本发明提供的一种带有印花的涤棉混纺织物的纺织工艺，包括以下步骤：由纯棉股线和棉纱加导电丝用加捻设备捻制成的股线；采用分条整经机，按每英寸2根加导电丝的股线排列整入经轴，用高速剑杆织机织造，高速剑杆织机工艺配制，通过整理车间按工艺检验；在待印的涤棉混纺织物上用上述调制好的印花浆进行直接印花，然后在烘房对坯布进行烘干；印染上色后按工艺加入软化剂，做测试、检验、预缩、定型处理。本发明的有益效果为：使用分散活性同浆在涤棉混纺织物上直接印花的方法，同时解决了涤棉混纺织物染料色牢度好，大大提高了产品质量，同时将涤棉织物在芳香烃溶液中进行浸泡后，人体在出汗时会散发出芳香烃的清新。

背景技术
现有的涤棉混纺织物一般都是由专用涤棉混纺织物染料印花，它的缺点是：专用的涤棉混纺织物染料成本高，色牢度较差，摩擦牢度较差，一般较难达到市场上要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种带有印花的涤棉混纺织物的纺织工艺，解决上述现有技术中的一个或者是多个。
本发明提供的一种带有印花的涤棉混纺织物的纺织工艺，包括以下步骤：
由纯棉股线和棉纱加导电丝用加捻设备捻制成的股线；
采用分条整经机，按每英寸2根加导电丝的股线排列整入经轴，用高速剑杆织机织造，高速剑杆织机工艺配制，通过整理车间按工艺检验；
印染时按工艺要求印染,在待印的涤棉混纺织物上用上述调制好的印花浆进行直接印花，然后在烘房对坯布进行烘干；
印染上色后按工艺加入软化剂，做测试、检验、预缩、定型处理。
在一些实施方式中，所述印花浆通过活性染料、分散染料、水、助剂混合制成。
本发明的有益效果为：使用分散活性同浆在涤棉混纺织物上直接印花的方法，解决了涤棉混纺织物印花难点，同时解决了涤棉混纺织物染料色牢度好，大大提高了产品质量，同时将涤棉织物在芳香烃溶液中进行浸泡后，人体在出汗时会散发出芳香烃的清新。
