本发明提供的一种带有印花的涤棉混纺织物的纺织工艺,包括以下步骤:由纯棉股线和棉纱加导电丝用加捻设备捻制成的股线;采用分条整经机,按每英寸2根加导电丝的股线排列整入经轴,用高速剑杆织机织造,高速剑杆织机工艺配制,通过整理车间按工艺检验;在待印的涤棉混纺织物上用上述调制好的印花浆进行直接印花,然后在烘房对坯布进行烘干;印染上色后按工艺加入软化剂,做测试、检验、预缩、定型处理。本发明的有益效果为:使用分散活性同浆在涤棉混纺织物上直接印花的方法,同时解决了涤棉混纺织物染料色牢度好,大大提高了产品质量,同时将涤棉织物在芳香烃溶液中进行浸泡后,人体在出汗时会散发出芳香烃的清新。

本发明涉及纺织领域,更具体地,涉及一种带有印花的涤棉混纺织物的纺织工艺。
背景技术
现有的涤棉混纺织物一般都是由专用涤棉混纺织物染料印花,它的缺点是:专用的涤棉混纺织物染料成本高,色牢度较差,摩擦牢度较差,一般较难达到市场上要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种带有印花的涤棉混纺织物的纺织工艺,解决上述现有技术中的一个或者是多个。
本发明提供的一种带有印花的涤棉混纺织物的纺织工艺,包括以下步骤:
由纯棉股线和棉纱加导电丝用加捻设备捻制成的股线;
采用分条整经机,按每英寸2根加导电丝的股线排列整入经轴,用高速剑杆织机织造,高速剑杆织机工艺配制,通过整理车间按工艺检验;
印染时按工艺要求印染,在待印的涤棉混纺织物上用上述调制好的印花浆进行直接印花,然后在烘房对坯布进行烘干;
印染上色后按工艺加入软化剂,做测试、检验、预缩、定型处理。
在一些实施方式中,所述印花浆通过活性染料、分散染料、水、助剂混合制成。
本发明的有益效果为:使用分散活性同浆在涤棉混纺织物上直接印花的方法,解决了涤棉混纺织物印花难点,同时解决了涤棉混纺织物染料色牢度好,大大提高了产品质量,同时将涤棉织物在芳香烃溶液中进行浸泡后,人体在出汗时会散发出芳香烃的清新。

采用分条整经机,按每英寸2根加导电丝的股线排列整入经轴,用高速剑杆织机织造,高速剑杆织机工艺配制,通过整理车间按工艺检验;
印染时按工艺要求印染,在待印的涤棉混纺织物上用上述调制好的印花浆进行直接印花,然后在烘房对坯布进行烘干;
印染上色后按工艺加入软化剂,做测试、检验、预缩、定型处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有印花的涤棉混纺织物的纺织工艺,其特征在于,所述印花浆通过活性染料、分散染料、水、助剂混合制成。
