Description

一种废气净化处理装置 技术领域
本发明属于混料机技术领域,具体涉及一种废气净化处理装置。
背景技术
工业废气,特别是冶金矿业的废气排放是大气污染物的主要来源。烟气的排放破坏了地球的环境,引发一系列的环境、生态及社会问题。如向大气中排放的SO2和NOx造成大气严重的酸雨污染,从而引起可以建筑物的损坏,并直接影响人类健康;氮氧化物造成大气光化学烟雾,CO2是引发大气温室效应的主要元凶。一些工业行业,如皮鞋制造、人造板制造、木制家具行业、印刷行业、冶金与石化行业、汽车制造涂装和维修、电子产品制造、干洗行业等,均会在其工序中产生含有挥发性废气。如不治理,直接排放进入大气,不仅会对空气造成污染,同时也造成了资源的严重浪费。对于废气的治理:一方面,废气需净化处理才可排放大气;另一方面,对于废气来说有机废气的捕集和回收尤为重要,为了更好保护环境,目前工业上有许多烟气废气的治理方法,其中废气净化技术主要有活性炭吸附法、催化燃烧法、水洗淋喷法,但是这些方法要么花费大量的资金,要么就是对废气的处理不干净。因此,发明一种废气净化处理装置来解决上述问题很有必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种废气净化处理装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种废气净化处理装置,包括洗涤室,所述洗涤室上端一侧设有进气管,所述进气管的另一端连接有风机,所述风机下端设有吸气罩,所述进气管内部设有生物过滤层,所述洗涤室上设有加液口,所述加液口下方设有排污口,且排污口上设有阀门,所述洗涤室下方一侧设有加热装置,所述加热装置上方设有排气管,所述排气 管另一端连接有过滤室,所述过滤室内壁设有紫外杀菌灯,所述过滤室内设有活性炭过滤层,所述过滤室下方设有出气口,所述出气口上端设有循环管。
优选的,所述进气管延伸至洗涤室内洗涤液的液面下方。
优选的,所述紫外杀菌灯的数量设置为两组,且紫外杀菌灯分别设置在过滤室内顶部和过滤室内底部。
优选的,所述出气口上设有电磁阀,且电磁阀内设有气体流量计。
优选的,所述洗涤室和过滤室的内壁设有耐腐蚀层。
优选的,所述排气管上设有气阀。
本发明的技术效果和优点:该废气净化处理装置,通过设置的风机和在风机下端的吸气罩,可以将大量的废气吸进进气管内,进气管内设有生物过滤层,可以将一部分的废气过滤掉,通过设置的洗涤室和洗涤室内设有洗涤液,并且进气管管口延伸至洗涤液的液面下方,洗涤室一侧设有加热装置,可以洗涤大量的废气,通过设置在洗涤室上方的排气管,废气进入过滤室,通过设置在过滤室内设有紫外杀菌灯,可以将废气内细菌杀死,并且过滤室内设有两层活性炭过滤层,也更好的将废气内的污染物过滤掉,并且过滤室内设有循环管,循环管可以将废气循环过滤,过滤室下方设有出气口,方便排出过滤好的气体,该发明设计合理、造价低、处理量大、节约资源、净化效率高值得大力推广。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供了如图1-3所示的一种废气净化处理装置,包括洗涤室1和过滤室11,所述洗涤室1上端一侧设有进气管2,所述进气管2的另一端连接有风机3,所述风机3下端设有吸气罩4,所述进气管2内部设有生物过滤层5,所述洗涤室1上设有加液口6,所述加液口6下方设有排污口7,且排污口7上设有阀门8,所述洗涤室1下方一侧设有加热装置9,所述加热装置9上方设有排气管10,所述排气管10另一端连接有过滤室11,所述过滤室11内壁设有紫外杀菌灯12,所述过滤室11内设有活性炭过滤层13,所述过滤室11下方设有出气口13,所述出气口13上端设有循环管14,所述进气管2延伸至洗涤室1内洗涤液的液面下方,所述紫外杀菌灯12的数量设置为两组,且紫外杀菌灯12分别设置在过滤室11内顶部和过滤室11内底部,所述出气口13上设有电磁阀14,且电磁阀14内设有气体流量计,所述洗涤室1和过滤室11的内壁设有耐腐蚀层,所述排气管10上设有气阀15。
工作原理:工作时,风机3转动工作,设置在风机3下端的吸气罩4,可以将大量的废气吸进进气管2内,进气管2内设有生物过滤层5,可以将一部分的废气过滤掉,废气通过进气管2进入洗涤室1内,洗涤室1内设有洗涤液,并且进气管2管口延伸至洗涤液的液面下方,洗涤室1一侧设有加热装置9,可以更好的将废气洗涤,废气通过洗涤室1上方的排气管2,进入过滤室11,过滤室11内设有紫外杀菌灯12,可以将废气内细菌杀死,过滤室11内设有两层活性炭过滤层13,也更好的将废气内的污染物过滤掉,并且过滤室11内设有循环管14,循环管14可以将废气循环过滤,过滤室11下方设有 出气口13,方便排出过滤好的气体。

  1. 一种废气净化处理装置,包括洗涤室(1)和过滤室(11),其特征在于:所述洗涤室(1)上端一侧设有进气管(2),所述进气管(2)的另一端连接有风机(3),所述风机(3)下端设有吸气罩(4),所述进气管(2)内部设有生物过滤层(5),所述洗涤室(1)上设有加液口(6),所述加液口(6)下方设有排污口(7),且排污口(7)上设有阀门(8),所述洗涤室(1)下方一侧设有加热装置(9),所述加热装置(9)上方设有排气管(10),所述排气管(10)另一端连接有过滤室(11),所述过滤室(11)内壁设有紫外杀菌灯(12),所述过滤室(11)内设有活性炭过滤层(13),所述过滤室(11)下方设有出气口(13),所述出气口(13)上端设有循环管(14)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种废气净化处理装置,其特征在于:所述进气管(2)延伸至洗涤室(1)内洗涤液的液面下方。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种废气净化处理装置,其特征在于:所述紫外杀菌灯(12)的数量设置为两组,且紫外杀菌灯(12)分别设置在过滤室(11)内顶部和过滤室(11)内底部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种废气净化处理装置,其特征在于:所述出气口(13)上设有电磁阀(14),且电磁阀(14)内设有气体流量计。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种废气净化处理装置,其特征在于:所述洗涤室(1)和过滤室(11)的内壁设有耐腐蚀层。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种废气净化处理装置,其特征在于:所述排气管(10)上设有气阀(15)。
