Abstract

本发明公开了一种治疗老寒腿的中药外洗液，它由14味药材配制而成，比例为:当归60、防己30、千年健60、蓖麻根21、狗骨60、肉桂90、茜草6、牛膝25、甘草30、蜈蚣5、熟地黄6、地锦18、桂枝25、杜仲21。制备方法是将上述药材中肉桂、熟地黄和桂枝置于蒸汽夹层锅内,用95%乙醇电加热回流提取2小时,收集提取液备用，提取后的药渣与其他原料药混合水煮提取三次,时间分别为1.5小时、1小时、1小时,收集三次提取液混合均匀，将混匀后的提取液常压浓缩至相对密度为1.025（80℃热测）或1毫升药液相当于原料药1克；最后将乙醇提取液与水煮提取浓缩液混合均匀,静置24‑48小时,过滤,即得。

一种治疗老寒腿的中药外洗液
技术领域
本发明属于中药技术领域，尤其涉及一种治疗老寒腿的中药外洗液。
背景技术
“老寒腿”医学全称是“下肢动脉硬化闭塞症”又称为“风湿性关节炎”。表现为当天阴下雨、气候转凉或受凉，髋、膝关节或双下肢冰凉、疼痛，但无关节红肿、畸形、功能异常及患肢触痛、温觉异常，实验室常规理化指标正常。“老寒腿”患者因劳累、寒凉刺激而复发或加重，常规治疗多采用消炎镇痛、抗风湿药物，如芬必得等，但长期服用易致胃炎、溃疡等病症。中药外洗可达到活血散寒、通络止痛的功效，无口服药物之弊，简单易行，事半功倍。
中医学对于老寒腿的治疗有丰富的经验。近年来人们开发了许多治疗老寒腿的中草药配方，如中国专利申请件201410405657.6号《专门用于老寒腿泡脚的中药配方》、201210535046.4号《一种治疗老寒腿的外洗中药组合物》、201310140010.0号《一种治疗老寒腿的中药》等。上述的种种治疗老寒腿的中草药配方均各不相同，治疗效果也不尽相同。但医生们仍然在开发新的药物，更好地为患者服务。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于提供一种治疗老寒腿的中药外洗液配方，以增加治疗老寒腿的药物品种，使之能够为人们的健康服务。
本发明的另一个目的是提供该配方的制备方法。
本发明是基于对植物药的研究，优选出来的配方和制备工艺。
本发明的由14味药材配制而成，其质量配比为:
当归60、防己30、千年健60、蓖麻根21、狗骨60、肉桂90、茜草6、牛膝25、甘草30、蜈蚣5、熟地黄6、地锦18、桂枝25、杜仲21。
上述组方中：
当归为伞形科植物的根Angelica sinensis( Oliv.)Diels.味甘，温。有补血和血的功效。
防己为防己科植物粉防己的根Stephania tetrandra S.Moore.性味苦，寒。有行水，泻下焦湿热，治水肿臌胀，湿热脚气，手足挛痛的功效。
千年健Homalomena occulta(Lonur.)Schott.为天南星科植物千年健的根茎。性味辛，温。有祛风湿，壮筋骨，止痛。消肿。治风湿痹痛，肢节酸痛的功效。
蓖麻根为大戟植物蓖麻Ricinus communis L,性味淡，微温。有镇静解痉，祛风散瘀，治风湿疼痛的功效。
狗骨为犬科动物狗Canis familiaris L.的骨胳性味甘，温。健脾活络，活血生肌，治风湿痛，四肢麻木的功效。
肉桂Cinnamomum cassia Presl为樟科植物的干皮及枝皮。性味辛甘，热。有补元阳，暖脾胃，除积冷，通血脉的功效。
茜草为茜草科植物茜草Rubia cordifolia L的茎叶，根。性味苦，寒。有行血止血，通经活络，治风湿痹痛的功效。
牛膝Achyranthes bidentata BL为苋科植物牛膝的根，性味甘苦酸，平。有散瘀血，消痈肿，治腰膝骨痛的功效。
甘草Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. 为豆科植物的根及根状茎。性味甘，平。有和中缓急，润肺。解毒，调和诸药的功效。
蜈蚣Scolopendra subspinipes mutilans L Koch。为大蜈蚣科动物少棘巨蜈蚣的干燥全虫。性味辛、温、有毒。有祛风，定惊，攻毒，散结的功效。
熟地黄Rechmannia jlutinosa（Gaertn）Libosch.为玄参科植物地黄的根茎。经加工炮制而成，药性由微寒转微温。有滋阴，养血除痹，通血脉的功效。
地锦为葡萄科植物爬山虎的根及茎Parthenocissus tricuspidata （Sieb.et Zuce.）Planceh.性味：甘、温。能活血，祛风，止痛。有活血，祛风，止痛的功效。
桂枝为樟科植物肉桂Cinnamomum cassia Presl的嫩枝。性味：辛甘，温。有发汗解肌，温经通脉，治风寒表证，风痹骨节挛痛的功效。
杜仲Eucommia ulmaidesOliv.为杜仲科植物杜仲的树皮。性味：甘薇辛，温。有补肝肾，强筋骨，治腰脊酸疼，足膝痿弱的功效。
本发明制备方法：称取肉桂、熟地黄和桂枝置于蒸汽夹层锅内,用95%乙醇电加热回流提取2小时,收集提取液备用，提取后的药渣与当归、防己、千年健、蓖麻根、狗骨、茜草、牛膝、甘草、蜈蚣、地锦和杜仲原料药混合水煮提取三次,时间分别为1.5小时、1小时、1小时,收集三次提取液混合均匀，将混匀后的提取液常压浓缩至相对密度为1.025（80℃热测）或1毫升药液相当于原料药1克；最后将乙醇提取液与水煮提取浓缩液混合均匀,静置24-48小时,过滤,即得。
本发明的使用方法将提取液用热水稀蚀20倍,浸泡双足（水温以能够耐受为度,以浸泡踝部为宜）,每次浸泡20-30分钟,每日二次,8天为一个疗程。浸泡时可用手按摩足穴,泡后擦干,双足抬高,保暖。
本发明经临床试用，有效率为97％。典型的治愈病例有：
病例1；张某某，男 61岁，退伍军人。因患有老寒腿多年，膝关节经常感到酸麻疼痛，尤其在春季阴雨天多发。服用过治疗风湿关节炎的西药和中成药，始终不能治愈。后经过使用本发明一种治疗老寒腿的中药外洗液泡脚，8天后病情明显减轻，连续治疗3个 月后，酸麻疼痛消失，患者的老寒腿治愈，随访无复发.
病例2；陈某某，女，63岁，贵阳人。患有老寒腿 10 年了，膝关节部位经常感到酸麻疼痛。用过多种西药治疗，效果均不明显；后采用本发明药物治疗，10天见效，症状基本消失，连用16天后，疼痛消失,继续治疗3个月后，医院检查，恢复正常，病症痊愈。
病例3； 路某某，男，56岁，贵州省毕节市。患者3年前遇寒后，出现下肢关节疼痛，呈持续性酸胀痛，门诊以双膝痹症收治入院，采用药物、按摩、针灸等方法治疗，症状有好转，出院不久又复发。后来给予本发明治疗，2 个疗程后，症状明显减轻 ；继续治疗 3 个月后酸麻疼痛消失，疼痛消失后继续治疗一个月巩固治疗，随访无复发。
病例4；李某某、女、53岁，贵阳人。患者双膝、小腿肿胀、酸痛3年，在多家医院服用过治疗风湿关节炎的西药和中成药，始终不能治愈。后经过使用本发明治疗后病情明显减轻；连续治疗3个月痊愈。半年后随访，再未复发。
本发明一种治疗老寒腿的中药外洗液，具有滋补肝肾、补脾益气、补血活血、强筋健骨、逐瘀通经、通络止痛、祛寒除湿之功效。对于治疗“老寒腿”有显著疗效,总有效率为97%。在治疗过程中安全可靠，无口服药物之弊，使用方法简单，所用中药材易得，加工方便且成本低，适用于老寒腿患者的治疗。
具体实施方式
实施例 按照下列步骤制备治疗老寒腿的中药外洗液：
1、称取当归60g、防己30g、千年健60g、蓖麻根21g、狗骨60g、肉桂90g、茜草6g、牛膝25g、甘草30g、蜈蚣5g、熟地黄6g、地锦18g、桂枝25g、杜仲21g，备用。
2、 取肉桂、熟地黄和桂枝置于蒸汽夹层锅内,用95%乙醇电加热回流提取2小时,收集提取液备用。
3、 将上述乙醇提取后的药渣与其余各味原料药混合水煮提取三次,时间分别为1.5、1、1小时, 收集三次提取液混合均匀；
4、 将混匀后的提取液常压浓缩至相对密度为1.025（80℃热测）或1毫升药液相当于原料药1克；
5、将乙醇提取液与水煮提取浓缩液混合均匀,静置24-48小时,过滤,即得。

Claims (2)

1.一种治疗老寒腿的中药外洗液，其特征在于该中药组合物的质量配比为:
当归60、防己30、千年健60、蓖麻根21、狗骨60、肉桂90、茜草6、牛膝25、甘草30、蜈蚣5、熟地黄6、地锦18、桂枝25、杜仲21。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗老寒腿的中药外洗液，其特征在于；制备方法是将上述肉桂、熟地黄和桂枝置于蒸汽夹层锅内,用95%乙醇电加热回流提取2小时,收集提取液备用，提取后的药渣与其他原料药混合水煮提取三次,时间分别为1.5小时、1小时、1小时,收集三次提取液混合均匀，将混匀后的提取液常压浓缩至相对密度为1.025（80℃热测）或1毫升药液相当于原料药1克；最后将乙醇提取液与水煮提取浓缩液混合均匀,静置24-48小时,过滤,即得成药。
