背景技术
布料是装饰材料中常用的材料，包括有化纤地毯、无纺壁布、亚麻布、尼龙布、彩色胶布、法兰绒等各式布料，布料在装饰陈列中起到了相当的作用，常常是整个销售空间中不可忽视的主要力量。大量运用布料进行墙面面饰、隔断、以及背景处理，同样可以形成良好的商业空间展示风格。
但现有的毛纺面料不能达到抗皱性、不防辐射的效果，没有设有径线和纬线，不具有抗皱的能力，也不可以克服易变斜的部分，没有设有涤纶纤维，同时就没有抗皱助剂，也不与径线和纬线的平贴合，所以达不到更强的抗皱效果，没有设有蚕丝层，不具有抗皱的能力，没有与涤纶纤维、径线和纬线贴合在一起成交织分部，从而达不到抗皱的效果。
所以，如何设计一种抗皱的毛纺面料，成为我们当前要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗皱的毛纺面料，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：该抗皱的毛纺面料，改进了原有产品的抗皱性、不能防潮和防辐射的缺点，设有径线和纬线，且径线采用氨纶包覆纱制作，在保证面料弹性基础上，增强面料的抗皱能力，而径线和纬线交织分布成“十”字形，采用了交织分布，实现了整体的抗皱，也可以克服易变斜的部分，设有涤纶纤维，内部添加有抗皱助剂，分布在纬线的下表面，与径线和纬线的平贴合，使其达到更强的抗皱效果，设有蚕丝层，它本身就具有抗皱的能力，而与涤纶纤维、径线和纬线贴合在一起，用交织分部粘在一起，从而加大了抗皱的效果，设有防辐层，表面镀有抗辐射剂，可以将辐射反射向外。
