本发明的目的就是为克服以上不足,提供一种生产效率高,质量有保障,无污染,劳动强度低,成本低,方便灵活可操作的隔热保温板坯料混料机。
本发明是这样实现的,所述的隔热保温板坯料混料机,其特征在于设置一个机架5,在机架5的内底端设置一台蜗轮减速器1,减速器1的左端链接一台电动机2,上顶端垂直设置混料机主轴4,混料机主轴4上设置主机连接器3,混料机主轴承室6,混料机主轴承室6内设置有轴承7,用螺母9固定,在混料机主轴承室6上设置定位套管8,在定位套管8上设置螺旋搅拌叶10,混料机主桶体11设置在定位套管8上,混料机主桶体11的左下侧设置排料口13,在排料口13上连接一个排料桶12,排料桶12上设置有定时开关14,混料机主桶体11的左上顶通过混合剂输入口15设置有粘合剂混合搅拌罐16,粘合剂混合搅拌罐16并联设置有水泥加入口17、搅拌轴18,粘合剂甲料加入口19、粘合剂乙料加入口20,混料机主桶体11右上顶设置固体加料桶22,固体加料桶22上设置固体料计数器21。
实施方法是启动电动机带动减速器,带动混料机主轴旋转,使设置在混料机主桶体11中定位套管8上的螺旋搅拌叶10旋转,将粘合剂混合搅拌罐输入的16混合粘合剂与固体加料桶22输入的固体料搅拌好后由排料口12排出。
