本发明公开了一种阀门复合涂料,由如下原料制备而成:35‑50重量份纳米远红外陶瓷粉、3‑5.5重量份硅酸钠、8‑16重量份酚醛树脂、1‑1.5重量份类酸铵、5‑8重量份丙二醇、2‑5.5重量份硫酸钴碳酸钙、10‑15重量份聚异丁酯、1‑3重量份羟乙基纤维素、0.5‑1重量份香茅草粉末、0.5‑1重量份艾草粉末、1‑5重量份亚麻油、50‑60重量份去离子水。本发明以纳米远红外陶瓷粉、硅酸钠、酚醛树脂、类酸铵、丙二醇、硫酸钴碳酸钙、聚异丁酯、羟乙基纤维素、香茅草粉末、艾草粉末、亚麻油为原料,各个成分相互作用、相互影响,制得的涂料不仅有耐水、耐热、隔热、抗压等性能,还具备较强的防腐和抗氧化性能。

本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种阀门复合涂料。
背景技术
阀门是流体输送系统中的控制部件,具有截止、调节、导流、防止逆流、稳压、分流或溢流泄压等功能。因此,喷涂在阀门表面的涂料必须具有耐水、耐冲击、耐热、隔热等性能,尤其是喷涂在金属阀门表面的涂料需要具备较强的防腐和抗氧化性能。目前专用于阀门的涂料很少,普通涂料难以达到上述要求。
发明内容
针对上述现状,本发明的目的是提供一种专用于阀门的复合涂料。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种阀门复合涂料,由如下原料制备而成:35-50重量份纳米远红外陶瓷粉、3-5.5重量份硅酸钠、8-16重量份酚醛树脂、1-1.5重量份类酸铵、5-8重量份丙二醇、2-5.5重量份硫酸钴碳酸钙、10-15重量份聚异丁酯、1-3重量份羟乙基纤维素、0.5-1重量份香茅草粉末、0.5-1重量份艾草粉末、1-5重量份亚麻油、50-60重量份去离子水。
进一步地,所述的阀门复合涂料,由如下原料制备而成:40-45重量份纳米远红外陶瓷粉、3.5-5重量份硅酸钠、11-13重量份酚醛树脂、1.2-1.3重量份类酸铵、6-7重量份丙二醇、3-4.5重量份硫酸钴碳酸钙、12-13重量份聚异丁酯、1.5-2.5重量份羟乙基纤维素、0.7-0.8重量份香茅草粉末、0.7-0.8重量份艾草粉末、2-4重量份亚麻油、54-56重量份去离子水。
更进一步地,所述的阀门复合涂料,由如下原料制备而成:42.5重量份纳米远红外陶瓷粉、4.25重量份硅酸钠、12重量份酚醛树脂、1.25重量份类酸铵、6.5重量份丙二醇、3.75重量份硫酸钴碳酸钙、12.5重量份聚异丁酯、2重量份羟乙基纤维素、0.75重量份香茅草粉末、0.75重量份艾草粉末、3重量份亚麻油、55重量份去离子水。
本发明的优点是:本发明以纳米远红外陶瓷粉、硅酸钠、酚醛树脂、类酸铵、丙二醇、硫酸钴碳酸钙、聚异丁酯、羟乙基纤维素、香茅草粉末、艾草粉末、亚麻油为原料,各个成分相互作用、相互影响,制得的涂料不仅有耐水、耐热、隔热、抗压等性能,还具备较强的防腐和抗氧化性能。

一种阀门复合涂料,由如下原料制备而成:40重量份纳米远红外陶瓷粉、3.5重量份硅酸钠、11重量份酚醛树脂、1.2重量份类酸铵、6重量份丙二醇、3重量份硫酸钴碳酸钙、12重量份聚异丁酯、1.5重量份羟乙基纤维素、0.7重量份香茅草粉末、0.7重量份艾草粉末、2重量份亚麻油、54重量份去离子水。
实施例3
一种阀门复合涂料,由如下原料制备而成:42.5重量份纳米远红外陶瓷粉、4.25重量份硅酸钠、12重量份酚醛树脂、1.25重量份类酸铵、6.5重量份丙二醇、3.75重量份硫酸钴碳酸钙、12.5重量份聚异丁酯、2重量份羟乙基纤维素、0.75重量份香茅草粉末、0.75重量份艾草粉末、3重量份亚麻油、55重量份去离子水。
实施例4
一种阀门复合涂料,由如下原料制备而成:45重量份纳米远红外陶瓷粉、5重量份硅酸钠、13重量份酚醛树脂、1.3重量份类酸铵、7重量份丙二醇、4.5重量份硫酸钴碳酸钙、13重量份聚异丁酯、2.5重量份羟乙基纤维素、0.8重量份香茅草粉末、0.8重量份艾草粉末、4重量份亚麻油、56重量份去离子水。
实施例5
一种阀门复合涂料,由如下原料制备而成:50重量份纳米远红外陶瓷粉、5.5重量份硅酸钠、16重量份酚醛树脂、1.5重量份类酸铵、8重量份丙二醇、5.5重量份硫酸钴碳酸钙、15重量份聚异丁酯、3重量份羟乙基纤维素、1重量份香茅草粉末、1重量份艾草粉末、5重量份亚麻油、60重量份去离子水。

1.一种阀门复合涂料,其特征在于由如下原料制备而成:35-50重量份纳米远红外陶瓷粉、3-5.5重量份硅酸钠、8-16重量份酚醛树脂、1-1.5重量份类酸铵、5-8重量份丙二醇、2-5.5重量份硫酸钴碳酸钙、10-15重量份聚异丁酯、1-3重量份羟乙基纤维素、0.5-1重量份香茅草粉末、0.5-1重量份艾草粉末、1-5重量份亚麻油、50-60重量份去离子水。
