Abstract
本发明公开了一种轻质耐磨射出橡胶组合物及其应用,由如下重量份的组分制成:EVA7470 10~30重量份、6311橡塑50~70重量份、OBC9107 10~30重量份、GS‑38橡塑10~30重量份、1258滑石粉3~5重量份、硬脂酸0.5~1重量份、氧化锌2~4重量份、硬脂酸锌0.5~1重量份、R103钛白粉2~5重量份、MR‑02流动助剂0.5~1重量份、TAIC架桥助剂1~2重量份、AC发泡剂2~3重量份、DCP 0.25~0.5重量份和适量色粒。本发明通过开发引进不同功能的橡塑材料进行设计开发出一种全新的类似橡胶配方,使得此配方具有传统橡胶的耐磨性与止滑性,但又轻于传统橡胶配方的重量50%。

技术领域
本发明属于鞋底材料技术领域,具体涉及一种轻质耐磨射出橡胶组合物及其应用。
背景技术
随着运动鞋市场的快速发展,人们对鞋底等部分的穿着体验和外观的要求越来越高,不仅要有极佳的支撑性,需要具备很高的缓震、高弹、耐磨等功能性,而且还需要足够的轻便,现有技术中的鞋底的橡胶的组分配比如下表所示:

上述组分制得的鞋底虽然耐磨止滑性能良好,但比重达到1.18±0.02,无法兼顾轻质与耐磨。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术缺陷,提供一种轻质耐磨射出橡胶组合物。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述轻质耐磨射出橡胶组合物的应用。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种轻质耐磨射出橡胶组合物,由如下重量份的组分制成:EVA7470 10~30重量份、6311橡塑50~70重量份、OBC9107 10~30重量份、GS-38橡塑10~30重量份、1258滑石粉3~5重量份、硬脂酸0.5~1重量份、氧化锌2~4重量份、硬脂酸锌0.5~1重量份、R103钛白粉2~5重量份、MR-02流动助剂0.5~1重量份、TAIC架桥助剂1~2重量份、AC发泡剂2~3重量份、DCP 0.25~0.5重量份和适量色粒;其生产方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取各组分;
(2)将各组分充分混合后通过密炼机混炼10~15min,于128℃以下温度卸料;
(3)将步骤(2)所得物料于开炼机上进行降温分散混炼5~8min后进行造粒并冷却至少24h;
(4)将步骤(3)所得物料在射出机上进行射出成型,得到粗坯;
(5)将步骤(4)所得粗坯经过5节稳定烘箱进行25~40min的尺寸稳定成型,再进行修边、水洗和烘干,即成。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,由如下重量份的组分制成:EVA7470 15重量份、6311橡塑60重量份、OBC9107 15重量份、GS-38橡塑10重量份、1258滑石粉3重量份、硬脂酸0.6重量份、氧化锌2.5重量份、硬脂酸锌0.5重量份、R103钛白粉2.5重量份、MR-02流动助剂0.6重量份、TAIC架桥助剂1.1重量份、AC发泡剂2.2重量份、DCP0.33重量份和适量色粒。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,所述步骤(2)为:将各组分充分混合后通过密炼机混炼15min,于128℃以下温度卸料。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,所述步骤(3)为:将步骤(2)所得物料于开炼机上进行降温分散混炼6min后进行造粒并冷却至少24h。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,所述步骤(5)为:将步骤(4)所得粗坯经过5节稳定烘箱进行30min的尺寸稳定成型,再进行修边、水洗和烘干,即成。
本发明的另一技术方案如下:
一种鞋底,由上述轻质耐磨射出橡胶组合物制成。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过开发引进不同功能的橡塑材料进行设计开发出一种全新的类似橡胶配方,使得此配方具有传统橡胶的耐磨性与止滑性,但又轻于传统橡胶配方的重量50%。

以下通过具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案进行进一步的说明和描述。
实施例1
一种鞋底,其生产方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取各组分:EVA7470 15重量份、6311橡塑60重量份、OBC9107 15重量份、GS-38橡塑10重量份、1258滑石粉3重量份、硬脂酸0.6重量份、氧化锌2.5重量份、硬脂酸锌0.5重量份、R103钛白粉2.5重量份、MR-02流动助剂0.6重量份、TAIC架桥助剂1.1重量份、AC发泡剂2.2重量份、DCP 0.33重量份和适量色粒;
(2)将各组分充分混合后通过密炼机混炼15min,于128℃以下温度卸料。
(3)将步骤(2)所得物料于开炼机上进行降温分散混炼6min后进行造粒并冷却至少24h;
(4)将步骤(3)所得物料在射出机上进行射出成型,得到粗坯;
(5)将步骤(4)所得粗坯经过5节稳定烘箱进行30min的尺寸稳定成型,再进行修边、水洗和烘干,即成。具体物性指标如下表所示:

一种鞋底,由本发明的轻质耐磨射出橡胶组合物制成。
具体包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取各组分:EVA7470 10~30重量份、6311橡塑50~70重量份、OBC9107 10~30重量份、GS-38橡塑10~30重量份、1258滑石粉3~5重量份、硬脂酸0.5~1重量份、氧化锌2~4重量份、硬脂酸锌0.5~1重量份、R103钛白粉2~5重量份、MR-02流动助剂0.5~1重量份、TAIC架桥助剂1~2重量份、AC发泡剂2~3重量份、DCP 0.25~0.5重量份和适量色粒;
(2)将各组分充分混合后通过密炼机混炼10~15min,于128℃以下温度卸料;
(3)将步骤(2)所得物料于开炼机上进行降温分散混炼5~8min后进行造粒并冷却至少24h;
(4)将步骤(3)所得物料在射出机上进行射出成型,得到粗坯;
(5)将步骤(4)所得粗坯经过5节稳定烘箱进行25~40min的尺寸稳定成型,再进行修边、水洗和烘干,即成。

1.一种轻质耐磨射出橡胶组合物,其特征在于:由如下重量份的组分制成:EVA7470 10~30重量份、6311橡塑50~70重量份、OBC9107 10~30重量份、GS-38橡塑10~30重量份、1258滑石粉3~5重量份、硬脂酸0.5~1重量份、氧化锌2~4重量份、硬脂酸锌0.5~1重量份、R103钛白粉2~5重量份、MR-02流动助剂0.5~1重量份、TAIC架桥助剂1~2重量份、AC发泡剂2~3重量份、DCP 0.25~0.5重量份和适量色;其生产方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取各组分;
(2)将各组分充分混合后通过密炼机混炼10~15min,于128℃以下温度卸料;
(3)将步骤(2)所得物料于开炼机上进行降温分散混炼5~8min后进行造粒并冷却至少24h;
(4)将步骤(3)所得物料在射出机上进行射出成型,得到粗坯;
(5)将步骤(4)所得粗坯经过5节稳定烘箱进行25~40min的尺寸稳定成型,再进行修边、水洗和烘干,即成。
2.如权利要求1所述的轻质耐磨射出橡胶组合物,其特征在于:由如下重量份的组分制成:EVA7470 15重量份、6311橡塑60重量份、OBC9107 15重量份、GS-38橡塑10重量份、1258滑石粉3重量份、硬脂酸0.6重量份、氧化锌2.5重量份、硬脂酸锌0.5重量份、R103钛白粉2.5重量份、MR-02流动助剂0.6重量份、TAIC架桥助剂1.1重量份、AC发泡剂2.2重量份、DCP0.33重量份和适量色粒。
3.如权利要求1所述的轻质耐磨射出橡胶组合物,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)为:将各组分充分混合后通过密炼机混炼15min,于128℃以下温度卸料。
4.如权利要求1所述的轻质耐磨射出橡胶组合物,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)为:将步骤(2)所得物料于开炼机上进行降温分散混炼6min后进行造粒并冷却至少24h。
5.如权利要求1所述的轻质耐磨射出橡胶组合物,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)为:将步骤(4)所得粗坯经过5节稳定烘箱进行30min的尺寸稳定成型,再进行修边、水洗和烘干,即成。
6.一种鞋底,其特征在于:由权利要求1至5中任一权利要求所述的轻质耐磨射出橡胶组合物制成。
