本发明涉及润滑密封材料技术领域,具体为一种无害、阻燃盾尾密封脂及其制备方法。
背景技术
盾构技术是目前国际上发达国家较为广泛采用的地下隧洞全机械化开挖施工技术,盾构技术的运用关键是使用了盾构机,盾构机是盾构法施工中的最主要施工机械,盾尾密封脂是盾构法施工中隧道盾构掘进机钢丝刷型盾尾的主要配套材料之一,具有密封和润滑的作用,可有效地保护盾尾和隔绝泥浆,起到密封地下水(淡水或海水),密封泥浆和膨润土泥浆(如使用)的作用,国内市场上普遍使用的(国产)盾尾密封脂普遍是用矿物油做润滑剂(对人体、环境有害),遇到明火就燃烧(无防火功能),且为了适应密封性能需求,配方必须调整到(锥入度25℃±1℃、0.1mm、210~230)泵送性较差(较硬,对渗水严重的地下地层及时满足泵送密封脂有困难)。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供一种无害、阻燃盾尾密封脂及其制备方法,具备无害性、抗燃性、泵送性、抗水密封性、抗腐蚀性、填缝高效性能,保证了盾构机在城市、江、河、湖地下掘进时对盾尾密封性的安全生产要求,不会出现事故,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种无害、阻燃盾尾密封脂,其各组分的重量百分比如下:油酸17.5~20.0%、聚异丁烯24.0~28.0%、氢氧化钙2.0~3.5%、有机膨润土1.4~4.4%,聚甲基丙烯酸酯1.0~3.0%、轻质碳酸钙15.1~20.0%、滑石粉1.6~4.6%、云母粉1.0~3.0%、植物油1.5~3.4%、木质纤维素4.0~8.5%、硫酸钡15.0~17.0%。
本发明还包括一种无害、阻燃盾尾密封脂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1):启动搅拌,将计量的油酸连续投入反应釜,启动升温装置,将釜内温度保持在60.0~70.0℃,持续时间为20.0min,陆续投入聚异丁烯(60.0~70.0℃),投完后保持5min,后升温至80.0~90.0℃,投入氢氧化钙进行反应,1.0h后升温至120.0~130.0℃蒸出水分;
S2):关闭升温,将植物油、聚甲基丙烯酸酯分别依次投入,搅拌5.0min后(在充分搅拌分散的状态下)依次投入轻质碳酸钙、滑石粉、云母粉、硫酸钡,搅拌充分分散后(>5.0min),打开双向剪切,在釜内维持55.0~65.0℃状态下,剪切泵压>1.2Mpa情况下运行20.0min,取样品测25.0℃±1.0℃锥入度(中控),后加入有机膨润土、木质纤维素(分别在剪切状态下加入),20min时取样测锥入度,在符合要求的情况下,经脱气入包装,得到成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明利用油酸与氢氧化钙反应生成的皂基与聚异丁烯有非常好的亲和力,皂分散体系有极好的润滑性、抗水淋性、氧化安定性,皂体系的粘附性可满足与其他原料配伍性要求,使最终产品盾尾密封脂在盾构机掘进中完成盾尾润滑、抗水淋和密封的需要。
2、加入了植物油(菜籽油[益生菌促进剂]),提高了益生菌的生存与繁殖条件及生物降解性。
3、聚甲基丙烯酸酯的加入可有效降低油脂低温使用性,且增加产品对金属表面的粘附力(高聚物),提高受压密封性、泵送性和抗水性。
4、有机膨润土由于无毒、亲油、疏水、高分散,可提高盾尾密封脂的粘稠度,增加了密封性。
5、木质纤维素,天然可降解、抗剪切、骨架作用好,提高密封性、抗水淋。
6、硫酸钡:无毒、有隔水作用、质地松软、阻燃,云母:阻燃、粘接强度好,水性中可提高粘度、稠度,具有弹性、柔韧性,提高产品(填缝)的膜机械强度、附着力,二者复合使用,在机械压力的作用下,可形成好的具有弹性体的抗水密封带。
7、滑石粉:无毒、易分散、涂料中有好的骨架作用,为增加张力强度、剪切强度、压力、利水、渗湿、阻燃、橡塑材料中有效增强材料,轻质碳酸钙:无毒、分散性好、补强、骨架稳定、改善流变性、提高撕裂强度、阻燃,两种物质有机的复合使用,提高了泵送压力下的安定性、流动性、稳定了密封性能的需要。
8、四种填充料按要求比例、加之有机膨润土,会起到复合后的协和作用,产生较低的稠度(锥入度25.0℃±1.0℃、0.1mm、280.0~320.0),有非常好的泵送性、抗水密封(填缝)性,目前国内产品尚未见。
9、能够保证城市地下隧洞盾构机工作对盾尾密封的使用要求,也可以替代进口产品,满足使用于江、河、湖地下隧洞盾构机作业对盾尾密封脂的性能要求。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例一:
一种无害、阻燃盾尾密封脂,其各组分的重量百分比如下:油酸18.5%、聚异丁烯26.5%、氢氧化钙3.0%、有机膨润土2.5%,聚甲基丙烯酸酯3.0%、轻质碳酸钙20.0%、滑石粉4.0%、云母粉1.0%、植物油2.5%、木质纤维素4.0%、硫酸钡15.0%,其中油酸作为稠化剂,聚异丁烯作为稀释剂,氢氧化钙为皂化剂,有机膨润土作为增稠剂,聚甲基丙烯酸酯为增粘剂,轻质碳酸钙、滑石粉、云母粉、硫酸钡为润滑填充剂,植物油为润滑促菌剂,木质纤维素为膨松剂。
本发明还提供一种无害、阻燃盾尾密封脂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1):启动搅拌,将计量的油酸连续投入反应釜,启动升温装置,将釜内温度保持在60.0℃,持续时间为20.0min,陆续投入聚异丁烯(60.0℃),投完后保持5min,后升温至80.0℃,投入氢氧化钙进行反应,1.0h后升温至120.0℃蒸出水分;
S2):关闭升温,将植物油、聚甲基丙烯酸酯分别依次投入,搅拌5.0min后(在充分搅拌分散的状态下)依次投入轻质碳酸钙、滑石粉、云母粉、硫酸钡,搅拌充分分散后(>5.0min),打开双向剪切,在釜内维持55.0℃状态下,剪切泵压>1.2Mpa情况下运行20.0min,取样品测24.0℃锥入度(中控),后加入有机膨润土、木质纤维素(分别在剪切状态下加入),20min时取样测锥入度,在符合要求的情况下,经脱气入包装,得到成品。
所得成品的技术参数:锥入度(25℃±1℃、0.1mm)295,爬行时间(20℃)/h 19,泵送性(20℃、1Mpa)/(g.min-1)43(修正),挥发性(110℃,3h)/% 2.3,水密封性(25℃、3.5Mpa)/% 0(修正),合成海水洗出量(38℃、0.2Mpa,5min)1.2,腐蚀(100℃、3h T3)合格。
实施例二:
一种无害、阻燃盾尾密封脂,其各组分的重量百分比如下:油酸17.5%、聚异丁烯24.0%、氢氧化钙3.5%、有机膨润土4.4%,聚甲基丙烯酸酯2.0%、轻质碳酸钙19.0%、滑石粉1.6%、云母粉2.0%、植物油1.5%、木质纤维素8.5%、硫酸钡16.0%。
本发明还提供一种无害、阻燃盾尾密封脂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1):启动搅拌,将计量的油酸连续投入反应釜,启动升温装置,将釜内温度保持在65.0℃,持续时间为20.0min,陆续投入聚异丁烯(65.0℃),投完后保持5min,后升温至85.0℃,投入氢氧化钙进行反应,1.0h后升温至125.0℃蒸出水分;
S2):关闭升温,将植物油、聚甲基丙烯酸酯分别依次投入,搅拌5.0min后(在充分搅拌分散的状态下)依次投入轻质碳酸钙、滑石粉、云母粉、硫酸钡,搅拌充分分散后(>5.0min),打开双向剪切,在釜内维持60.0℃状态下,剪切泵压>1.2Mpa情况下运行20.0min,取样品测25.0℃锥入度(中控),后加入有机膨润土、木质纤维素(分别在剪切状态下加入),20min时取样测锥入度,在符合要求的情况下,经脱气入包装,得到成品。
所得成品的技术参数:锥入度(25℃±1℃、0.1mm) 300,爬行时间(20℃)/h 20,泵送性(20℃、1Mpa)/(g.min-1)44(修正),挥发性(110℃,3h)/% 2.3,水密封性(25℃、3.5Mpa)/% 0(修正),合成海水洗出量(38℃、0.2Mpa,5min)1.1,腐蚀(100℃、3h T3)合格。
实施例三:
一种无害、阻燃盾尾密封脂,其各组分的重量百分比如下:油酸20.0%、聚异丁烯28.0%、氢氧化钙2.0%、有机膨润土1.4%,聚甲基丙烯酸酯1.0%、轻质碳酸钙15.1%、滑石粉4.6%、云母粉3.0%、植物油3.4%、木质纤维素4.5%、硫酸钡17.0%。
本发明还提供一种无害、阻燃盾尾密封脂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1):启动搅拌,将计量的油酸连续投入反应釜,启动升温装置,将釜内温度保持在70.0℃,持续时间为20.0min,陆续投入聚异丁烯(70.0℃),投完后保持5min,后升温至90.0℃,投入氢氧化钙进行反应,1.0h后升温至130.0℃蒸出水分;
S2):关闭升温,将植物油、聚甲基丙烯酸酯分别依次投入,搅拌5.0min后(在充分搅拌分散的状态下)依次投入轻质碳酸钙、滑石粉、云母粉、硫酸钡,搅拌充分分散后(>5.0min),打开双向剪切,在釜内维持65.0℃状态下,剪切泵压>1.2Mpa情况下运行20.0min,取样品测26.0℃锥入度(中控),后加入有机膨润土、木质纤维素(分别在剪切状态下加入),20min时取样测锥入度,在符合要求的情况下,经脱气入包装,得到成品。
所得成品的技术参数:锥入度(25℃±1℃、0.1mm) 305,爬行时间(20℃)/h 20,泵送性(20℃、1Mpa)/(g.min-1)45(修正),挥发性(110℃,3h)/% 2.2,水密封性(25℃、3.5Mpa)/% 0(修正),合成海水洗出量(38℃、0.2Mpa,5min)1.0,腐蚀(100℃、3h T3)合格。
本发明通过添加不同的组分材料,对盾尾密封脂的特性进行增强,提高其无害性、抗燃性、泵送性、抗水密封性、抗腐蚀性、填缝高效性等性能,保证盾构机掘进过程对盾尾密封性的要求,延长其使用寿命。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (1)
1.一种无害、阻燃盾尾密封脂的制备方法,其特征在于:无害、阻燃盾尾密封脂其各组分的重量百分比如下:油酸17.5~20.0%、聚异丁烯24.0~28.0%、氢氧化钙2.0~3.5%、有机膨润土1.4~4.4%,聚甲基丙烯酸酯1.0~3.0%、轻质碳酸钙15.1~20.0%、滑石粉1.6~4.6%、云母粉1.0~3.0%、植物油1.5~3.4%、木质纤维素4.0~8.5%、硫酸钡15.0~17.0%;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1):启动搅拌,将计量的油酸连续投入反应釜,启动升温装置,将釜内温度保持在60.0~70.0℃,持续时间为20.0min,陆续投入聚异丁烯,投完后保持5min,后升温至80.0~90.0℃,投入氢氧化钙进行反应,1.0h后升温至120.0~130.0℃蒸出水分;
S2):关闭升温,将植物油、聚甲基丙烯酸酯分别依次投入,充分搅拌5.0min后依次投入轻质碳酸钙、滑石粉、云母粉、硫酸钡,搅拌充分分散后,打开双向剪切,在釜内维持55.0~65.0℃状态下,剪切泵压>1.2Mpa情况下运行20.0min,取样品测25.0℃±1.0℃锥入度,分别在剪切状态加入有机膨润土、木质纤维素,20min时取样测锥入度,在符合要求的情况下,经脱气入包装,得到成品。
