技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化设备技术领域,特别涉及一种多重循环空气净化设备。
背景技术
空气净化设备是指能够滤除或杀灭空气污染物、有效提高空气清洁度的产品,目前以清除室内空气污染的家用和商用空气净化设备为主。空气净化设备可以过滤空气悬浮微粒、细菌、病毒、真菌孢子、花粉、石棉、氡气衰变产物等污染物。
传统的空气净化设备在使用时存在如下问题:传统的净化设备在使用时,由于将室内空气经过净化设备净化,然后再回到室内,形成内循环,但是上述结构产生的净化后的空气,没有大量的室外新鲜空气进入,从而导致形成死循环,对人体的健康存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种多重循环空气净化设备,它采用外循环式的多重净化,具有使用方便,安装便捷,将室内受污染空气直接抽出排到预处理室中,将室外新鲜空气多重净化后导入室中,从而保证了室内新鲜空气,有利人们的身体健康。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
本发明所述的一种多重循环空气净化设备,它包括净化组件和处理室;所述净化组件包括净化壳体,净化壳体的顶面右侧设置有风机一,该风机一上设置有导气管一,该导气管一的外端管口穿插过至室外;所述净化壳体内上部设置有净化仓,该净化仓的内壁四周均匀安装有若干紫外线灯;所述净化仓顶面的仓口上安装有碳过滤筛一;所述净化仓的底面仓口与筒形过滤仓相连通;所述筒形过滤仓的底端设置有收集仓,收集仓的底端仓口与方形存储箱的顶面通孔相连通;所述方形存储箱的顶面一侧设置有雾喷头一,该雾喷头一通过水管与安装在室外的水箱中的泵一相连;所述方形存储箱安装有托板上,该托板安装在净化壳体内右侧下部上;所述方形存储箱右侧底部排污口与排污管相连通;所述排污管的另一端管口穿插至室外,至处理室中;所述处理室设置在地面下坑槽中;所述筒形过滤仓左侧面下部设置有水平出气筒,该水平出气筒的右侧面上安装有碳过滤筛二,该水平出气筒的左侧筒口与喇叭型导气口相连通;所述净化壳体内左侧面底部设置有风机二,该风机二一端安装有吸气管,该风机二的另一端安装有导气管二,导气管二的另一端穿插在处理室中。
进一步地,所述净化仓为倒锥台形状。
进一步地,所述处理室中内左侧面下部设置有泵二,泵二通过金属水管与安装在处理室内面部的喷淋管相连,喷淋管的底面设置若干雾喷头二。
进一步地,所述水平出气筒的底面安装有加热装置。
采用上述结构后,本发明有益效果为:本发明所述的一种多重循环空气净化设备,它采用外循环式的多重净化,具有使用方便,安装便捷,将室内受污染空气直接抽出排到预处理室中,将室外新鲜空气多重净化后导入室中,从而保证了室内新鲜空气,有利人们的身体健康。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示,本发明所述的一种多重循环空气净化设备,它包括净化组件和处理室;所述净化组件包括净化壳体1,净化壳体1的顶面右侧设置有风机一23,该风机一23上设置有导气管一24,该导气管一24的外端管口穿插过至室外;所述净化壳体1内上部设置有净化仓21,该净化仓21的内壁四周均匀安装有若干紫外线灯20;所述净化仓21顶面的仓口上安装有碳过滤筛一22;所述净化仓21的底面仓口与筒形过滤仓18相连通;所述筒形过滤仓18的底端设置有收集仓16,收集仓16的底端仓口与方形存储箱13的顶面通孔相连通;所述方形存储箱13的顶面一侧设置有雾喷头一17,该雾喷头一17通过水管与安装在室外的水箱19中的泵一相连;所述方形存储箱13安装有托板15上,该托板15安装在净化壳体1内右侧下部上;所述方形存储箱13右侧底部排污口与排污管12相连通;所述排污管12的另一端管口穿插至室外,至处理室9中;所述处理室9设置在地面下坑槽中;所述筒形过滤仓18左侧面下部设置有水平出气筒3,该水平出气筒3的右侧面上安装有碳过滤筛二14,该水平出气筒3的左侧筒口与喇叭型导气口2相连通;所述净化壳体1内左侧面底部设置有风机二6,该风机二6一端安装有吸气管5,该风机二5的另一端安装有导气管二11,导气管二11的另一端穿插在处理室9中。
进一步地,所述净化仓21为倒锥台形状。
进一步地,所述处理室9中内左侧面下部设置有泵二8,泵二8通过金属水管7与安装在处理室9内面部的喷淋管10相连,喷淋管10的底面设置若干雾喷头二。
进一步地,所述水平出气筒的底面安装有加热装置4。
本发明的工作原理如下:
本设计中,净化壳体1内底部的风机二6直接将室内空气抽出至处理室9中,处理室9底部设置有水,通过泵二8抽出至喷淋管10中,再由雾喷头二喷出,进行处理。同时风机一23将室内新鲜的空气通过导气管一24导入,经过碳过滤筛一22、紫外线灯20和碳过滤筛二14的三重过滤,净化后的废气、微粒至收集仓16中,再至方形存储箱13,经过雾喷头一17雾喷后,形成污水由排污管12排至处理室9中。过滤后的新鲜空气再经过喇叭型导气口2导至室内。
本设计中,水平出气筒的底面安装有加热装置4,在冬季使用时,方便加热空气,增加室内温度,形成类似空调的效果。
本发明所述的一种多重循环空气净化设备,它采用外循环式的多重净化,具有使用方便,安装便捷,将室内受污染空气直接抽出排到预处理室中,将室外新鲜空气多重净化后导入室中,从而保证了室内新鲜空气,有利人们的身体健康。

1.一种多重循环空气净化设备,其特征在于:它包括净化组件和处理室;所述净化组件包括净化壳体,净化壳体的顶面右侧设置有风机一,该风机一上设置有导气管一,该导气管一的外端管口穿插过至室外;所述净化壳体内上部设置有净化仓,该净化仓的内壁四周均匀安装有若干紫外线灯;所述净化仓顶面的仓口上安装有碳过滤筛一;所述净化仓的底面仓口与筒形过滤仓相连通;所述筒形过滤仓的底端设置有收集仓,收集仓的底端仓口与方形存储箱的顶面通孔相连通;所述方形存储箱的顶面一侧设置有雾喷头一,该雾喷头一通过水管与安装在室外的水箱中的泵一相连;所述方形存储箱安装有托板上,该托板安装在净化壳体内右侧下部上;所述方形存储箱右侧底部排污口与排污管相连通;所述排污管的另一端管口穿插至室外,至处理室中;所述处理室设置在地面下坑槽中;所述筒形过滤仓左侧面下部设置有水平出气筒,该水平出气筒的右侧面上安装有碳过滤筛二,该水平出气筒的左侧筒口与喇叭型导气口相连通;所述净化壳体内左侧面底部设置有风机二,该风机二一端安装有吸气管,该风机二的另一端安装有导气管二,导气管二的另一端穿插在处理室中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多重循环空气净化设备,其特征在于:所述净化仓为倒锥台形状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多重循环空气净化设备,其特征在于:所述处理室中内左侧面下部设置有泵二,泵二通过金属水管与安装在处理室内面部的喷淋管相连,喷淋管的底面设置若干雾喷头二。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多重循环空气净化设备,其特征在于:所述水平出气筒的底面安装有加热装置。
