背景技术
轿车用水性漆市场目前已经成熟,据报道,目前国外轿车底漆已有 90% 以上采用水性电泳底漆,88% 的中涂漆也已采用水性化技术,水性金属闪光漆的使用也超过 65%。但现有的水性面漆硬度和耐磨性较差,不易于长时间保持效果。
发明内容
为了克服现有的水性面漆硬度较低的不足,本发明提供了水性纳米面漆。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种水性纳米面漆,由以下按质量百分比的原料组成:
丙烯酸树脂乳液65%~68%,消泡剂0.3%~0.6%,增稠剂0.8%~1.2%,分散剂0.3%~0.5%,润湿剂0.3%~0.6%,水性聚乙烯蜡粉0.8%~1.2%,水性无溶剂色浆25%~35%。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述原料按质量百分比如下:
丙烯酸树脂乳液66.8%,消泡剂0.4%,增稠剂1%,分散剂0.4%,润湿剂0.4%,水性聚乙烯蜡粉1%,水性无溶剂色浆30%。
本发明的有益效果是,该发明能够使得硬度达到铅氏硬度,耐磨性高,耐紫外线,且可以快速修补。

该原料配比主要突出了硬度达到铅氏硬度,耐磨性高,表面颜色均匀,室外使用时可耐紫外线,且由于干速较快可用于快速修补。
