本发明公开了一种富含锌元素的乳酸菌鸡蛋,每枚乳酸菌鸡蛋中锌元素的含量为32.5毫克/公斤,在每公斤蛋鸡饲料中,添加氧化锌3.5克和乳酸菌,充分拌匀,按常规饲喂,25天后,每枚鸡蛋含锌2.324~2.403毫克比普通鸡蛋含锌量(780~1731微克/枚)高0.4~2倍和含有3.5毫克乳酸菌,本发明的一种富含锌元素的乳酸菌鸡蛋,在鸡饲料中添加锌元素和乳酸菌,能够在产鸡蛋中有效地提高鸡蛋的含锌量和乳酸菌含量,从而有效地补充人体所需的微量元素。

技术领域
本发明涉及动物饲料的领域,尤其是一种富含锌元素的乳酸菌鸡蛋。
背景技术
硒是人体必不可少的微量营养元素,具有营养和修补心肌、清楚体内自由基、延缓衰老、调节人体微循环系统的功能。人体内的硒主要来源于食物中,但我国约有2/3的地区属缺硒地区,全国70%的人口在贫硒地区生活,这些地区人们食物中硒含量严重缺乏,不足以维持人体的正常需求,补硒成为保障健康、预防疾病的重要措施。鸡蛋是最普通的日常食品,富硒鸡蛋所含硒为有机态硒,容易为人体吸收利用,适合于所有人群,特别是亚健康和康复期病人食用,可提高人体的免疫功能,预防各种疾病发生。由于目前鸡蛋领域中,鸡蛋中很少含有锌元素,而且含有的锌元素少之又少。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种富含锌元素的乳酸菌鸡蛋。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种富含锌元素的乳酸菌鸡蛋,每枚乳酸菌鸡蛋中锌元素的含量为32.5毫克/公斤,在每公斤蛋鸡饲料中,添加氧化锌3.5克和乳酸菌,充分拌匀,按常规饲喂,25天后,每枚鸡蛋含锌2.324~2.403毫克比普通鸡蛋含锌量(780~1731微克/枚)高0.4~2倍和含有3.5毫克乳酸菌,所述的乳酸菌培养基配方:蛋白胨8.0g,牛肉粉7.5g,酵母浸出物6.0g,K2HPO40.0g,柠檬酸二铵2.0g,乙酸钠4.0g,葡萄糖8.0g,吐温800ml,MgSO4·7H2O 0.5g,MnSO4·4H2O0.2g,琼脂10.0g,蒸馏水1.0L,pH 6.2~6.4,100℃,灭菌30min。
所述的鸡饲料按重量份取海藻粉:10-25份,动物内脏粉:15-25份,秸秆粉:10-20份,贝壳粉:25-35份,植酸酶:15-25份,脱脂米糠:5-15份,烟酸:2-4份,芽孢菌:1-3份。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明的一种富含锌元素的乳酸菌鸡蛋,在鸡饲料中添加锌元素和乳酸菌,能够在产鸡蛋中有效地提高鸡蛋的含锌量和乳酸菌含量,从而有效地补充人体所需的微量元素。

1.一种富含锌元素的乳酸菌鸡蛋,其特征是:每枚乳酸菌鸡蛋中锌元素的含量为32.5毫克/公斤,在每公斤蛋鸡饲料中,添加氧化锌3.5克和乳酸菌,充分拌匀,按常规饲喂,25天后,每枚鸡蛋含锌2.324~2.403毫克比普通鸡蛋含锌量(780~1731微克/枚)高0.4~2倍和含有3.5毫克乳酸菌,所述的乳酸菌培养基配方:蛋白胨8.0g,牛肉粉7.5g,酵母浸出物6.0g,K2HPO40.0g,柠檬酸二铵2.0g,乙酸钠4.0g,葡萄糖8.0g,吐温800ml,MgSO4·7H2O0.5g,MnSO4·4H2O0.2g,琼脂10.0g,蒸馏水1.0L,pH 6.2~6.4,100℃,灭菌30min。
