本发明公开了一种夜光中底用组合物,由如下重量份的组分制成:EVA7350 20~40重量份、EVA7470 20~40重量份、POE8150 15~30重量份、6085弹性体20~40重量份、SM7‑2长效夜光剂7~10重量份、1258滑石粉2.5~10重量份、硬脂酸0.5~1重量份、氧化锌2.5~5重量份、硬脂酸锌0.5~2重量份、R103钛白粉2.5~8重量份、MR‑02流动助剂0.5~1重量份、TAIC架桥助剂1~2重量份、AC发泡剂2~3重量份、DCP0.2~0.4重量份和适量色粒。本发明在传统中底配方的基础上进行提升设计,从而设计开发出一种在夜间具有发光效果的中底用橡胶组合五,以不断满足目前夜跑者的观赏性与安全性的需求。

技术领域
本发明属于鞋底材料技术领域,具体涉及一种夜光中底用组合物及其应用。
背景技术
随着运动鞋市场的快速发展,人们对鞋底等部分的穿着体验和外观的要求越来越高,不仅要有极佳的支撑性,需要具备很高的缓震、高弹、耐磨等功能性,而且还需要足够的轻便,现有技术中的鞋底的中底的组分配比如下表所示:

上述组分制得的中底虽然性能良好,但无夜光效果,无法满足市场对酷炫跑鞋外观及夜跑安全性的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术缺陷,提供一种夜光中底用组合物。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述夜光中底用组合物的应用。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种夜光中底用组合物,由如下重量份的组分制成:EVA7350 20~40重量份、EVA7470 20~40重量份、POE8150 15~30重量份、6085弹性体20~40重量份、SM7-2长效夜光剂7~10重量份、1258滑石粉2.5~10重量份、硬脂酸0.5~1重量份、氧化锌2.5~5重量份、硬脂酸锌0.5~2重量份、R103钛白粉2.5~8重量份、MR-02流动助剂0.5~1重量份、TAIC架桥助剂1~2重量份、AC发泡剂2~3重量份、DCP 0.2~0.4重量份和适量色粒;其生产方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取各组分;
(2)将各组分充分混合后通过密炼机混炼10~15min,于128℃以下温度卸料;
(3)将步骤(2)所得物料于开炼机上进行降温分散混炼5~8min后进行造粒并冷却至少24h;
(4)将步骤(3)所得物料在小泡机上进行发泡操作,得到发泡粗坯成品;
(5)将步骤(4)所得发泡粗坯成品进行打磨后进行二次模压并进行修边和水洗烘干,即成。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,由如下重量份的组分制成:EVA7350 25重量份、EVA7470 30重量份、POE8150 15重量份、6085弹性体30重量份、SM7-2长效夜光剂8重量份、1258滑石粉2.5重量份、硬脂酸0.8重量份、氧化锌2.5重量份、硬脂酸锌0.5重量份、R103钛白粉3重量份、MR-02流动助剂0.6重量份、TAIC架桥助剂1.1重量份、AC发泡剂2.2重量份、DCP 0.32重量份和适量色粒。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,所述步骤(2)为:将各组分充分混合后通过密炼机混炼15min,于128℃以下温度卸料。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,所述步骤(3)为:将步骤(2)所得物料于开炼机上进行降温分散混炼6min后进行造粒并冷却至少24h。
本发明的另一技术方案如下:
一种鞋中底,由上述夜光中底用组合物制成。
本发明的有益效果:本发明在传统中底配方的基础上进行提升设计,在特定基底组分的基础上加入SM7-2长效夜光剂,从而设计开发出一种在夜间具有发光效果的中底用橡胶组合五,以不断满足目前夜跑者的观赏性与安全性的需求。

以下通过具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案进行进一步的说明和描述。
实施例1
一种具有夜光效果的鞋中底,其生产方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取各组分:EVA7350 25重量份、EVA7470 30重量份、POE8150 15重量份、6085弹性体30重量份、SM7-2长效夜光剂8重量份、1258滑石粉2.5重量份、硬脂酸0.8重量份、氧化锌2.5重量份、硬脂酸锌0.5重量份、R103钛白粉3重量份、MR-02流动助剂0.6重量份、TAIC架桥助剂1.1重量份、AC发泡剂2.2重量份、DCP 0.32重量份和适量色粒;
(2)将各组分充分混合后通过密炼机混炼15min,于128℃以下温度卸料。
(3)将步骤(2)所得物料于开炼机上进行降温分散混炼6min后进行造粒并冷却至少24h;
(4)将步骤(3)所得物料在小泡机上进行发泡操作,得到发泡粗坯成品;
(5)将步骤(4)所得发泡粗坯成品进行打磨后进行二次模压并进行修边和水洗烘干,即成。具体物性指标如下表所示:

具体包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取各组分:EVA7350 20~40重量份、EVA7470 20~40重量份、POE8150 15~30重量份、6085弹性体20~40重量份、SM7-2长效夜光剂7~10重量份、1258滑石粉2.5~10重量份、硬脂酸0.5~1重量份、氧化锌2.5~5重量份、硬脂酸锌0.5~2重量份、R103钛白粉2.5~8重量份、MR-02流动助剂0.5~1重量份、TAIC架桥助剂1~2重量份、AC发泡剂2~3重量份、DCP 0.2~0.4重量份和适量色粒;
(2)将各组分充分混合后通过密炼机混炼10~15min,于128℃以下温度卸料;
(3)将步骤(2)所得物料于开炼机上进行降温分散混炼5~8min后进行造粒并冷却至少24h;
(4)将步骤(3)所得物料在小泡机上进行发泡操作,得到发泡粗坯成品;
(5)将步骤(4)所得发泡粗坯成品进行打磨后进行二次模压并进行修边和水洗烘干,即成。

1.一种夜光中底用组合物,其特征在于:由如下重量份的组分制成:EVA7350 20~40重量份、EVA7470 20~40重量份、POE8150 15~30重量份、6085弹性体20~40重量份、SM7-2长效夜光剂7~10重量份、1258滑石粉2.5~10重量份、硬脂酸0.5~1重量份、氧化锌2.5~5重量份、硬脂酸锌0.5~2重量份、R103钛白粉2.5~8重量份、MR-02流动助剂0.5~1重量份、TAIC架桥助剂1~2重量份、AC发泡剂2~3重量份、DCP 0.2~0.4重量份和适量色粒;其生产方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取各组分;
(2)将各组分充分混合后通过密炼机混炼10~15min,于128℃以下温度卸料;
(3)将步骤(2)所得物料于开炼机上进行降温分散混炼5~8min后进行造粒并冷却至少24h;
(4)将步骤(3)所得物料在小泡机上进行发泡操作,得到发泡粗坯成品;
(5)将步骤(4)所得发泡粗坯成品进行打磨后进行二次模压并进行修边和水洗烘干,即成。
2.如权利要求1所述的夜光中底用组合物,其特征在于:由如下重量份的组分制成:EVA7350 25重量份、EVA7470 30重量份、POE8150 15重量份、6085弹性体30重量份、SM7-2长效夜光剂8重量份、1258滑石粉2.5重量份、硬脂酸0.8重量份、氧化锌2.5重量份、硬脂酸锌0.5重量份、R103钛白粉3重量份、MR-02流动助剂0.6重量份、TAIC架桥助剂1.1重量份、AC发泡剂2.2重量份、DCP 0.32重量份和适量色粒。
3.如权利要求1所述的夜光中底用组合物,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)为:将各组分充分混合后通过密炼机混炼15min,于128℃以下温度卸料。
4.如权利要求1所述的夜光中底用组合物,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)为:将步骤(2)所得物料于开炼机上进行降温分散混炼6min后进行造粒并冷却至少24h。
5.一种鞋中底,其特征在于:由权利要求1至4中任一权利要求所述的夜光中底用组合物制成。
