本发明公开了一种门板制作工艺,属于建筑门板制作技术领域,包括以下步骤:a.切割木材获得设计大小的芯板,并对其表面进行打磨处理;b.在芯板的两个板面上压制具有纹路的木质表皮;c.加工制作边框,边框由四条边依次首位对接形成,并在对接处用倒边机倒角,倒角后用砂纸进行打磨;d.边框和芯板组装形成门板,在门板的表面喷涂一层底漆涂料,而后烘干;e.在烘干后的底漆表面进行打磨,打磨后喷涂一层面漆涂料;f.在面漆涂料的表面喷涂一层色漆涂料,而后烘干。不易翘曲变形,并且门板表面不仅可以实现常规的表面修饰功能,而且还具有适宜的抗氧化功能,形成了保护层,避免了裂痕和失色,更耐用,使用寿命长。

本发明涉及建筑门板制作技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种门板制作工艺。
背景技术
在原木门板的制作生产过程中,通常是先将未油漆的边框及芯板组装成毛坯门,然后再对毛坯门进行整体的修整、打磨,最后进行整体地油漆,保证整体油漆颜色的一致性和均匀性。
但由于气温以及湿度是随着季节和地域的变化而变化的,而门板一般都安装放置在室外或通风的地方,使用一段时间后,原木门板表面的油漆层经常会出现漆面产生裂痕、失色的问题,有时还可导致脱漆现象,就需要更换,导致使用寿命较短,也造成资源的浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种门板制作工艺,以解决目前的门板制作存在的上述问题。
为实现本发明目的,采用的技术方案为:一种门板制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
a.切割木材获得设计大小的芯板,并对其表面进行打磨处理;
b.在芯板的两个板面上压制具有纹路的木质表皮;
c.加工制作边框,边框由四条边依次首位对接形成,并在对接处用倒边机倒角,倒角后用砂纸进行打磨;
d.边框和芯板组装形成门板,在门板的表面喷涂一层底漆涂料,而后烘干;
e.在烘干后的底漆表面进行打磨,打磨后喷涂一层面漆涂料;
f.在面漆涂料的表面喷涂一层色漆涂料,而后烘干。
进一步地,面漆涂料的制作方法为:将甲醚乙酸酯、乙酸异丁酯、超细二氧化硅和聚酮树脂混合搅拌后,加入硝化棉,搅拌待硝化棉完全溶解后,加入高效消光粉、羧基聚丙烯酸树脂和消光蜡浆,继续搅拌;而后加入甲醚乙酸酯、乙酸异丁酯和异氰酸酯加成物并搅拌均匀。
进一步地,所述色漆涂料的组分包含丙稀酸树脂、色漆、稀释剂以及固化剂。
本发明的有益效果是,不易翘曲变形,并且通过对门板进行的底漆喷涂、面漆喷涂以及色漆喷涂,使门板表面不仅可以实现常规的表面修饰功能,而且还具有适宜的抗氧化功能,形成了保护层,避免了裂痕和失色,更耐用,使用寿命长,保证了门板的质量。

下面通过具体的实施例子对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
本发明提供的门板制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
a.切割木材获得设计大小的芯板,并对其表面进行打磨处理;
b.在芯板的两个板面上压制具有纹路的木质表皮;
c.加工制作边框,边框由四条边依次首位对接形成,并在对接处用倒边机倒角,倒角后用砂纸进行打磨;
d.边框和芯板组装形成门板,在门板的表面喷涂一层底漆涂料,而后烘干;
e.在烘干后的底漆表面进行打磨,打磨后喷涂一层面漆涂料;
f.在面漆涂料的表面喷涂一层色漆涂料,而后烘干。
面漆涂料的制作方法为:将甲醚乙酸酯、乙酸异丁酯、超细二氧化硅和聚酮树脂混合搅拌后,加入硝化棉,搅拌待硝化棉完全溶解后,加入高效消光粉、羧基聚丙烯酸树脂和消光蜡浆,继续搅拌;而后加入甲醚乙酸酯、乙酸异丁酯和异氰酸酯加成物并搅拌均匀。
色漆涂料的组分包含丙稀酸树脂、色漆、稀释剂以及固化剂。色泽鲜艳,而且形成了很好的保护层,耐老化性能好,防水性能好,尺寸稳定性好,经久耐用。

c.加工制作边框,边框由四条边依次首位对接形成,并在对接处用倒边机倒角,倒角后用砂纸进行打磨;
d.边框和芯板组装形成门板,在门板的表面喷涂一层底漆涂料,而后烘干;
e.在烘干后的底漆表面进行打磨,打磨后喷涂一层面漆涂料;
f.在面漆涂料的表面喷涂一层色漆涂料,而后烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的门板制作工艺,其特征在于,面漆涂料的制作方法为:将甲醚乙酸酯、乙酸异丁酯、超细二氧化硅和聚酮树脂混合搅拌后,加入硝化棉,搅拌待硝化棉完全溶解后,加入高效消光粉、羧基聚丙烯酸树脂和消光蜡浆,继续搅拌;而后加入甲醚乙酸酯、乙酸异丁酯和异氰酸酯加成物并搅拌均匀。
3.根据权利要求1所述的门板制作工艺,其特征在于,所述色漆涂料的组分包含丙稀酸树脂、色漆、稀释剂以及固化剂。
