本发明公开了一种魔芋馒头或糕点的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)魔芋切片浸泡;(2)制成魔芋粉;(3)制中草药粉;(4)混合搅拌;(5)制作汤料;(6)制作馒头或糕点。本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:本发明制得的魔芋馒头或糕点具有排毒、减肥、美容、抗癌、防癌、降血糖、润肠通便、降三高的功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及馒头或糕点制作工艺,尤其涉及一种魔芋馒头或糕点的制作工艺。
背景技术
魔芋性寒、辛,有毒;可活血化瘀,解毒消肿,宽肠通便,化痰软坚;主治降血压、降血糖、瘰疬痰核、损伤瘀肿、便秘腹痛、咽喉肿痛、牙龈肿痛等症。另外,魔芋还具有补钙、平衡盐分、洁胃、整肠、排毒等作用。魔芋,含有毒性,现有的技术尚不能用魔芋制作食品,唯有本发明的方法可以将魔芋毒性彻底清除,并可制作成保健食品。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述不足,提供了一种魔芋馒头或糕点的制作工艺。
本发明的上述目的通过以下的技术方案来实现:一种魔芋馒头或糕点的制作工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)魔芋切片浸泡:选用优质无公害的新鲜魔芋切片,将切好的魔芋片用清水浸泡12小时后,再捞起,以便做成魔芋粉;
(2)制成魔芋粉:将步骤(1)捞起的魔芋片晒干或者烘干,干度95%,含水率5%,再用打粉机械,粉碎至250-300目的魔芋粉;
(3)制中草药粉:选用中草药材三角簕、寮刁竹、簕上簕、蛤榴叶和蛇舌草,将该些中草药材清洗干净,晒干或烘干,并用打粉机械打成300目的药材粉,用来清除魔芋毒性;
(4)混合搅拌:将魔芋粉和药材粉混合,并搅拌均匀,制成药材魔芋粉料,成为无毒安全的馒头或糕点配料;
(5)制作汤料:用100升面粉水加入100克罗汉果、70克黄枝子、200克大枣,一起煎煮3小时,制成中草药汤料,以便和面做馒头或糕点;
(6)制作馒头或糕点:按照荞麦粉75%、药材魔芋粉料25%的比例将二者混合,并搅拌均匀,制成混合粉料,然后,每100斤面粉加入8-10毫升步骤(5)所得中草药汤料,和成面团,并制作成馒头或糕点。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:本发明制得的魔芋馒头或糕点具有排毒、减肥、美容、抗癌、防癌、降血糖、润肠通便、降三高的功效,并可提高身体免疫力。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步详述。
本发明的一种魔芋馒头或糕点的制作工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)魔芋切片浸泡:选用优质无公害的新鲜魔芋切片,将切好的魔芋片用清水浸泡12小时后,再捞起,以便做成魔芋粉;
(2)制成魔芋粉:将步骤(1)捞起的魔芋片晒干或者烘干,干度95%,含水率5%,再用打粉机械,粉碎至250-300目的魔芋粉;
(3)制中草药粉:选用中草药材三角簕、寮刁竹、簕上簕、蛤榴叶和蛇舌草,将该些中草药材清洗干净,晒干或烘干,并用打粉机械打成300目的药材粉,用来清除魔芋毒性;
(4)混合搅拌:将魔芋粉和药材粉混合,并搅拌均匀,制成药材魔芋粉料,成为无毒安全的馒头或糕点配料;

1.一种魔芋馒头或糕点的制作工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)魔芋切片浸泡:选用优质无公害的新鲜魔芋切片,将切好的魔芋片用清水浸泡12小时后,再捞起,以便做成魔芋粉;
(2)制成魔芋粉:将步骤(1)捞起的魔芋片晒干或者烘干,干度95%,含水率5%,再用打粉机械,粉碎至250-300目的魔芋粉;
(3)制中草药粉:选用中草药材三角簕、寮刁竹、簕上簕、蛤榴叶和蛇舌草,将该些中草药材清洗干净,晒干或烘干,并用打粉机械打成300目的药材粉,用来清除魔芋毒性;
(4)混合搅拌:将魔芋粉和药材粉混合,并搅拌均匀,制成药材魔芋粉料,成为无毒安全的馒头或糕点配料;
