Abstract

本发明提供一种轮胎修补剂及其制备方法,各组分为,蒸馏水:10-20%;椰子油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺:5-10%;丙二醇:30-40%;橡胶:35-45%;氨水:1-3%,以上各组分重量百分比之和为100%。本发明所述轮胎修补剂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:1)在蒸馏水中加入椰子油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺搅拌两个小时左右;2)加入丙二醇至步骤1)的混合物,继续搅拌半小时左右;3)加入橡胶至步骤2)的混合物,继续搅拌一小时左右;4)最后加入氨水,搅拌,pH值至中性为止。轮胎被刺破后,将30毫升轮胎修补液从轮胎气门嘴注入轮胎内,对直径8毫米以下的轮胎破孔及慢漏气,可在5分钟内自动修补,有无内胆的橡胶轮胎均适用。

轮胎修补剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种轮胎修补剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有的交通工具中,轮胎是不可缺少的重要组成部分,现阶段使用的轮胎绝大部分是充气轮胎。由于充气轮胎由橡胶制成,在行驶过程容易被尖锐物刺破泄气,如果出现这种情况,往往只有停车拆卸轮胎,然后更换备用轮胎,或者对破损内胎进行修补,这样的话不但会给驾驶员带来相当的不便,尤其是在刮风、雨雪雾等恶劣天气有可能引发严重的安全事故。
本发明人在2013年10月10日,申请了发明专利“轮胎修复剂及其制备方法”,申请号:201310467822.6。由于该产品的每次用量至少300毫升,在600毫升罐子内注入高压气体和修复剂,在实现充气补胎的同时也存在安全隐患,特别是在高温天气下,容易引爆燃烧;而且大容量的修复液体存在于轮胎内,对高速转动的轮胎会有平衡伤害。
本发明改良了配方,每次用量仅为30毫升,并设计新型小包装,使用时将30毫升轮胎修补剂直接从轮胎气门嘴注入轮胎内部,再充气。新型小包装没有高压气体,不易引爆燃烧,方便携带,使用安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是要提供一种轮胎修补剂及其制备方法,它用量少,修补效果好,轮胎被刺破后,将少量轮胎修复液直接从轮胎气门嘴注入轮胎内,即可自动修复破损的轮胎。
本发明是这样实现的,所述轮胎修补剂,各组分为,蒸馏水:10-20%;椰子油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺:5-10%;丙二醇:30-40%;橡胶:35-45%;氨水:1-3%,以上各组分重量百分比之和为100%。
本发明各组分重量百分比最佳为,蒸馏水:15%;椰子油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺:7%;丙二醇:35%;橡胶:41%;氨水:2%。
本发明所述轮胎修补剂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
1)在蒸馏水中加入椰子油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺搅拌两个小时左右,均匀即可;
2)加入丙二醇至步骤1)的混合物,继续搅拌半小时左右,均匀即可;
3)加入橡胶至步骤2)的混合物,继续搅拌一小时左右,均匀即可;
4)最后加入氨水,搅拌,pH值至中性为止。
本发明的有益效果是,轮胎被刺破后,将30毫升轮胎修补液从轮胎气门嘴注入轮胎内,对直径8毫米以下的轮胎破孔及慢漏气,可在5分钟内自动修补,有无内胆的橡胶轮胎均适用。
具体实施方式
本发明所述轮胎修补剂,其各组分为,重量百分比,蒸馏水:15%;椰子油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺:7%;丙二醇:35%;橡胶:41%;氨水2%。
本发明所述轮胎修复剂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
1)在15公斤蒸馏水中加入7公斤椰子油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺搅拌两个小时左右,均匀即可;
2)加入35公斤丙二醇至步骤1)的混合物,继续搅拌半小时左右,均匀即可;
3)加入41公斤橡胶至步骤2)的混合物,继续搅拌一小时左右,均匀即可;
4)最后加入2公斤氨水,搅拌,pH值至中性为止。
搅拌后停放2小时,消泡后即可灌装。在每个塑料瓶中装入30毫升轮胎修补剂。轮胎被刺破后,将30毫升轮胎修补剂从轮胎气门嘴注入轮胎内,对直径8毫米以下的轮胎破孔及慢漏气,可在5分钟内自动修复,有无内胆的橡胶轮胎均适用。
轮胎经补胎并充气后,即可开车行驶,经测试,轮胎内的压力符合正常行驶条件下的轮胎内气压标准,本发明经过80次试验测试均获成功。
本发明对橡胶、塑料、金属不存在腐蚀性,液体状态下易溶于水,对皮肤无刺激性,无毒付作用,安全不可燃。本发明沸点超过160℃,冰点低于零下40℃,保证了本发明在极端天气条件下可正常使用。

Claims (3)

1.轮胎修补剂,其特征是:各组分为,蒸馏水:10-20%;椰子油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺:5-10%;丙二醇:30-40%;橡胶:35-45%;氨水:1-3%,以上各组分重量百分比之和为100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述轮胎修补剂,其特征是:各组分最佳为,蒸馏水:15%;椰子油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺:7%;丙二醇:35%;橡胶:41%;氨水:2%。
3.权利要求1所述轮胎修补剂的制备方法,其特征是:具体步骤如下,
1)在蒸馏水水中加入椰子油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺搅拌两个小时,均匀即可;
2)加入丙二醇至步骤1)的混合物,继续搅拌半小时,均匀即可;
3)加入橡胶至步骤2)的混合物,继续搅拌一小时,均匀即可;
4)最后加入氨水,搅拌,pH值至中性为止。
