本发明涉及一种阀门复合涂料,其原料按重量份计包括:聚氨酯树脂45‑70份、二氧化硅10‑15份、硅溶胶20‑30份、碳酸二甲酯10‑15份、聚乙烯醇10‑15份、玻化微珠7‑15份、乙酸乙酯2‑5份、黄麻纤维5‑10份、聚乙烯蜡1‑4份、氧化铝0.5‑2份、碳酸钙1‑2份、水泥6‑9份、羟丙基淀粉醚2‑4份。本发明制得涂料原料易得,制备工艺简单。经过热喷工艺能在阀门内壁形成坚硬且致密的涂层,喷涂后涂层表面平整光滑,流体阻力小还具有光泽度高、耐磨耐盐雾等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门涂料技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种阀门复合涂料。
背景技术
阀门是流体输送系统中的控制部件,具有截止、调节、导流、防止逆流、稳压、分流或溢流泄压等功能。因此,喷涂在阀门表面的涂料必须具有耐水、耐冲击、耐热、隔热等性能,尤其是喷涂在金属阀门表面的涂料需要具备较强的防腐和抗老化性能。但是,目前市场是专用于金属阀门的涂料很少,并且其防腐、抗老化效果较差。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种阀门复合涂料,该涂料耐腐蚀、耐高温性能好。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种阀门复合涂料,其原料按重量份计包括:聚氨酯树脂45-70份、二氧化硅10-15份、硅溶胶20-30份、碳酸二甲酯10-15份、聚乙烯醇10-15份、玻化微珠7-15份、乙酸乙酯2-5份、黄麻纤维5-10份、聚乙烯蜡1-4份、氧化铝0.5-2份、碳酸钙1-2份、水泥6-9份、羟丙基淀粉醚2-4份。
进一步的,其原料按重量份计包括:聚氨酯树脂50份、二氧化硅10-15份、硅溶胶25份、碳酸二甲酯17份、聚乙烯醇12份、玻化微珠10份、乙酸乙酯3份、黄麻纤维8份、聚乙烯蜡2份、氧化铝1份、碳酸钙1.5份、水泥7份、羟丙基淀粉醚3份。
进一步的,其原料按重量份计包括:聚氨酯树脂65份、二氧化硅12份、硅溶胶28份、碳酸二甲酯12份、聚乙烯醇12份、玻化微珠14份、乙酸乙酯2份、黄麻纤维9份、聚乙烯蜡2份、氧化铝1份、碳酸钙1份、水泥7份、羟丙基淀粉醚2份。
进一步的,所述水泥为普通硅酸盐水泥。
一种阀门复合涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚氨酯树脂45-70份、二氧化硅10-15份、硅溶胶20-30份、碳酸二甲酯10-15份、聚乙烯醇10-15份、玻化微珠7-15份、乙酸乙酯2-5份、黄麻纤维5-10份、聚乙烯蜡1-4份、氧化铝0.5-2份、碳酸钙1-2份、水泥6-9份、羟丙基淀粉醚2-4份加水调制成浆状,湿磨10-12h后得混合液;
(2)将混合液喷入喷雾干燥塔中,干燥后得固体粉末,再将固体粉末压片在1000-1500℃下烧结,冷却后球磨至200-250目的粉末即得。
本发明有益效果:
本发明制得涂料原料易得,制备工艺简单。经过热喷工艺能在阀门内壁形成坚硬且致密的涂层,喷涂后涂层表面平整光滑,流体阻力小还具有光泽度高、耐磨耐盐雾等特点。

下面通过具体的实施例对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
实施例1
一种阀门复合涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚氨酯树脂45份、二氧化硅15份、硅溶胶20份、碳酸二甲酯10份、聚乙烯醇15份、玻化微珠7份、乙酸乙酯5份、黄麻纤维5份、聚乙烯蜡4份、氧化铝0.5份、碳酸钙2份、水泥6份、羟丙基淀粉醚4份加水调制成浆状,湿磨10-12h后得混合液;
(2)将混合液喷入喷雾干燥塔中,干燥后得固体粉末,再将固体粉末压片在1000-1500℃下烧结,冷却后球磨至200-250目的粉末即得。
实施例2
一种阀门复合涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚氨酯树脂50份、二氧化硅10-15份、硅溶胶25份、碳酸二甲酯17份、聚乙烯醇12份、玻化微珠10份、乙酸乙酯3份、黄麻纤维8份、聚乙烯蜡2份、氧化铝1份、碳酸钙1.5份、水泥7份、羟丙基淀粉醚3份加水调制成浆状,湿磨10-12h后得混合液;
(2)将混合液喷入喷雾干燥塔中,干燥后得固体粉末,再将固体粉末压片在1000-1500℃下烧结,冷却后球磨至200-250目的粉末即得。
实施例3
一种阀门复合涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚聚氨酯树脂65份、二氧化硅12份、硅溶胶28份、碳酸二甲酯12份、聚乙烯醇12份、玻化微珠14份、乙酸乙酯2份、黄麻纤维9份、聚乙烯蜡2份、氧化铝1份、碳酸钙1份、水泥7份、羟丙基淀粉醚2份加水调制成浆状,湿磨10-12h后得混合液;
(2)将混合液喷入喷雾干燥塔中,干燥后得固体粉末,再将固体粉末压片在1000-1500℃下烧结,冷却后球磨至200-250目的粉末即得。

2.根据权利要求1所述的阀门复合涂料,其特征在于:其原料按重量份计包括:聚氨酯树脂50份、二氧化硅10-15份、硅溶胶25份、碳酸二甲酯17份、聚乙烯醇12份、玻化微珠10份、乙酸乙酯3份、黄麻纤维8份、聚乙烯蜡2份、氧化铝1份、碳酸钙1.5份、水泥7份、羟丙基淀粉醚3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阀门复合涂料,其特征在于:其原料按重量份计包括:聚氨酯树脂65份、二氧化硅12份、硅溶胶28份、碳酸二甲酯12份、聚乙烯醇12份、玻化微珠14份、乙酸乙酯2份、黄麻纤维9份、聚乙烯蜡2份、氧化铝1份、碳酸钙1份、水泥7份、羟丙基淀粉醚2份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的阀门复合涂料,其特征在于:所述水泥为普通硅酸盐水泥。
5.一种阀门复合涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚氨酯树脂45-70份、二氧化硅10-15份、硅溶胶20-30份、碳酸二甲酯10-15份、聚乙烯醇10-15份、玻化微珠7-15份、乙酸乙酯2-5份、黄麻纤维5-10份、聚乙烯蜡1-4份、氧化铝0.5-2份、碳酸钙1-2份、水泥6-9份、羟丙基淀粉醚2-4份加水调制成浆状,湿磨10-12h后得混合液;
(2)将混合液喷入喷雾干燥塔中,干燥后得固体粉末,再将固体粉末压片在1000-1500℃下烧结,冷却后球磨至200-250目的粉末即得。
