Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗菌保鲜奶面纸的加工方法及其制得的奶面纸,所述奶面纸由面层、中间层和底层组成,所述面层由漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆高温灭菌后柔性粘状打浆抄造而成,中间层由丝光化棉纤维与无碱玻璃短切纤维复配抄造而成,底层则有无菌本色亚麻纤维柔性游离状打浆抄造而成,通过三层叠网纸机复合得到抗菌保鲜奶面纸。本发明抗菌保鲜奶面纸的面层采用高白度针叶木浆抄造,确保表层白度的前提下,提供了奶面纸的表面强度;中间层采用丝光化棉纤维与无碱玻璃短切纤维,提供了整个奶面纸的透气、透明性能和物理强度;而底层作为与内容物接触的层,充分利用麻类的天然抗菌性能,且不添加任何化学品,确保内容物如食品、日化用品的健康无菌。

一种抗菌保鲜奶面纸的加工方法及其制得的奶面纸
技术领域
本发明涉及造纸技术领域,具体涉及一种抗菌保鲜奶面纸的加工方法及其制得的奶面纸。
背景技术
随着包装纸市场细分和客户需求的日趋多样化,奶面纸作为一类特种包装用纸,逐渐引起人们的重视,由于其表面白度高,俗称健康白,满足了人类对于健康养生的追求,且纸品具有一定透明度能够透过包装看到内容物的好坏残次,符合广大消费者的需求。因而,目前奶面纸逐渐被应用于食品如面点、蛋糕、果肉、以及新鲜水果的包裹和包装之中。但是现有技术中的奶面纸多全部使用漂白针叶木浆抄造,虽然白度和强度有了保障,但是其成本是多数企业难以承受的,因而造成奶面纸的价格高昂,使用也受到限制。另一方面,由于使用漂白浆料,其漂白剂的残留导致内容物的种类被限制,因而使用领域较小。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中奶面纸的缺陷,提供一种抗菌保鲜奶面纸的加工方法及其制得的奶面纸,其面层采用高白度针叶木浆抄造,确保表层白度的前提下,提供了奶面纸的表面强度;中间层采用丝光化棉纤维与无碱玻璃短切纤维提供了整个奶面纸的透气、透明性能和物理强度;而底层作为与内容物接触的层,充分利用麻类的天然抗菌性能,且不添加任何化学品,确保内容物如食品、日化用品的健康无菌,具有较大的市场潜力。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种抗菌保鲜奶面纸的加工方法,其特征在于,所述奶面纸由面层、中间层和底层组成,其中底层作为与内容物接触的一侧,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)面层浆:将漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆板在高浓水力碎浆机中碎解后于70-90℃下进行高温灭菌,随后将灭菌后的浆料悬浮液转入荷兰式打浆机中,采用无菌纯水稀释至1%-1.2%的浓度,进行柔性粘状打浆,至打浆度为55-60°SR,储存备用;
(2)中间层浆:将丝光化棉纤维与无碱玻璃短切纤维按照1:(1.2-1.5)的质量配比进行混合,随后在70-90℃下进行高温灭菌,储存备用;
(3)底层浆:将亚麻原料进行湿法清洗备料后,切断成4-5cm长的麻条,随后采用氧脱木素预处理后置于蒸球中进行减法温和蒸煮6-6.5h,碱浓控制在8-10%,放料后挤出黑液,送往碱回收,黑浆采用3台串联式真空洗浆机进行清洗,随后于70-90℃下进行高温灭菌得到无菌本色亚麻纤维,转入荷兰式打浆机中进行柔性游离状打浆,至打浆度为30-35°SR,储存备用;
(4)抄造:采用三层叠网纸机进行抄造,从上到下依次为面层、中间层和底层,其中面层添加碱回收白泥碳酸钙填料18-20kg/t绝干浆,中间层喷淋糯米胶0.2-0.5kg/t绝干浆,底层不添加任何化学品,随后进行压榨、烘干、软压后得到所述抗菌保鲜奶面纸。
步骤(1)中所述漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆板的白度在78%以上。
步骤(2)中所述无碱玻璃短切纤维的长度为2.5-4mm。
步骤(2)中所述丝光化棉纤维与无碱玻璃短切纤维按照1:1.4的质量配比进行混合。
步骤(3)中所述底层浆中优选添加有15-18%的玉米聚乳酸纤维。
所述玉米聚乳酸纤维的长度为1.5-2.5mm。
步骤(1)-(3)中所述高温灭菌操作的时间为2-4h。
步骤(4)中所述软压使用羊毛辊进行面层整饰。
步骤(5)中所述制得的抗菌保鲜奶面纸的表面白度高达85%以上,成纸抗张指数达90-108.7N·m/g,撕裂指数达到11.5-11.8mN·m2/g,透明度达55%以上,透气度达96%以上,内容物常温保鲜3天以上。
本发明还提供所述的一种抗菌保鲜奶面纸的加工方法制得的奶面纸。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下的优点:本发明所述奶面纸的面层采用高白度针叶木浆抄造,确保表层白度的前提下,提供了奶面纸的表面强度;中间层采用丝光化棉纤维与无碱玻璃短切纤维提供了整个奶面纸的透气、透明性能和物理强度;而底层作为与内容物接触的层,充分利用麻类的天然抗菌性能,且不添加任何化学品,确保内容物如食品、日化用品的健康无菌,具有较大的市场潜力。

实施例1
一种抗菌保鲜奶面纸的加工方法,其特征在于,所述奶面纸由面层、中间层和底层组成,其中底层作为与内容物接触的一侧,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)面层浆:将白度在78%以上的漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆板在高浓水力碎浆机中碎解后于90℃下进行高温灭菌2-4h,随后将灭菌后的浆料悬浮液转入荷兰式打浆机中,采用无菌纯水稀释至1%的浓度,进行柔性粘状打浆,至打浆度为60°SR,储存备用;
(2)中间层浆:将丝光化棉纤维与长度为2.5-4mm的无碱玻璃短切纤维按照1:1.4的质量配比进行混合,随后在90℃下进行高温灭菌2-4h,储存备用;
(3)底层浆:将亚麻原料进行湿法清洗备料后,切断成5cm长的麻条,随后采用氧脱木素预处理后置于蒸球中进行减法温和蒸煮6.5h,碱浓控制在10%,放料后挤出黑液,送往碱回收,黑浆采用3台串联式真空洗浆机进行清洗,随后于90℃下进行高温灭菌2-4h得到无菌本色亚麻纤维,转入荷兰式打浆机中进行柔性游离状打浆,至打浆度为35°SR,储存备用;所述底层浆中优选添加有15-18%的长度为1.5-2.5mm的玉米聚乳酸纤维;
(4)抄造:采用三层叠网纸机进行抄造,从上到下依次为面层、中间层和底层,其中面层添加碱回收白泥碳酸钙填料20kg/t绝干浆,中间层喷淋糯米胶0.5kg/t绝干浆,底层不添加任何化学品,随后进行压榨、烘干、软压后得到所述抗菌保鲜奶面纸;软压使用羊毛辊进行面层整饰。
所述制得的抗菌保鲜奶面纸的表面白度高达87%,成纸抗张指数达105.5N·m/g,撕裂指数达到11.6mN·m2/g,透明度达62%,透气度达98%,内容物常温保鲜5天。
实施例2
一种抗菌保鲜奶面纸,其特征在于,所述奶面纸由面层、中间层和底层组成,其中底层作为与内容物接触的一侧,所述奶面纸使用包括以下步骤的方法制成:
(1)面层浆:将白度在80%的漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆板在高浓水力碎浆机中碎解后于80℃下进行高温灭菌4h,随后将灭菌后的浆料悬浮液转入荷兰式打浆机中,采用无菌纯水稀释至1.2%的浓度,进行柔性粘状打浆,至打浆度为55°SR,储存备用;
(2)中间层浆:将丝光化棉纤维与长度为2.5mm的无碱玻璃短切纤维按照1:1.3的质量配比进行混合,随后在80℃下进行高温灭菌4h,储存备用;
(3)底层浆:将亚麻原料进行湿法清洗备料后,切断成4cm长的麻条,随后采用氧脱木素预处理后置于蒸球中进行减法温和蒸煮6h,碱浓控制在9%,放料后挤出黑液,送往碱回收,黑浆采用3台串联式真空洗浆机进行清洗,随后于80℃下进行高温灭菌4h得到无菌本色亚麻纤维,转入荷兰式打浆机中进行柔性游离状打浆,至打浆度为33°SR,储存备用;所述底层浆中优选添加有18%的长度为2.5mm的玉米聚乳酸纤维;
(4)抄造:采用三层叠网纸机进行抄造,从上到下依次为面层、中间层和底层,其中面层添加碱回收白泥碳酸钙填料18kg/t绝干浆,中间层喷淋糯米胶0.2kg/t绝干浆,底层不添加任何化学品,随后进行压榨、烘干、软压后得到所述抗菌保鲜奶面纸;软压使用羊毛辊进行面层整饰。
所述制得的抗菌保鲜奶面纸的表面白度高达88%,成纸抗张指数达108.2N·m/g,撕裂指数达到11.8mN·m2/g,透明度达65%,透气度达97%,内容物常温保鲜4.5天。

1.一种抗菌保鲜奶面纸的加工方法,其特征在于,所述奶面纸由面层、中间层和底层组成,其中底层作为与内容物接触的一侧,所述加工方法包括以下步骤:
(1)面层浆:将漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆板在高浓水力碎浆机中碎解后于70-90℃下进行高温灭菌,随后将灭菌后的浆料悬浮液转入荷兰式打浆机中,采用无菌纯水稀释至1%-1.2%的浓度,进行柔性粘状打浆,至打浆度为55-60°SR,储存备用;

9.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌保鲜奶面纸的加工方法,其特征在于步骤(4)中所述抗菌保鲜奶面纸的表面白度高达85%以上,成纸抗张指数达90-108.7N·m/g,撕裂指数达到11.5-11.8mN·m2/g,透明度达55%以上,透气度达96%以上,内容物常温保鲜3天以上。
10.一种根据权利要求1-9任一加工方法制得的奶面纸。
