本发明公开一种盾尾密封油脂。其特征在于:按重量百分比包括,基础油25%~30%,润滑剂0.5%~1.5%,增粘剂15%~20%,纤维10%~18%,附着力促进剂0.5%~3%,粉体填料余量。本产品与其他同类产品相比,本产品不采用尺寸大的片状物做为阻漏剂,通过添加附着力促进剂和对纤维长度与粉体颗粒尺寸进行合理的配比。一方面能够避免尺寸大的片状物对密封油脂泵的磨损,保持良好的泵送性;另一方面能够在进行抗高压密封时行成致密的密封层,表现出优异的密封性能,能够满足盾构机在压力高,含水量丰富条件下的施工使用要求。

技术领域
本发明属于工程技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于盾构机的盾尾密封油脂。
背景技术
当前随着地铁、隧道等地下工程的大量兴建及盾构法施工的广泛应用,盾尾密封油脂作为盾构法施工隧道中盾构掘进机盾尾的主要配套材料之一,市场前景广阔。
盾尾密封油脂的润滑和密封作用,可以有效地保护盾尾和隔绝泥浆,防止泥水和压浆的渗入,保障盾构的顺利推进。目前国内油脂存在泵送性低,密封性和抗水性不能满足在地下水丰富,压力大的环境下的施工要求;同时国内采用云母片等尺寸大的片状物作为阻漏材料,长期使用会对油脂泵产生磨损、降低产品的泵送性能,有鉴与此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种盾尾密封油脂,所述密封油脂与其他同类产品相比,本产品不采用尺寸大的片状物做为阻漏剂,通过添加附着力促进剂和对纤维长度和与粉体颗粒尺寸进行合理的配比。一方面能够避免尺寸大的片状物对密封油脂泵的磨损,保持良好的泵送性;另一方面能够在进行抗高压密封时行成致密的密封层,表现出优异的密封性能,能够满足盾构机在压力高,含水量丰富条件下的施工使用要求。
为达到以上技术要求,本发明提供以下技术方案:
按重量百分比包括,基础油25%~30%,润滑剂0.5%~1.5%,增粘剂15%~20%,纤维10%~18%,附着力促进剂0.5%~3%,粉体填料余量。
本发明以基础油为载体,以纤维为结构骨架,加入润滑剂提高油脂的泵送性,加入增粘剂提高对管壁的粘附性能,加入附着力促进剂提高产品的密封抗水渗漏性,加入粉体增强产品抗水强度和整体性,最后混合成纤维状膏体。
经检测,本发明的油脂的密封和抗水性能优异,在3.5MPa下抗水密封性为0%,人工海水冲失量<5%。
同时,本发明油脂泵送性能高于40g/min,能够满足各种油脂泵对泵送性能的要求。
另外,本发明油脂无分层降解,无腐蚀,无挥发性,无结块变硬,高温低温产品稳定,适用各种复杂工况施工。
本发明所述的溶剂基础油,流动性良好,性能稳定,具有提高油脂的泵送性能。所述基础油优选矿物油,更优选150SN矿物油。
本发明所述的纤维具有骨架作用,保证产品在高水压下的密封性能,所述纤维优选棉花纤维。棉花属于天然纤维素纤维,可完全生物降解,环保性能优越。
所述纤维选自长度为<1mm、1~3mm和3~8mm按质量比2~4:4~6:1~3的混合物。
本发明所述的增粘剂能提高产品附着力、粘性和整体性,保证盾尾密封油脂的密封性能和抗水冲性。所述的增粘剂优选为三元乙丙胶,和/或聚甲基丙烯酸酯,和/或聚异丁烯。更优选三元乙丙胶与聚异丁烯以1:1-2重量比混合。
本发明所述的润滑剂主要目的是提高油脂的泵送性。所述润滑剂优选脲基润滑脂,和/或铝基复合润滑脂,更优选铝基复合润滑脂。
本发明所述的附着力促进剂具有增强产品与管片的粘附力,提高抗水性。所述附着力促进剂剂优选2-胺乙基亚乙基脲、和/或β-(3’4-环氧乙基)乙基三甲基硅烷。更优选2-胺乙基亚乙基脲和β-(3’4-环氧乙基)乙基三甲基硅烷以1:2重量比混合。
本发明所述的粉体填料能增强产品抗水强度和整体性。所述填料优选轻质碳酸钙、和/或碳酸钙、和/或硫酸钡。更优选碳酸钙。
所述粉体填料选自粒径为2000目,1250目,800目和200目按质量比3~5:1.5~2:1.5~2:2~2.5的混合物。

实施例1
将质量28kg基础油,质量0.5kg润滑剂和质量2kg附着力促进剂加入捏合机内混合加热至50℃~80℃,搅拌使其混合均匀,再依次加入质量19kg增粘剂,质量12kg棉纤维和质量40kg粉体填料,抽真空保温搅拌80min,冷却至室温得纤维膏状盾尾密封油脂。
其中基础油为150SN矿物油。润滑剂为铝基复合润滑脂。附着力促进剂剂为2-胺乙基亚乙基脲和β-(3’4-环氧乙基)乙基三甲基硅烷以1:2重量比混合物。增粘剂为三元乙丙胶T613与聚异丁稀PB2400质量比1:1混合物。粉体填料为2000目,1250目,800目和200目按质量比5:1.5:1.5:2的碳酸钙混合物。棉纤维为长度为<1mm、1~3mm和3~8mm按质量比3:5:2的混合物。
实施例2
将质量30kg基础油,质量0.8kg润滑剂和质量3kg附着力促进剂加入捏合机内混合加热至50℃~80℃,搅拌使其混合均匀,再依次加入质量22kg增粘剂,质量10kg棉纤维和质量35kg粉体填料,抽真空保温搅拌80min,冷却至室温得纤维膏状盾尾密封油脂。

实施例3
将质量25kg基础油,质量0.5kg润滑剂和质量2kg附着力促进剂加入捏合机内混合加热至50℃~80℃,搅拌使其混合均匀,再依次加入质量25kg增粘剂,质量14kg棉纤维和质量33kg粉体填料,抽真空保温搅拌80min,冷却至室温得纤维膏状盾尾密封油脂。

Claims (5)
1.一种盾尾密封油脂,其特征在于:按重量百分比包括,基础油25%~30%,润滑剂0.5%~1.5%,增粘剂15%~20%,纤维10%~18%,附着力促进剂0.5%~3%,粉体填料余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种盾尾密封油脂,其特征在于:所述粉体填料选自粒径为2000目、1250目、800目和200目按质量比3~5:1.5~2:1.5~2:2~2.5的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种盾尾密封油脂,其特征在于:所述棉纤维选自长度为<1mm、1~3mm和3~8mm按质量比2~4:4~6:1~3的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种盾尾密封油脂,其特征在于:所述附着力促进剂选自2-胺乙基亚乙基脲和β-(3’4-环氧乙基)乙基三甲基硅烷的一种或多种混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种盾尾密封油脂,其特征在于:其制备方法为,首先将基础油,润滑剂,增粘剂和附着力促进剂加入捏合机内加热至50℃~80℃,混合搅拌均匀,然后依次加入纤维和粉体,最后在抽真空条件下保温搅拌80min,冷却至常温制得纤维膏状产品。
