本发明涉及纸张的加工领域,尤其涉及一种纸张用环保染料成分。
背景技术
目前,随着生活水平的提高,人们越来越注重审美与品质,这使得传统的包装纸不能满足人们的需要,纸张的质量和色泽越来越被人们所看重,传统的包装纸是通过对纸张表面涂染料的方法给纸上色,传统的染料存在各成分搭配与配比都不太理想,纸张不光泽、污染较严重以及染色后的纸张使用一段时间后容易褪色等不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种纸张用环保染料成分,解决上述技术缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种纸张用环保染料成分,按照重量份由以下原料组成:海藻酸占8-13份、聚酯纤维占10-15份、柠檬酸钠占2-7份、三聚氯氰溶液占4-7份、媒染剂占12-16份、固色剂占14-19份、隔离剂占6-7份、乙醇胺醋酸酯溶液占6-11份、分散剂占0.6-1.5份和适量的水制成。
上述的一种纸张用环保染料成分,按照重量份由以下原料组成:海藻酸占8-12份、聚酯纤维占10-14份、柠檬酸钠占2-6份、三聚氯氰溶液占4-6份、媒染剂占12-15份、固色剂占14-18份、隔离剂占6-6.8份、乙醇胺醋酸酯溶液占6-10份、分散剂占0.6-1.4份和适量的水制成。
上述的一种纸张用环保染料成分,按照重量份由以下原料组成:海藻酸占11份、聚酯纤维占12.5份、柠檬酸钠占5份、三聚氯氰溶液占5.5份、媒染剂占14份、固色剂占16.5份、隔离剂占6.5份、乙醇胺醋酸酯溶液占8.5份、分散剂占1份和适量的水制成。
上述的一种纸张用环保染料成分,所述隔离剂是起隔离作用的添加物,在不同领域中具体所指不同。
上述的一种纸张用环保染料成分,所述海藻酸为淡黄色粉末、无臭且几乎无味,在水、甲醇、乙醇、丙酮和氯仿中均不溶,在氢氧化钠碱溶液中溶解。
