祖国医学认为激素依赖性皮炎属中医“药毒”范畴，激素药物属中医辛燥、甘温之品，误用久用导致热毒壅盛，肌肤失养，病机属风、热、毒邪阻滞面部、浸淫血脉。
根据中医理论，针对激素依赖性皮炎的发病机理，采用疏风清热、凉血解毒、滋阴润燥、活血化瘀、祛风止痒的治法，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例80例，男32例，女48例，年龄20～55岁。
二、诊断标准 ：
①局部外用激素1个月以上；
②停用激素后2～10d原有疾病或皮损复发或加重；
③临床表现和症状 ：灼热瘙痒，疼痛，皱皮感、脱屑或紧绷感。红斑，毛细血管扩张或潮红水肿，丘疹或脓疱或痤疮，色素沉着或表皮萎缩。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。六天为一疗程。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、痊愈：皮肤损害完全消退，自觉症状完全消失；
2、显效：皮肤损害消退>70％，自觉症状完全消失；
3、有效：皮肤损害消退30％～70％，自觉症状减轻；
4、无效：皮肤损害消退<30％，自觉症状未改善。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-5个疗程，痊愈60例，随访未见复发；显效11例，有效6例，无效3例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。

陆某，男，21岁。脸上不断长痘痘，采用激素类外用软膏涂敷治疗，但并无效果，经过一段时间，脸颊周围的红斑越来越多，并伴有灼热瘙痒，疼痛。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，红斑变得不明显，灼热瘙痒，疼痛消失；继续服用3个疗程，痘痘彻底消失了，治愈。
病例2：
马某，女，31岁。过敏体质，春天或换季脸部、肘部脱皮、长痘痘，出现症状自行涂敷皮炎平可缓解，长期使用后对皮炎平产生了依赖。诊见：皮肤潮红水肿，有丘疹，色素沉着。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，皮肤潮红水肿减轻，丘疹减少；继续服用2个疗程，痘痘消失，皮肤细腻，恢复弹性，治愈。随访半年无复发情况。

1.一种治疗激素依赖性皮炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：女贞子10-30份、野菊花5-25份、白鲜皮5-20份、凌霄花5-25份、白花蛇舌草5-25份、珍珠莲5-25份、苦参5-20份、紫草5-25份、吊白叶5-20份、毛草龙5-25份、浮萍5-20份、天门冬5-25份、葛根5-20份、红藤5-25份、鸡屎藤5-25份、黄连5-20份、凤尾草5-25份、木槿花5-25份、黄柏5-20份、龙船花5-25份、柳叶5-25份、甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗激素依赖性皮炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：女贞子20份、野菊花15份、白鲜皮10份、凌霄花15份、白花蛇舌草15份、珍珠莲15份、苦参10份、紫草15份、吊白叶10份、毛草龙15份、浮萍10份、天门冬15份、葛根10份、红藤15份、鸡屎藤15份、黄连10份、凤尾草15份、木槿花15份、黄柏10份、龙船花15份、柳叶15份、甘草10份。
