Abstract
本发明涉及一种纳米功能陶瓷球的配制及工艺,这种陶瓷球采用贝壳粉20‑25份,硅藻土15‑20份,硅钙镁粉30‑40份,膨润土15‑20份,粉状海泡石15‑25份,水25‑35份组成,经过压制成型,烧结而成的纳米功能陶瓷球,具有广泛的应用价值,用于制造小分子团水,有益于人体健康,促进种植业丰产丰收,有利于养殖业的健康生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纳米功能陶瓷球的配制及工艺,属功能陶瓷。
背景技术
目前制造纳米级材料的原料均由自然界的各种材料,经筛选后,再经过粉碎达到纳米级,通常称纳米级材料。然而,由于社会发展需要,纳米级材料用途越来越广,但还需要更进一步深加工,才能得到更广泛的实际应用。为此,人们希望通过对纳米材料更深层次的开发,达到更符合实际的需要,得到推广应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是在常规纳米级材料的基础上,通过筛选、重组、烧结的工艺变成纳米功能陶瓷球,扩充其应用范围和效果。
本发明涉及的一种功能陶瓷球的材料配制及烧结工艺,其特征在于配置比例,按重量配比生产。
其烧制工艺,依上述比例
1、将贝壳粉、硅藻土、硅钙镁粉、膨润土、粉状海泡石,粉碎至纳米级,搅拌均匀后,加水至25-35份,再搅拌10-15分钟,然后用均质机均质5-10分钟,成泥胚。
2、成型:将泥胚放入模具中,压制成型后,通风晾干。
3、将晾干后的陶胚,放入炉中烧结,炉温1500-2000度,烧结2-3小时,即成纳米功能陶瓷球。
4、炉膛冷却后,将纳米功能陶瓷球出炉即可。
具体实施
本发明涉及一种功能陶瓷球的材料配比及烧结工艺,其特征在于配置比例,按重量配比生产。
其配制工艺,依上述比例
1、将贝壳粉、硅藻土、硅钙镁粉、膨润土、粉状海泡石粉碎至纳米级,搅拌均匀后,加水30份,搅拌10分钟,成泥胚。将泥胚放入模具中,压制成型晾干。将晾干后的陶胚,放入炉中烧结,烧至1800度,2小时,即成纳米功能陶瓷球。炉膛冷却至常温,取出纳米功能陶瓷球。
用本产品制取的小分子团水,可作为健康饮用水、种植催芽促长水、土壤改良用水、防病治虫环保水、洗涤去污环保水,健康养殖饮用水等各种用途,有着广泛的市场前景。

1.本发明涉及一种纳米功能陶瓷球的配制及工艺,其基本特征在于材料的配制,按重量配比生产,贝壳粉20-25份,硅藻土15-20份,硅钙镁粉30-40份,膨润土15-20份,粉状海泡石15-25份,水25-35份。
2.根据权利1所述,其基本特征在于制备工艺,依上述比例,将贝壳粉,硅藻土,硅钙镁粉,膨润土,粉状海泡石,粉碎至纳米级,搅拌均匀后,加水25-35份,再搅拌10-15分钟,然后用均质机均质5-10分钟,成泥胚,再放入模具中压制成型,晾干,放入炉中烧结,在1500-2000度温度下,烧结2-3小时,再冷却,即成纳米功能陶瓷球。
