本发明属于体育用品领域,具体涉及一种光泽型运动器械专用防腐漆。
背景技术
随着人们对于健康生活的追求,健康的身体一直是人们所想拥有的,运动是保持自身身体健康的主要途径,单独的跑步过于枯燥,不是很受人们的推崇,现大多人们喜欢借助体育器械进行运动。
现有的油漆功能比较单一,油漆的制备原料比较简单,油漆也没有同时具备光泽和防腐的双重作用,在一定程度上存在缺陷。
为了满足市场的需求,急需研发一种高防腐漆,但是由于成膜物得改性、颜填料的升级换代、助剂的增减等技术问题一直制约着高防腐漆的研发。经检索未发现有本发明相一致的专利申请。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,现提供一种成本较低,防腐效果佳的光泽型运动器械专用防腐漆。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种光泽型运动器械专用防腐漆,其创新点在于:由以下成分组成:聚丙烯酸酯、氧化硅、石油焦、精制亚麻油、聚苯乙烯和石墨粉,所述聚丙烯酸酯的质量占总质量的3-8%,所述氧化硅的质量占总质量的3-10%所述石油焦的质量占总质量的20-30%,所述精制亚麻油的质量占总质量的20-40%,所述聚苯乙烯的质量占总质量的30-40%,所述石墨粉的质量占总质量的14-20%。
进一步的,由以下成分组成:聚丙烯酸酯、氧化硅、石油焦、精制亚麻油、聚苯乙烯和石墨粉,所述聚丙烯酸酯的质量占总质量的3%,所述氧化硅的质量占总质量的4%,所述石油焦的质量占总质量的22%,所述精制亚麻油的质量占总质量的25%,所述聚苯乙烯的质量占总质量的32%,所述石墨粉的质量占总质量的14%。
本发明的有益效果如下:本发明配方简单,通过合理调整各个配方的比例,有效提高了运动器械的表面的抗腐蚀性和光泽性,进一步提高运动器械的使用寿命。
