发明内容

向照片添加标签、图纸和其它作品,提供了针对用户的在向更广泛的受众存储或发布之前个性化、补充和增强这些照片的绝佳方式。示例技术向用户提供可应用于用户拍摄的照片的一组照片滤镜(例如,提供增强和增大)。可基于照片中对象的识别来确定一组照片滤镜(例如,图像叠加层),该照片满足与照片滤镜相关联的指定的对象标准。以该方式,基于所识别的照片内容,向用户呈现照片滤镜以便选择并与照片一起使用。例如,如果用户拍摄照片并且照片中的对象被识别为帝国大厦,则可向用户提供与帝国大厦相关联的照片滤镜以与照片一起使用。在该示例中,帝国大厦的照片可能会使用金刚滤镜(KingKong filter),该金刚滤镜将巨型猿以不同的角度放置在照片中的帝国大厦上。因此,帝国大厦南面的照片可能会看到金刚的背,而来自北面的照片可能会让金刚的脸看着你。在该示例中,金刚滤镜的设置同样可能受到纽约地区(包括帝国大厦)周围的地理围栏(例如地理边界)约束。当然,进一步的帝国大厦主题的照片滤镜同样可向用户呈现。可响应于用户在移动设备的屏幕上执行手势(例如,滑刷操作)向用户呈现照片滤镜。此外,虽然一些示例实施例结合照片描述了滤镜的使用,但是应当注意,其它示例实施例考虑采用视频的滤镜的使用。

更具体地,描述了照片滤镜应用程序的各种示例。照片滤镜应用程序包括照片滤镜发布模块,该照片滤镜发布模块在一些实施例中在服务器处操作并且基于滤镜数据来生成照片滤镜,该滤镜数据与由照片中识别的对象对指定对象标准的满足相关联。在其它实施例中,由照片滤镜发布模块提供的功能中的一些功能或全部功能可驻留在客户端设备上。可基于提供的滤镜数据生成照片滤镜,该滤镜数据可包括可被应用于在移动计算设备处增强照片的音频和/或视觉内容或视觉效果。照片滤镜发布模块本身可包括基于用户的照片滤镜发布模块和基于商家的照片滤镜发布模块。

使用基于用户的照片滤镜发布模块,照片滤镜发布应用程序提供图形用户界面(GUI),用于用户上传用于生成照片滤镜的滤镜数据和用于与照片中的已识别对象进行比较的对象标准。例如,用户可上传用于创建照片滤镜的徽标图像,并且指定照片中识别的对象必须满足的标准,以使得滤镜可用于移动设备。一旦用户提交徽标并指定对象标准,照片滤镜发布模块将生成包括徽标并与指定对象标准的满足相关联的照片滤镜。因此,已经拍摄了包括满足指定对象标准的识别对象的照片的移动设备可访问徽标照片滤镜。
在其它示例中,如果照片包括超过指定数量的满足指定对象标准的对象,则照片滤镜引擎可使用照片滤镜优先级模块基于指定的照片滤镜优先级标准来生成与照片中的对象满足的对象标准相关联的照片滤镜的排名。然后,照片滤镜引擎可根据照片滤镜的排名,向客户端设备提供指定数量的照片滤镜,该照片滤镜的排名可基于照片滤镜创建日期、照片滤镜类型、照片滤镜的用户排名等的任意组合。
使用基于商家的照片滤镜发布模块,照片滤镜发布应用程序为商家提供GUI,以上传滤镜数据和对象标准,并且基于通过照片中识别的对象对上传的对象标准的满足,针对基于上传的滤镜数据的照片滤镜的呈现提交投标。投标过程可用于确定具有最高投标金额的商家。该商家然后可排除来自其他商家(具有较低的投标)的照片滤镜的发布,否则该照片滤镜可能基于上传的对象标准的满足而被发布。因此,最高投标商家的照片滤镜可以是可由拍摄照片的移动设备访问的唯一照片滤镜,该照片包括满足上传对象标准的可识别对象。在示例中,公共对象标准包括多个商家针对其出售相同类型的品牌产品的对象类型。

照片滤镜发布模块包括向移动设备提供视频创建照片滤镜的视频创建模块。例如,照片滤镜引擎可识别照片的前景中的对象,并改变照片的背景(例如,通过添加运动)来创建包括识别的对象的视频(即,使其看起来像对象在移动)。可替代地,照片滤镜引擎可识别照片的前景中的对象,并向对象添加运动,以便创建包括识别的对象的视频。
系统架构

图3示出了说明照片滤镜应用程序122的一个示例实施例的框图。照片滤镜应用程序122包括照片滤镜发布模块304和照片滤镜引擎306。
照片滤镜发布模块304提供用于发布照片滤镜的平台。在示例实施例中,照片滤镜发布模块304包括基于用户的发布模块314和基于商家的发布模块316。基于用户的发布模块314使客户端设备(移动或网络客户端)的用户上传用于生成照片滤镜的滤镜数据和用于与照片中的识别对象进行比较的对象标准。基于商家的发布模块316使商家能够上传滤镜数据和对象标准,并且基于照片中识别的对象对上传的对象标准的满足,针对基于上传的滤镜数据的照片滤镜的呈现来提交投标。下面关于图4A更详细地描述基于用户的发布模块314。下面关于图5A更详细地描述基于商家的发布模块316。
照片滤镜引擎306识别到客户端设备(例如,110)已经拍摄照片并且在视觉上搜索照片以识别照片中的对象。在一个示例实施例中,照片滤镜引擎306包括照片滤镜优先级模块318、对象识别模块320、基于商家的照片滤镜模块322、收集模块324和计数模块326。由照片滤镜引擎306提供给客户端设备110的照片滤镜可基于:经由对象识别模块320确定在照片中的识别对象满足的对象标准;通过照片滤镜优先级模块318对照片滤镜的排名,和/或如来自经由基于商家的照片滤镜模块322确定的商家的中标。

基于用户的视频创建模块406从用户接收与特定上传的滤镜数据和上传的对象标准相关的视频数据(例如,视频或用于通过插入运动从照片生成视频的指令)。照片滤镜发布模块引擎314可使用该数据来生成基于用户的照片滤镜,该照片滤镜基于识别照片中的特定对象(例如,海洋)将照片变换为视频。例如,如果在照片的前景中识别出船舶,则照片滤镜可改变照片的背景水(例如,通过添加运动)来创建包括识别的船舶和海洋对象的视频。可替代地,照片滤镜可在照片的前景中向船舶对象添加运动,以便创建包括识别的对象的视频。
基于用户的发布引擎408生成基于用户的照片滤镜,该照片滤镜将来自基于用户的滤镜数据上传模块402的上传的滤镜数据与来自基于用户的对象标准上传模块404的上传的对象标准相关联。基于用户的照片滤镜同样可将来自基于用户的视频创建模块402的上传的视频数据与来自基于用户的滤镜数据上传模块402的上传的滤镜数据和来自基于用户的对象标准上传模块404的上传的对象标准相关联。基于用户的发布引擎408将基于用户的照片滤镜发布到客户端设备,针对该客户端设备照片滤镜引擎306确定已经拍摄到包括满足上传的对象标准的识别对象的照片。

图5B示出了公共对象标准的示例。商家A照片滤镜对象标准与商家B照片滤镜对象标准514重叠以定义公共对象标准516。因此,商家A和B可对应于公共对象标准516来提交相应的投标。在一个示例实施例中,基于商家的对象标准模块504从商家上传的对象标准来确定公共对象标准。基于商家的投标模块508识别针对公共对象标准的最高投标者,并且在预定量的时间向最高投标者授予排除其他基于商家的照片滤镜(与公共对象标准相关联)被提供给已经拍摄照片的设备的能力,该照片包括满足公共对象标准的识别对象,例如,直到提交对象标准的新投标的下一个时间段为止。

硬件实现的模块可向其它硬件实现的模块提供信息并从其它硬件实现的模块接收信息。因此,所描述的硬件实现的模块可被认为是通信耦接的。在多个这种硬件实现的模块同时存在的情况下,可通过信号传输(例如,通过适当的电路和连接硬件实现的模块的总线)来实现通信。在其中在不同时间配置或实例化多个硬件实现的模块的实施例中,这种硬件实现的模块之间的通信可例如通过存储和检索存储器结构中的信息来实现,多个硬件实现的模块具有到该存储器结构的入口。例如,一个硬件实现的模块可执行操作,并将该操作的输出存储在其通信耦接到的存储器设备中。然后,在稍后的时间,另外的硬件实现的模块可访问存储器设备来检索和处理存储的输出。硬件实现的模块同样可发起与输入或输出设备的通信,并且可对资源(例如,信息的集合)进行操作。
至少部分地由临时配置(例如通过软件)或永久配置为执行相关操作的一个或多个处理器来执行在此描述的示例方法的各种操作。无论是临时或永久配置,这种处理器可构成操作以执行一个或多个操作或功能的处理器实现的模块。在一些示例实施例中,在此引用的模块可包括处理器实现的模块。
类似地,在此描述的方法可至少部分地由处理器实现。例如,方法的至少一些操作可由一个或多个处理器或处理器实现的模块来执行。某些操作的性能可被分布在一个或多个处理器中,不仅驻留在单个机器内,而且横跨多个机器部署(deploy)。在一些示例实施例中,一个处理器或多个处理器可位于单个位置(例如,在家庭环境、办公室环境或服务器群内),而在其它实施例中,处理器可横跨多个位置分布。
一个或多个处理器同样可操作以支持“云计算”环境中的相关操作的性能或者作为“软件即服务”(SaaS)。例如,可由一组计算机(作为包括处理器的机器的示例)执行至少一些操作,其中这些操作可经由网络104(例如,因特网)和经由一个或多个适当的接口(例如,API)访问。
电子装置和系统
示例实施例可在数字电子电路中,或者在计算机硬件,固件或软件中,或它们的组合中实现。示例实施例可使用计算机程序产品(例如,有形地体现在信息载体中的计算机程序,例如在用于由数据处理装置(例如可编程处理器、一个计算机或多个计算机)执行或控制数据处理装置的操作的机器可读介质中)来实现。
计算机程序可以以任何形式的编程语言编写,包括编译或解释语言,并且可以以任何形式部署,包括作为独立程序或作为模块、子例程或适用于计算环境的其它单元。计算机程序可被部署为在一个计算机上执行或在一个站点处的或横跨多个站点分布的多个计算机上执行并由通信网络互连。
在示例实施例中,可由执行计算机程序的一个或多个可编程处理器来执行操作,以通过对输入数据进行操作并生成输出来执行功能。方法操作同样可由专用逻辑电路(例如,FPGA或ASIC)执行,并且示例实施例的装置可被实现为专用逻辑电路(例如,FPGA或ASIC)。
计算系统可包括客户端和服务器。客户端和服务器通常彼此远离,并且通常通过通信网络进行交互。客户端和服务器之间的关系借助于在相应的计算机上运行并且彼此之间具有客户端-服务器关系的计算机程序而产生。在部署可编程计算系统的实施例中,应当理解,硬件和软件架构二者都值得考虑。具体地,应当理解,是否在永久配置的硬件(例如,ASIC)中,在临时配置的硬件(例如,软件和可编程处理器的组合)中,或者永久地和临时配置组合的硬件中实现某些功能的选择可以是设计选择。下面列出了可在各种示例实施例中部署的硬件(例如,机器)和软件架构。
示例计算机系统

指令1124可进一步利用许多公知的传输协议(例如,HTTP)中的任何一个经由网络接口设备1120在网络1126上被发送或接收。

示例移动设备
图12是示出根据示例实施例的移动设备1200的框图。移动设备1200可包括处理器1202。处理器1202可以是适用于移动设备1200的各种不同类型的商业上可用的处理器1202(例如,XScale架构微处理器、无内部互锁流水级的微处理器(MIPS)架构处理器或另一类型的处理器1202)。诸如随机存取存储器(RAM)、闪速存储器或另一类型的存储器的存储器1204通常可访问存储器1204。存储器1204也可适于存储操作系统(OS)1206以及应用程序1208,诸如可向用户提供基于位置的服务(LBS)的由移动位置启用的应用程序。处理器1202可直接地或经由适当插入的(interphotory)硬件耦接到显示器1210和一个或多个输入/输出(I/O)设备1212,诸如小键盘、触摸面板传感器、麦克风等。类似地,在一些实施例中,处理器1202可被耦接到与天线1216接口连接的收发机1214。收发机1214可被配置为取决于移动设备1200的性质,经由天线1216发送和接收蜂窝网络信号、无线数据信号或其它类型的信号。此外,在一些配置中,GPS接收机1218同样可利用天线1216来接收GPS信号。

Claims (20)
1.一种呈现照片滤镜的系统,包括:
处理器;以及
耦接到所述处理器的存储器,所述存储器包括指令,所述指令在由所述处理器执行时使得所述系统:
访问滤镜数据和对象标准,
使用所述滤镜数据生成照片滤镜;
存储指定所述照片滤镜与所述对象标准之间的关联的数据;
检测所述服务器的客户端设备已经拍摄照片;
识别所述照片中的对象;
基于所识别的对象满足与所存储的数据中的所述照片滤镜相关联的所述对象标准,向所述客户端设备提供所述照片滤镜;
将向所述客户端设备提供的照片滤镜存储在与所述客户端设备相关联的照片滤镜集合中;
确定所述照片滤镜集合包括比指定数量更多的指定类型的所存储的照片滤镜,以及
响应于确定,向所述客户端设备提供新的照片滤镜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中所述对象标准包括对象和媒体属性或艺术作品之间的关联,并且所关联的照片滤镜包括与所述媒体属性或艺术作品相关联的图像。
3.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中所述对象标准包括对象和商家品牌之间的关联,并且所关联的照片滤镜包括与所述商家品牌相关联的图像。
4.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中所述对象标准包括对象和与在本地的商家机构处的所述对象的类型相关联的折扣之间的关联,并且所关联的照片滤镜包括了包含关于所述折扣和所述商家机构的信息的图像。
5.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中所述对象标准包括对象和关于所述对象的教育信息之间的关联,并且所关联的照片滤镜包括了包含所述教育信息的图像。
6.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中所述对象标准包括将对象识别为动物,并且所关联的照片滤镜包括与狩猎相关联的图像。
7.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中所述对象标准包括将对象识别为人类肩部,并且所关联的照片滤镜包括与栖息在所述人类肩部上的宠物相关联的图像。
8.根据权利要求1所述的系统,进一步包括指令,所述指令在由所述处理器执行时使得所述系统从用户接收所述滤镜数据以及所述对象标准。
9.根据权利要求8所述的系统,其中所述照片滤镜包括多个照片滤镜,所述系统进一步包括指令,所述指令在由所述处理器执行时使得所述系统:
基于指定的照片滤镜优先级标准生成与所述对象标准相关联的所述多个照片滤镜的排名;以及
根据所述多个照片滤镜的所述排名向所述客户端设备提供指定数量的所述多个照片滤镜。
10.根据权利要求9所述的系统,其中所述照片滤镜优先级标准包括基于滤镜创建日期、滤镜类型或所述滤镜的用户排名的标准。
11.根据权利要求1所述的系统,进一步包括指令,所述指令在由所述处理器执行时使得所述系统:
接收来自第一商家的第一滤镜数据和来自第二商家的第二滤镜数据;
接收来自所述第一商家的第一对象标准,以及来自所述第二商家的第二对象标准;
识别所述第一对象标准和所述第二对象标准二者公共的对象标准;
接收来自所述第一商家的第一投标金额和来自所述第二商家的第二投标金额;
识别所述第一和第二投标金额中的最大投标金额;
基于所识别的最大投标金额使用所述第一或第二滤镜数据生成商家照片滤镜;
使所述商家照片滤镜与所述公共对象标准相关联,以及
基于所识别的对象满足所述公共对象标准,向所述客户端设备提供所述商家照片滤镜。
12.根据权利要求11所述的系统,其中所述公共对象标准包括所述第一商家和所述第二商家针对其出售相同类型的品牌产品的对象类型。
13.根据权利要求1所述的系统,进一步包括指令,所述指令在由所述处理器执行时使得所述系统:生成由所述客户端设备拍摄的照片中识别的指定对象类型的对象的计数,以及响应于所述计数达到指定阈值,调节所述照片滤镜的内容。
14.根据权利要求1所述的系统,进一步包括指令,所述指令在由所述处理器执行时使得所述系统:
接收视频数据和对象标准;
基于所述视频数据和所述照片生成视频;
使所述视频与所述对象标准相关联;以及
基于所识别的对象满足所述对象标准,向所述客户端设备提供所述视频。
15.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中所指定的类型包括与指定的对象标准相关联的照片滤镜。
16.根据权利要求10所述的系统,其中:
所指定的对象标准包括与在商家机构处的至少一个菜单项相关联的对象标准;以及
所述新的照片滤镜提供关于与在所述商家机构处的所述至少一个菜单项相关联的折扣的信息。
17.一种呈现照片滤镜的方法,由包括至少一个处理器的服务器实现,所述方法包括:
访问滤镜数据和对象标准;
采用所述滤镜数据生成照片滤镜;
存储指定所述照片滤镜与所述对象标准之间的关联的数据;
检测所述服务器的客户端设备已经拍摄照片;
识别所述照片中的对象;
基于所识别的对象满足与所述照片滤镜相关联的所述对象标准,向所述客户端设备提供所述照片滤镜;
在所述客户端设备的用户界面上提供显示所提供的照片滤镜的选项;
将提供给所述客户端设备的照片滤镜存储在与所述客户端设备相关联的照片滤镜集合中;
确定所述照片滤镜集合包括比指定数量更多的指定类型的所存储的照片滤镜,以及
响应于确定,向所述客户端设备提供新的照片滤镜。
18.根据权利要求17所述的方法,进一步包括:
接收来自第一商家的第一滤镜数据和第一对象标准,以及来自第二商家的第二滤镜数据和第二对象标准;
识别所述第一对象标准和所述第二对象标准之间的公共对象标准;
接收来自所述第一商家的第一投标金额和来自所述商家的第二投标金额;
识别所述第一和第二投标金额中的最大投标金额;
基于所识别的最大投标金额采用所述第一或第二滤镜数据生成商家照片滤镜,
将所述商家照片滤镜与所述公共对象标准相关联,
基于所识别的对象满足所述公共对象标准,向所述客户端设备提供所述商家照片滤镜。
19.根据权利要求18所述的方法,其中所述公共对象标准包括所述第一商家和所述第二商家针对其出售相同类型的品牌产品的对象类型。
20.一种非暂时的计算机可读存储介质,其存储一组指令,所述指令在由机器的处理器执行时使所述机器执行操作,所述操作包括:
访问滤镜数据和对象标准;
采用所述滤镜数据生成照片滤镜;
存储指定所述照片滤镜与所述对象标准之间的关联的数据;
确定所述服务器的客户端设备已经拍摄照片;
识别所述照片中的对象;
基于所识别的对象满足与所述照片滤镜相关联的所述对象标准,向所述客户端设备提供所述照片滤镜;以及
在所述客户端设备的用户界面上提供显示所提供的照片滤镜的选项;
将提供给所述客户端设备的照片滤镜存储在与所述客户端设备相关联的照片滤镜集合中;
确定所述照片滤镜集合包括比指定数量更多的指定类型的所存储的照片滤镜,以及
响应于确定,向所述客户端装置提供新的照片滤镜。
