本发明涉毛纺面料设备技术领域,具体为一种抗皱的毛纺面料。
背景技术
布料是装饰材料中常用的材料,包括有化纤地毯、无纺壁布、亚麻布、尼龙布、彩色胶布、法兰绒等各式布料,布料在装饰陈列中起到了相当的作用,常常是整个销售空间中不可忽视的主要力量。大量运用布料进行墙面面饰、隔断、以及背景处理,同样可以形成良好的商业空间展示风格。
但现有的毛纺面料不能达到抗皱性、不防辐射的效果,没有设有径线和纬线,不具有抗皱的能力,也不可以克服易变斜的部分,没有设有涤纶纤维,同时就没有抗皱助剂,也不与径线和纬线的平贴合,所以达不到更强的抗皱效果,没有设有蚕丝层,不具有抗皱的能力,没有与涤纶纤维、径线和纬线贴合在一起成交织分部,从而达不到抗皱的效果。
所以,如何设计一种抗皱的毛纺面料,成为我们当前要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗皱的毛纺面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种抗皱的毛纺面料,包括毛纺层,所述毛纺层的下表面设有尼伦纤维,且所述尼伦纤维与毛纺层通过黏胶紧密贴合,所述尼伦纤维的下表面羊毛纤维,且所述羊毛纤维与尼伦纤维之间粘合,所述尼伦纤维的下表面设有聚酯纤维,且所述聚酯纤维与尼伦纤维通过黏胶粘合,所述聚酯纤维的下表面设有透气网,且所述透气网与聚酯纤维紧密贴合,所述透气网的表面设有透织网层,且所述透织网层与透气网紧密贴合,所述透织网层下表面设有透气网织,所述透气网的下表面设有渗透层,且所述渗透层与透气网紧密贴合,所述透气网的下表面设有竹纤维,且所述竹纤维与透气网通过黏胶粘合,所述竹纤维下表面设有纳米复合纤维。
进一步的,所述透织网层的内部设有透气孔,且所述透气孔镶嵌设置在透织网层中。
进一步的,所述毛纺层的下表面设有防辐层,且所述防辐层与毛纺层紧密贴合。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该抗皱的毛纺面料,改进了原有产品的抗皱性、不能防潮和防辐射的缺点,设有径线和纬线,且径线采用氨纶包覆纱制作,在保证面料弹性基础上,增强面料的抗皱能力,而径线和纬线交织分布成“十”字形,采用了交织分布,实现了整体的抗皱,也可以克服易变斜的部分,设有涤纶纤维,内部添加有抗皱助剂,分布在纬线的下表面,与径线和纬线的平贴合,使其达到更强的抗皱效果,设有蚕丝层,它本身就具有抗皱的能力,而与涤纶纤维、径线和纬线贴合在一起,用交织分部粘在一起,从而加大了抗皱的效果,设有防辐层,表面镀有抗辐射剂,可以将辐射反射向外。

工作原理:首先,进行检查布料是否完好,在检查丝质是否过关,设有聚酯纤维4是一种有机物制造,本身就具有抗拉、抗皱性,且内部含有金丝,更加具有耐拉、抗皱的效果,还具有光滑性,设有尼伦纤维2和羊毛纤维3,且所述尼伦纤维2的厚度为0.3毫米,在尼伦纤维2里添加了抗菌剂,同时也加大了抗菌的效果,设有径线10和纬线13,两者以“十”字形交织分部,加强了抗皱的效果,设有蚕丝层11和涤纶纤维12,两者分部附着在径线10和纬线13表面,加上两者本身具有抗皱的效果,而涤纶纤维12里添加了抗皱助剂,再以“十”字形交织分部状态结合,更加加大抗皱的效果。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (7)
1.一种抗皱的毛纺面料,包括毛纺层(1),其特征在于:所述毛纺层(1)的下表面设有尼伦纤维(2),且所述尼伦纤维(2)与毛纺层(1)通过黏胶紧密贴合,所述尼伦纤维(2)的下表面羊毛纤维(3),且所述羊毛纤维(3)与尼伦纤维(2)之间粘合,所述尼伦纤维(2)的下表面设有聚酯纤维(4),且所述聚酯纤维(4)与尼伦纤维(2)通过黏胶粘合,所述聚酯纤维(4)的下表面设有透气网(6),且所述透气网(6)与聚酯纤维(4)紧密贴合,所述透气网(6)的表面设有透织网层(14),且所述透织网层(14)与透气网(6)紧密贴合,所述透织网层(14)下表面设有透气网织(15),所述透气网(6)的下表面设有渗透层(5),且所述渗透层(5)与透气网(6)紧密贴合,所述透气网(6)的下表面设有竹纤维(7),且所述竹纤维(7)与透气网(6)通过黏胶粘合,所述竹纤维(7)下表面设有纳米复合纤维(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱的毛纺面料,其特征在于:所述透织网层(14)的内部设有透气孔(16),且所述透气孔(16)镶嵌设置在透织网层(14)中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱的毛纺面料,其特征在于:所述毛纺层(1)的下表面设有防辐层(9),且所述防辐层(9)与毛纺层(1)紧密贴合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱的毛纺面料,其特征在于:所述毛纺层(1)内部设有径线(10),且所述径线(10)采用氨纶包覆纱制作。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱的毛纺面料,其特征在于:所述径线(10)下表面设置有蚕丝层(11),且所述蚕丝层(11)通过羊毛纤维(3)连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱的毛纺面料,其特征在于:所述毛纺层(1)内部设有纬线(13),且所述纬线(13)与径线(10)交织分布成“十”字形。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱的毛纺面料,其特征在于:所述纬线(13)的下表面设有涤纶纤维(12),且所述涤纶纤维(12)添加了抗皱助剂。
