Abstract
一种具有防锈功能水性底漆组成成分,所述成分如下(均按重量百分比):去离子水14~25%,PH调节剂0.05~0.2%,基材润湿剂0.3~1.5%,消泡剂0.5~3%,防锈剂4~10%,增稠剂0.1~0.5%,分散剂1.5~3%,成膜助剂1~7%,缓蚀剂1~3%,成膜物30~65%,无机色粉5~15%。本发明工序简单,耗时短,稳定性好,附着力强、干燥速度快,防锈、耐腐蚀性能高,并且减少了人力、物理,降低了生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有防锈功能水性底漆组成成分。
背景技术
现有技术中的底漆大部分不具有除锈的功能。在施工过程中通常先使用除锈剂对金属表面进行除锈,再除锈完成后再涂刷底漆。采用这种方式,涂漆的工序繁琐、耗费时间长,且成本较高,浪费了大量人力、物力。而且现有的水性防锈涂料稳定性差,干燥速度慢,固含低,硬度低,附着力差,耐腐蚀性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种具有防锈功能水性底漆组成成分,工序简单,耗时短,稳定性好,附着力强、干燥速度快,防锈、耐腐蚀性能高,并且减少了人力、物理,降低了生产成本。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种具有防锈功能水性底漆组成成分,所述成分如下(均按重量百分比):
去离子水14~25%,PH调节剂0.05~0.2%,基材润湿剂0.3~1.5%,消泡剂0.5~3%,防锈剂4~10%,增稠剂0.1~0.5%,分散剂1.5~3%,成膜助剂1~7%,缓蚀剂1~3%,成膜物30~65%,无机色粉5~15%;
所述PH调节剂选自氨水、二甲基乙醇胺中的至少一种;
所述基材润湿剂选自聚醚改性聚硅氧烷、法国RS-601、磷酸酯乳化剂中的至少一种;
所述消泡剂选自海明斯7015、海明斯1181、罗地亚DIV-642中的至少一种;
所述防锈剂选自磷酸锌、三聚磷酸铝中的至少一种;
所述增稠剂选自碱溶胀丙烯酸、甲基纤维素醚、黄原胶中的至少一种;
所述分散剂为润湿分散剂;
所述成膜助剂选自二丙二醇甲醚、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、乙二醇单丁醚中的至少一种;
所述缓蚀剂为3~氨基丙基三乙氧基硅;
所述成膜物为水性聚氨酯树脂。
本发明的有益效果是:通过本方法生产的防锈水漆,工序简单,耗时短,稳定性好,附着力强、干燥速度快,防锈、耐腐蚀性能高,并且减少了人力、物理,降低了生产成本。

一种具有防锈功能水性底漆组成成分,所述成分如下(均按重量百分比):
去离子水18%,PH调节剂0.15%,基材润湿剂0.7%,消泡剂2.5%,防锈剂6%,增稠剂0.3%,分散剂2%,成膜助剂4.5%,缓蚀剂2.85%,成膜物55%,无机色粉8%;
所述PH调节剂选自氨水、二甲基乙醇胺中的至少一种;
所述基材润湿剂选自聚醚改性聚硅氧烷、法国RS-601、磷酸酯乳化剂中的至少一种;
所述消泡剂选自海明斯7015、海明斯1181、罗地亚DIV-642中的至少一种;
所述防锈剂选自磷酸锌、三聚磷酸铝中的至少一种;
所述增稠剂选自碱溶胀丙烯酸、甲基纤维素醚、黄原胶中的至少一种;
所述分散剂为润湿分散剂;
所述成膜助剂选自二丙二醇甲醚、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、乙二醇单丁醚中的至少一种;
所述缓蚀剂为3~氨基丙基三乙氧基硅;
所述成膜物为水性聚氨酯树脂。

1.一种具有防锈功能水性底漆组成成分,所述成分如下(均按重量百分比):
去离子水14~25%,PH调节剂0.05~0.2%,基材润湿剂0.3~1.5%,消泡剂0.5~3%,防锈剂4~10%,增稠剂0.1~0.5%,分散剂1.5~3%,成膜助剂1~7%,缓蚀剂1~3%,成膜物30~65%,无机色粉5~15%;
所述PH调节剂选自氨水、二甲基乙醇胺中的至少一种;
所述基材润湿剂选自聚醚改性聚硅氧烷、法国RS-601、磷酸酯乳化剂中的至少一种;
