发明内容

尤其有利的是,轴承载体和/或第一保持件的延长部被构造为主要是旋转对称的和/或套筒状的构件,其优选被构造在第一保持件与第二保持件之间,并且/或者进一步优选地,经由轴承来支撑转矩中继机组。
此外,对于轴承载体或者第一保持件的延长部来说有利的是,它朝驱动轴的方向拥有(完全)被布置在皮带之内的外轮廓。轴承载体的这种布置能够实现的是,首先装配转矩中继机组并且紧接着张紧皮带。由此,简化了对整个装置的装入,这是因为已经紧固了其上张紧了皮带的构件(转矩中继机组)。
同样有利的是如下实施方案,在其中,第一保持件和/或第二保持件分别在如下平面中延伸,其相对其中延伸有轴承载体的平面横向地、优选成10°至60°地、尤其优选成30°、45°和50°地取向。这种斜的或锥形的布置提供了附加的稳定性。此外,在这种布置的情况下,例如第一载体可以设有紧固法兰,通过紧固法兰增大了紧固面积或旋紧面积,并且因此提高了稳定性。这些角度说明涉及到由从旋转轴线以正交的方式支出的轴线和位于其中延伸有保持件的平面中的那根轴线夹成的那个角度。
此外,已被证实有利的是,第一保持件、第二保持件和/或轴承载体在外侧和/或内侧或者它们之间拥有一个留空部或多个留空部。这种留空部被用于容纳可能存在的气动的、液压的或者电的联接部或者能够实现更好的通风。
为了降低在制造中的成本而有利的是,第一保持件和/或第二保持件和/或轴承载体都构造为深冲板材。如果需要特别刚性的保持件,那么有利的是,第一保持件和/或第二保持件和/或轴承载体由铸造或者锻造毛坯件来制造。
此外,本发明还涉及一种用于使皮带与电动机的转矩输出件和转矩中继机组的转矩接收件以传递转矩的方式接触以及将载体安装在相对发动机固定或者相对传动装置固定的壳体上的装配方法,其中,在将皮带安装在转矩输出件和转矩接收件上之前装配载体的支撑皮带盘的第一保持件,并且在该皮带装配步骤完成之后将载体的第二保持件直接或者间接地紧固在第一保持件上。
有利的是,第一保持件只是用作装配装置,并且在装配第二保持件之后又被除去。
换句话说,本发明在于受皮带驱动的转矩中继机组的支承部,转矩中继机组的皮带优选与电动机和转矩中继机组,诸如双离合器、单离合器或者转矩转换器连接。
该支承部经由支承皮带盘的两件式实施的载体装置来实施。在装配皮带并且将皮带盘保持在为其所设置的位置之前,已经组装了第一部分。在该装配完成之后,装入/装配第二部分。可选地,该载体装置也可以由多于两个部分或者只由一个部分构成。
因此,本发明表明,将皮带盘支承在由至少两个部分构成的载体上,从而载体的一部分已经可以在装配皮带之前就使皮带盘保持在正确的位置中,而只有在皮带装配完成之后才装配载体的另一部分。

具体实施方式
图1示出了根据本发明的用于混合动力系统的支承部的第一实施例的纵剖面视图。该支承部由转矩中继机组1、皮带2和多件式实施的载体3构成。转矩中继机组1只是象征性地被示出,而且例如可以以转矩转换器、分离离合器、单离合器和/或双离合器的形式构成。在第一实施例中,载体3由第一保持件4、第二保持件5和轴承载体6构成。
通常,这里未示出的内燃发动机处在图1中的左侧7上,而同样未示出的传动装置处在右侧8上。
与布置在离合器壳体或离合器罩(未示出)中的转矩中继机组1一起用于将转矩从内燃发动机和/或电动机(未示出)传递至传动装置的轴(未示出)延伸穿过中央的通孔9或中央贯通孔眼9。
在该第一实施例中,皮带盘10与转矩中继机组1一体式地构成,经由转矩中继机组1与皮带2一起地发生从发动机(内燃发动机或者电动机)到转矩中继机组1的转矩传递。替选地,皮带盘10可以牢固地,例如形状锁合地、力锁合地或者材料锁合地与转矩中继机组1连接。
转矩中继机组1通过以滚动的方式受支承的轴颈11,例如经由两列式的角接触球轴承12,支撑在轴承载体6上。轴承载体6又经由第一保持件4和第二保持件5与壳体(未示出)连接,壳体包围转矩中继机组1并且可选地与发动机缸体(未示出)或者传动装置壳体(未示出)连接。第一保持件4和第二保持件5经由紧固螺栓13和至少一个定心销14(这里是多个定心销14)被紧固在转矩中继机组1的壳体(未示出)上或者说与该壳体连接。紧固螺栓13径向靠外,并且将第一保持件4和第二保持件5固定在该壳体(未示出)上或者固定在其它的与该壳体连接的构件上。
图2示出了第一实施例的俯视图。在中间能看到具有居中/在中央布置的中央贯通孔眼9的轴承载体6。轴承载体6经由多个螺栓15与第一保持件4和第二保持件5牢固连接。
第一保持件4的特点在于,第一保持件4布置在皮带2之内和/或之下(在本实施例中是之内),并且因此不必与皮带重叠,以便将轴承载体6与壳体连接起来。这具有的优点是,在皮带2被张紧之前,已经可以装配轴承载体6和第一保持件4。替选地,轴承载体6和第一保持件4也可以一件式地实施。
与第一保持件4相比,第二保持件5与皮带2重叠,并且因此限定地被设置为独立于轴承载体6和/或第一保持件4的构件,该第二保持件与轴承载体6牢固地,但是能松开地例如经由螺栓15连接。
此外,轴承载体6还可以与用于控制和/或监控转矩中继机组1的执行器和/或传感器(未示出)连接。在这里,为此所必需的液压的、气动的和/或电的联接部16可以紧固或者成形在轴承载体6上并且在第一与第二保持件4、5之间在皮带2旁边地向外引导。
对于装配过程和组件的稳定性来说,载体3的多件式的实施方案具有很大的优点。这从描绘了示例性的根据本发明的针对第一实施例的装配顺序的图3至图5可见。
图3示出了针对第一实施例的组装的第一装配步骤。第一装配步骤包括将第一保持件4与转矩中继机组1连接起来,在此是借助螺栓15。如此形成的第一装配单元17可以移动到与传动装置(未示出)连接的壳体(未示出)中并且套装到一个或多个传动装置输入轴(未示出)上。紧接着,在该第一实施例中,第一保持件4在传动装置壳体(未示出)上经由定心销14(参见图1)来取向并且借助紧固螺栓13紧固在传动装置壳体上。
当转矩中继机组1与皮带盘10正确取向并被固定时,跟着进行第二装配步骤(参见图4),在其中,放置皮带2并且对其进行张紧。附加地,皮带2也可以同时放置到电动机上的皮带盘(未示出)上,并且在此经由辅助机组(未示出)的另外的皮带盘和/或张紧轮(未示出)来引导。
在装配好皮带2(第二装配步骤结束)之后,可以装配第二保持件5(参见图5)。保持件5局部地覆盖皮带2,而且附加于第一保持件4地支撑转矩中继机组1。通过第二保持件5,附加地对转矩中继机组1的支撑进行增强,由此使转矩中继机组1承受住所有的在运行时出现的负载,而在此没有过多的转移或者陷入振荡。附加地,转矩中继机组1的刚性的支承部是重要的,这是因为皮带2对皮带盘10施加了大的径向力。
在第一保持件4实施得非常刚性且壳体(未示出)允许单侧的高的力引入的实施方案中,替选地也可以省去第二保持件5。在该情况下,只是单侧地经由突出的保持件(未示出)来支撑转矩中继机组1,该保持件相应于第一保持件4。然而,在大多数情况下,通过第二保持件5优选进行附加的、大面积的支撑。为此,第二保持件5也可以成形为载体板18。
替选地也能想到的是,在装配第二保持件5之后又除去第一保持件4(能想到的第四装配步骤,未示出)。在该情况下,完全经由第二保持件5来支撑转矩中继机组1。在此,第一保持件4可以相应于如下装配设备,其会需要如下空间,该空间仅供在进行皮带装配(第二装配步骤)期间使用,并且该空间在稍后,即在进行完整装配之后、也就是说在将转矩中继机组1装配在车辆中之后,可以被其它的构件利用。
图6至10示出了根据本发明的支承部的第二可能的实施例。第二实施例非常类似于第一实施例(图1至图5),因而在下文只是探讨这两个实施例的不同之处。
图6示出了用于混合动力系统的支承部的第二实施例的剖面图。第二实施例具有多件式的载体3,其具有斜着地倾斜的第一保持件4和第二保持件5。因此,第一保持件4和第二保持件5分别具有位于皮带盘10的一侧上的径向内置的区域19和位于皮带盘10的另一侧上的径向外置的区域20。保持件4、5的这种斜的或锥状的布置提供了整个结构组件的附加的稳定性。
图7至9示出了示例性的根据本发明的针对第二实施例的装配顺序。因为保持件4、5在其中与壳体(未示出)连接的平面从皮带装配的角度来看的话位于皮带2后面,所以第一保持件4现在可以设有大的紧固法兰21(参见图7),其在皮带2下面穿过地向外延伸(参见图8)。由此,增大了针对装配单元的旋紧面积,该装配单元包括转矩中继机组1、轴承载体6和第一保持件4。
这尤其是在紧边和松边紧密地邻接的皮带传动装置中是非常有利的。
在装配皮带2(参见图8)之后,也如已经在第一实施例中的那样地实现对第二保持件5的紧固(参见图9)。
图10示出了作为第二实施例的用于混合动力系统的支承部的俯视图。在此,第一和第二保持件4、5可选地也可以具有留空部22、23,以便例如能够实现更好的通风或者以便容纳气动的、液压的和/或电的联接部16(为此参见图11,第三实施例)。第一和/或第二保持件4、5也可以由多个部分构成,它们作为整体或者依次地装配在壳体(未示出)上。当第一和/或第二保持件4、5多件式地实施时,联接部16也可以布置在各个保持件子元件之间(在此未示出)。
第二保持件5可以不仅被紧固在壳体(未示出)上和轴承载体6上。当第二保持件5附加地与第一保持件4连接时,可以显著提高刚度。为此,如在图11中所示出的那样,第二保持件5可以例如在紧边和松边的区域内与皮带2重叠并且与第一保持件4连接。
替选地,第二保持件5也可以通过如下方式与第一保持件4连接,即,第二保持件与法兰21或在皮带2下面穿过的第一保持件4的其他部分连接。当第二保持件5不仅轴向被放置,而还斜地移动到其装配位置中时,第二保持件5的延长部也可以在皮带2下面穿过,以便到达第一保持件4。
这里所描述的混合动力驱动器示出了,如何使转矩从两个发动机传递到转矩中继机组上并且从那里传递到传动装置上。原则上,这种能量输送方案和发动机的结构类型对于支承部、支撑和装配顺序来说并不重要。因而,共轴地布置的发动机也可以被实施为电动机。于是,经由皮带或者其他的缠绕器件与转矩中继机组连接的轴线平行地布置的发动机可以被实施为第二电动机或者被实施为内燃机。

Claims (10)

1.一种混合动力驱动器,其具有相对发动机固定和/或相对传动装置固定的壳体以及能供应来自内燃发动机和/或电机的转矩的转矩中继机组(1),所述转矩中继机组(1)包括用于将转矩从所述电机送到所述转矩中继机组(1)的皮带(2),其特征在于,相对壳体固定的多件式的载体(3)拥有:第一保持件(4),所述第一保持件的外轮廓在朝所述转矩中继机组(1)的转矩接收件的转动轴线的方向观察的情况下布置在所述皮带(2)之内;与所述第一保持件(4)牢固连接的第二保持件(5),所述第二保持件与所述皮带(2)重叠。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力驱动器,其特征在于,所述第一保持件(4)是独立于所述第二保持件(5)的构件,所述第一保持件能松开或者不能松开地以力传递的方式紧固在所述第二保持件上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合动力驱动器,其特征在于,所述第一保持件(4)和/或所述第二保持件(5)经由至少一个独立的形状锁合、力锁合和/或材料锁合地起作用的紧固元件(13)紧固在壳体上。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的混合动力驱动器,其特征在于,使用独立于两个保持件(4、5)的轴承载体(6),所述轴承载体以能松开或者不能松开的方式与所述第一保持件(4)和/或第二保持件(5)连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的混合动力驱动器,其特征在于,所述轴承载体(6)或者所述第一保持件(4)的延长部构造为旋转对称的和/或套筒形的构件,并且/或者更优选地经由轴承(11;12)来支撑所述转矩中继机组(1)。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的混合动力驱动器,其特征在于,所述轴承载体(6)或者所述第一保持件(4)的延长部朝所述内燃发动机与转矩中继件之间的驱动轴的方向观察具有如下外轮廓,所述外轮廓布置在所述皮带(2)之内。
7.根据权利要求4至6中任一项所述的混合动力驱动器,其特征在于,所述第一保持件(4)和/或所述第二保持件(5)在如下平面内延伸,即,所述平面横向于其中延伸有所述轴承载体(6)的平面地取向。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的混合动力驱动器,其特征在于,所述第一保持件(4)、所述第二保持件(5)和/或所述轴承载体(6)拥有一个留空部(22;23)或者多个留空部(22、23)。
9.一种用于使皮带(2)与电动机的转矩输出件和转矩中继机组(1)的转矩接收件以转矩传递的方式进行接触的以及用于将载体(3)安装在相对发动机固定或者相对传动装置固定的壳体上的装配方法,其中,在将所述皮带(2)安置在所述转矩输出件与所述转矩接收件上之前装配所述载体(3)的第一保持件(4),并且在皮带装配步骤完成之后将所述载体(3)的第二保持件(5)紧固在所述第一保持件(4)上、紧固在轴承载体和/或相对发动机固定或者相对传动装置固定的壳体上。
10.根据权利要求9所述的装配方法,其特征在于,所述第一保持件(4)用作装配装置并且在装配所述第二保持件(5)之后又被除去。
