背景技术
目前,在制备纺织品卫生材料的前道漂染工序中,通常会使用到非离子活性剂、阴离子活性剂等助剂存在不耐高温、不耐碱,在高温失去渗透性能等缺陷。渗透速率为1%水溶液20℃时4-6S。活性剂在液碱(氢氧化钠)工作液里升温120℃中失去渗透作用。在漂染工序中使用此类助剂,给企业造成沉重经济负担,增加了生产成本、降低产品质量、造成去除油脂及蜡质不彻底、削弱了产品的竞争力。而上述非离子活性剂、阴离子活性剂中通常含有APEO、甲醛、苯、偶氮、有机锡化合物、能释放环境激素的物质、臭氧层消耗物质等。在前道漂染工序中使用多种助剂,会使产品药棉、纱布上附着有毒的化学残留,存在危害人体正常激素的化学物资,对环境潜在危害太大,属不安全产品。
耐碱活性剂OEP-70,是一种无色至微黄色粘稠物,pH值6-8(1%水溶液),渗透力:≤8秒(10g OEP-70/L,120gNaOH/L),耐碱性:耐200gNaOH/L。耐碱活性剂OEP-70具有极佳的抗浓碱、耐高温、耐氧化剂、耐还原剂、耐硬水性,并对双氧水具有较好的稳定作用;渗透力优越;在强碱条件下具有卓越的乳化、脱脂、净洗、分散能力;是前处理助剂(耐碱精练剂等)的理想原料。应用于制造印染前处理抗强碱精练剂和活性剂;用于复配净洗剂、匀染剂、乳化剂和活性剂。但是,由于OEP-70为粘度较高的粘稠液,加热到40℃左右可溶于水,在室温时短时间内较难化开。另外。耐碱活性剂OEP-70具备强烈刺激性气味,用于煮炼漂棉纱时,残留严重。

本发明的目的在于,解决耐碱活性剂OEP-70粘度大、刺激性气味强、残留严重的问题,提供一种高效、环保、节能、安全、无毒的耐高温强碱的纺织染色活性剂的制作工艺。
技术方案
一种耐高温强碱的纺织染色活性剂,包括以下步骤:
将300份去离子水升温至65-70℃,加入250-260份抗静电乳化润滑油搅拌至融化,然后加入200份耐碱活性剂OEP-70搅拌均匀,再滴加入350-360份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚JFC-2搅拌均匀,加入30-35份过一硫酸氢钾搅拌10分钟以上即可。
控制脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚JFC-2在20-25min之间滴加完毕。
整个过程在保持去离子水温度恒定的条件下进行。

检测实施例2-7、对比例1-6制备的产品的粘稠度、渗透力、耐碱性、耐高温性。
检测方法:
粘稠度的检测方法:粘度计。
渗透力的检测方法:取10g活性剂溶于1000ml水中,取10个3.5cm*3.5cm大小的圆形帆布片,放入水中,开始计时得t1,圆形帆布片开始沉入水下时停止计时得t2,t2-t1即为渗透力;取测试10次的平均值。
耐碱性的检测方法:取10g活性剂溶于1000ml水中,逐步加入氢氧化钠,边观察水的情况,边慢慢搅拌,若水中出现浑浊现象,则停止加氢氧化钠,记录所加入的氢氧化钠的量,从而得出活性剂的耐碱性。
耐高温性的检测方法:取10g活性剂溶于1000ml水中,逐步加温,然后取3.5*3.5cm的圆形帆布片,记录下在不同温度的渗透时间,若渗透时间开始明显变缓慢,则停止加温,记录温度,从而得出活性剂的耐高温性。

Claims (3)

1.一种耐高温强碱的纺织染色活性剂,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将300份去离子水升温至65-70℃,加入250-260份抗静电乳化润滑油搅拌至融化,然后加入200份耐碱活性剂OEP-70搅拌均匀,再滴加入350-360份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚JFC-2搅拌均匀,加入30-35份过一硫酸氢钾搅拌10分钟以上即可;
控制脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚JFC-2在20-25min之间滴加完毕;
整个过程在保持去离子水温度恒定的条件下进行;
所述份为重量份;
所述抗静电乳化润滑油是指专利号为201310653893.5的专利产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温强碱的纺织染色活性剂,其特征在于,以300份去离子水、250份抗静电乳化润滑油、200份耐碱活性剂OEP-70、350份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚JFC-2、30份过一硫酸氢钾为原料。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种耐高温强碱的纺织染色活性剂,其特征在于,去离子水温度为68℃。
