
实施例9
本实施例在实施例6的基础上:
所述细颗粒的粒径为0.5mm。
所述粗颗粒的粒径为2mm。
实施例10
本实施例在实施例6的基础上:
所述细颗粒的粒径为2mm。
所述粗颗粒的粒径为5mm。
所述压制成型的压力为1200吨。
实施例11
本实施例在实施例7的基础上:
所述细颗粒的粒径为1mm。
所述粗颗粒的粒径为3mm。
所述压制成型的压力为1800吨。
实施例12
本实施例在实施例8的基础上:
所述细颗粒的粒径为1.5mm。
所述粗颗粒的粒径为4mm。
所述压制成型的压力为1600吨。

Claims (9)

1.一种人造生态透水花岗石,其特征在于:由表层、中间层和底层组成,所述的表层为陶瓷熔块层,所述的中间层和底层的厚度比为1:3-5;所述的中间层由陶瓷色料、陶瓷废料、废渣、玻璃废料、胶粘剂和聚轻球组成,所述的底层由陶瓷废料、废渣、玻璃废料、淤泥、胶粘剂和聚轻球组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的人造生态透水花岗石,其特征在于:所述的废渣是指在1200度高温下不熔化,不产生物理和化学变化的工业废渣。
3.根据权利要求1所述的人造生态透水花岗石,其特征在于:所述的中间层厚10mm,底层厚30—50mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的人造生态透水花岗石,其特征在于:所述的胶粘剂为纤维素低温胶粘剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的人造生态透水花岗石,其特征在于:所述的纤维素低温胶粘剂由纤维素、聚乙烯醇、水玻璃和助剂组成。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的人造生态透水花岗石的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:
原料配制
取10-15份的淤泥晾干,并研磨均匀,制成淤泥料;
向1.5-2份胶粘剂和1.5-3份聚轻球中加水混合,制成料浆;
将60-70份陶瓷废料、10-15份废渣和10-20份玻璃废料破碎成细颗粒和粗颗粒,在细颗粒料中加入0.1-0.5份陶瓷色料,并混合均匀作为细骨料,在粗颗粒料中加入淤泥料,并混合均匀作为粗骨料;
压制成型
将料浆和细骨料混合,搅拌均匀,得到A混合料,将料浆与粗骨料混合,搅拌均匀,得到B混合料;在压坯机磨具的下层加入B混合料,在压坯机磨具的上层加入A混合料,在上层料表面再加入不同色彩的陶瓷熔块0.3-0.5份,压制成型;
3)煅烧
将压制成型的坯料放入窑炉中,在100~120℃的温度下干燥1-2小时,再放入1180-1250℃高温下煅烧3-5小时,待炉温降至室温后取出,即可制成微孔蜂窝状透水花岗石。
7.根据权利要求6所述的人造生态透水花岗石的制备方法,其特征在于:所述细颗粒的粒径为0.5~2mm。
8.根据权利要求6所述的人造生态透水花岗石的制备方法,其特征在于:所述粗颗粒的粒径为2~5mm。
9.根据权利要求6所述的人造生态透水花岗石的制备方法,其特征在于:所述压制成型的压力为1200—1800吨。
