本发明涉及一种耐热化学纤维丝,由以下重量份数的各组分组成:天然木棉纤维17~22份,电气石粉5~8份,金红石粉6~10份,乙烯基膦酸2~4份,蚕丝12~18份,纳米氧化硅10~15份,聚酰亚胺粉末12~15份,羊毛13~20份,氧化锌9~14份,聚乳酸纤维14~19份。所制得耐热化学纤维丝,采用特殊的原料配方,按该配方生产出来的化学纤维丝断面呈圆形,化学物理性能稳定,耐热温度≥250℃,水溶温度80~90℃,断裂强度≥3.5cN/dtex,单纤维纤度为2~10dtex,制作工艺简单,利于大规模推广应用。

耐热化学纤维丝及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及化学纤维材料领域,更具体地,涉及一种耐热化学纤维丝及其制备方法。
背景技术
化学纤维是用天然高分子化合物或人工合成的高分子化合物为原料,经过制备纺丝原液、纺丝和后处理等工序制得的具有纺织性能的纤维。在较长时间经受高温(例如200℃以上)尚能基本保持其原有的物理机械性能的化学纤维。高温下不软化、仍能维持一般力学性质的特种纤维,又称耐热纤维。而目前市场上能耐250℃的化纤丝还较少。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐热化学纤维丝。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种所述耐热化学纤维丝的制备方法。
本发明目的通过以下技术方案予以实现:
提供一种耐热化学纤维丝,由以下重量份数的各组分组成:天然木棉纤维17~22份,电气石粉5~8份,金红石粉6~10份,乙烯基膦酸2~4份,蚕丝12~18份,纳米氧化硅10~15份,聚酰亚胺粉末12~15份,羊毛13~20份,氧化锌9~14份,聚乳酸纤维14~19份。
优选地,所述耐热化学纤维丝由以下重量份数的各组分组成:天然木棉纤维20份,电气石粉6份,金红石粉8份,乙烯基膦酸3份,蚕丝15份,纳米氧化硅13份,聚酰亚胺粉末13份,羊毛18份,氧化锌12份,聚乳酸纤维16份。
本发明还提供了所述耐热化学纤维丝的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.按重量配比取羊毛、蚕丝,用浓度10%的双氧水均匀喷洒,处理时间为20min,再用水浸泡30min,水温控制在25℃;
S2. 将步骤S1所得产物脱水处理,在40~50℃下真空干燥5~8h,然后加入天然木棉纤维和聚乳酸纤维,在压力为180~200 kPa,温度为100~120℃下进行机械破碎,并研磨成粉末;
S3.在步骤S2所得粉末中加入剩余原材料,混合均匀,加入60~80℃的水20~30份,搅拌10~20min,加入聚乙烯醇6~8份,碳酸钠5~7份,升温至95~100℃,搅拌溶解2~3h,得到纺丝原液;
S4.将步骤S3得到的纺丝原液过滤后,在30~60℃下真空静置脱泡20~30min,然后用常规的湿法纺丝进行纺丝和后处理,得到耐热化学纤维丝。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明提供了一种耐热化学纤维丝,采用特殊的原料配方,按该配方生产出来的化学纤维丝断面呈圆形,化学物理性能稳定,耐热温度≥250℃,水溶温度80~90℃,断裂强度≥3.5cN/dtex,单纤维纤度为2~10dtex,制作工艺简单,利于大规模推广应用。

实施例1
本实施例公开了一种耐热化学纤维丝,由以下重量份数的各组分组成:天然木棉纤维17份,电气石粉5份,金红石粉6份,乙烯基膦酸2份,蚕丝12份,纳米氧化硅10份,聚酰亚胺粉末12份,羊毛13份,氧化锌9份,聚乳酸纤维14份。
实施例2
本实施例公开了一种耐热化学纤维丝,由以下重量份数的各组分组成:天然木棉纤维22份,电气石粉8份,金红石粉10份,乙烯基膦酸4份,蚕丝18份,纳米氧化硅15份,聚酰亚胺粉末15份,羊毛20份,氧化锌14份,聚乳酸纤维19份。
实施例3
本实施例公开了一种耐热化学纤维丝,由以下重量份数的各组分组成:天然木棉纤维18份,电气石粉7份,金红石粉9份,乙烯基膦酸2.5份,蚕丝14份,纳米氧化硅14份,聚酰亚胺粉末14份,羊毛15份,氧化锌11份,聚乳酸纤维15份。
实施例4
本实施例公开了一种耐热化学纤维丝,由以下重量份数的各组分组成:天然木棉纤维20份,电气石粉6份,金红石粉8份,乙烯基膦酸3份,蚕丝15份,纳米氧化硅13份,聚酰亚胺粉末13份,羊毛18份,氧化锌12份,聚乳酸纤维16份。
实施例5
取实施例1~4任意实施例的重量组分制备耐热化学纤维丝,制备步骤如下:
S1.按重量配比取羊毛、蚕丝,用浓度10%的双氧水均匀喷洒,处理时间为20min,再用水浸泡30min,水温控制在25℃;
S2. 将步骤S1所得产物脱水处理,在40℃下真空干燥5h,然后加入天然木棉纤维和聚乳酸纤维,在压力为180kPa,温度为100℃下进行机械破碎,并研磨成粉末;
S3.在步骤S2所得粉末中加入剩余原材料,混合均匀,加入60℃的水20份,搅拌10min,加入聚乙烯醇6份,碳酸钠5份,升温至95℃,搅拌溶解2h,得到纺丝原液;
S4.将步骤S3得到的纺丝原液过滤后,在30℃下真空静置脱泡20min,然后用常规的湿法纺丝进行纺丝和后处理,得到的化学纤维丝断面呈圆形,化学物理性能稳定,耐热温度为251℃,水溶温度82℃,断裂强度3.52cN/dtex,单纤维纤度为6dtex。
实施例6
取实施例1~4任意实施例的重量组分制备耐热化学纤维丝,制备步骤如下:
S1.按重量配比取羊毛、蚕丝,用浓度10%的双氧水均匀喷洒,处理时间为20min,再用水浸泡30min,水温控制在25℃;
S2. 将步骤S1所得产物脱水处理,在50℃下真空干燥8h,然后加入天然木棉纤维和聚乳酸纤维,在压力为200 kPa,温度为120℃下进行机械破碎,并研磨成粉末;
S3.在步骤S2所得粉末中加入剩余原材料,混合均匀,加入80℃的水30份,搅拌20min,加入聚乙烯醇8份,碳酸钠7份,升温至100℃,搅拌溶解3h,得到纺丝原液;
S4.将步骤S3得到的纺丝原液过滤后,在60℃下真空静置脱泡30min,然后用常规的湿法纺丝进行纺丝和后处理,得到的化学纤维丝断面呈圆形,化学物理性能稳定,耐热温度255℃,水溶温度85℃,断裂强度3.53cN/dtex,单纤维纤度为6.5dtex。
实施例7
取实施例1~4任意实施例的重量组分制备耐热化学纤维丝,制备步骤如下:
S1.按重量配比取羊毛、蚕丝,用浓度10%的双氧水均匀喷洒,处理时间为20min,再用水浸泡30min,水温控制在25℃;
S2. 将步骤S1所得产物脱水处理,在45℃下真空干燥6h,然后加入天然木棉纤维和聚乳酸纤维,在压力为190 kPa,温度为115℃下进行机械破碎,并研磨成粉末;
S3.在步骤S2所得粉末中加入剩余原材料,混合均匀,加入75℃的水25份,搅拌15min,加入聚乙烯醇7份,碳酸钠6份,升温至98℃,搅拌溶解2.5h,得到纺丝原液;
S4.将步骤S3得到的纺丝原液过滤后,在50℃下真空静置脱泡25min,然后用常规的湿法纺丝进行纺丝和后处理,得到的化学纤维丝断面呈圆形,化学物理性能稳定,耐热温度258℃,水溶温度90℃,断裂强度3.55cN/dtex,单纤维纤度为7dtex。

Claims (3)

1.一种耐热化学纤维丝,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的各组分组成:天然木棉纤维17~22份,电气石粉5~8份,金红石粉6~10份,乙烯基膦酸2~4份,蚕丝12~18份,纳米氧化硅10~15份,聚酰亚胺粉末12~15份,羊毛13~20份,氧化锌9~14份,聚乳酸纤维14~19份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐热化学纤维丝,其特征在于,由以下重量分数的各组分组成:天然木棉纤维20份,电气石粉6份,金红石粉8份,乙烯基膦酸3份,蚕丝15份,纳米氧化硅13份,聚酰亚胺粉末13份,羊毛18份,氧化锌12份,聚乳酸纤维16份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述耐热化学纤维丝的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1.按重量配比取羊毛、蚕丝,用浓度10%的双氧水均匀喷洒,处理时间为20min,再用水浸泡30min,水温控制在25℃;
S2.将步骤S1所得产物脱水处理,在40~50℃下真空干燥5~8h,然后加入天然木棉纤维和聚乳酸纤维,在压力为180~200 kPa,温度为100~120℃下进行机械破碎,并研磨成粉末;
S3.在步骤S2所得粉末中加入剩余原材料,混合均匀,加入60~80℃的水20~30份,搅拌10~20min,加入聚乙烯醇6~8份,碳酸钠5~7份,升温至95~100℃,搅拌溶解2~3h,得到纺丝原液;
S4.将步骤S3得到的纺丝原液过滤后,在30~60℃下真空静置脱泡20~30min,然后用常规的湿法纺丝进行纺丝和后处理,得到耐热化学纤维丝。
