背景技术
在冬天,由于昼夜温差较大,水蒸气附着于汽车涂层上,常常形成大量冰霜,涂层长期受到冰霜和低温的侵蚀,会造成涂层机械性能降低、开裂、脱落等问题,使得涂层的使用寿命大大缩短;而补修汽车涂层,需要耗费大量金钱,且耗时耗力,因此,需要提供一种能够防止霜冻的涂料,以解决霜冻对涂层的影响。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种防霜防冻汽车用涂料,本发明表面能较低,水滴不易附着在漆膜上,从而不易形成冰霜,具有良好的防霜防冻性能、自清洁能力和机械性能。
本发明提出的一种防霜防冻汽车用涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液80-100份,十二碳醇酯4-6份,复合填料10-15份,乙醇10-12份,吐温20 1-2份,司盘80 0.5-1份,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚0.1-0.3份,聚氧丙烯甘油醚0.2-0.4份,润湿剂Wet500 0.2-0.3份,流平剂0.1-0.2份,聚乙烯醇1-2份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1-2份,Si69 1-3份。
优选地,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,取异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、端羟基聚丁二烯2000、二羟甲基丙酸、二月桂酸二丁基锡、1,4-丁二醇和丙酮进行反应得到异氰酸酯基封端的聚氨酯预聚体溶液;将季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯加入聚氨酯预聚体溶液中,调节温度,保温搅拌,然后加入甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯、偶氮二异丁腈,保温搅拌,用三乙胺调节pH呈中性,加水剪切乳化,旋转蒸发除去丙酮得到改性聚氨酯乳液。

本发明的制备方法为:将改性聚氨酯乳液、十二碳醇酯、复合填料、乙醇、吐温20、司盘80、润湿剂Wet500、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、Si69混匀,研磨,然后加入聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚、流平剂混匀得到防霜防冻汽车用涂料。
本发明选用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、端羟基聚丁二烯2000、二羟甲基丙酸、二月桂酸二丁基锡、1,4-丁二醇反应得到异氰酸酯基封端的聚氨酯预聚体,再与季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯反应,在聚氨酯中引入多个碳碳双键,然后与甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯在引发剂偶氮二异丁腈的作用发生自由基反应,从而在聚氨酯中接枝上大量氟元素得到改性聚氨酯,具有良好的机械性能和粘结性能,且氟元素具有较低的表面能,使得本发明具有较低表面能,水滴不易附着于漆膜上,从而大大减少漆膜上霜的形成,雨水能轻易冲刷附着在漆面上的灰尘,使得本发明具有良好的自清洁性能;另外端羟基聚丁二烯2000具有良好的耐低温性、耐水解性和水密性,可以进一步增加本发明的耐水性、耐低温性,使得本发明具有良好的防霜防冻性能;选用陶土、滑石粉和纳米二氧化钛为复合填料,可以进一步增加本发明的机械强度,并且陶土具有良好的防冻性能,与改性聚氨酯乳液相互配合,可以进一步增加本发明的防冻性能;纳米二氧化钛具有良好的自清洁能力和抗紫外线能力,与改性聚氨酯乳液相互配合,可以进一步增加本发明的自清洁性能,防止霜冻;十二碳醇酯可以进一步增加本发明的成膜性能;吐温20、司盘80、润湿剂Wet500、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚、流平剂、Si69相互配合,可以促进各物质均匀分散,增加本发明的稳定性;并且Si69与改性聚氨酯相互配合,可以大大增加本发明与物料的粘结性,防止涂层脱落;上述各物质相互配合使得本发明具有良好的防霜防冻性能、自清洁能力和机械性能。

其中,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,取异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、端羟基聚丁二烯2000、二羟甲基丙酸、二月桂酸二丁基锡、1,4-丁二醇和丙酮进行反应得到异氰酸酯基封端的聚氨酯预聚体溶液,其中,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、端羟基聚丁二烯2000、二羟甲基丙酸、二月桂酸二丁基锡、1,4-丁二醇的重量比为18.5:35:2.8:0.25:1.85;将季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯加入聚氨酯预聚体溶液中,调节温度至48℃,保温搅拌2.2h,然后加入甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯、偶氮二异丁腈,保温搅拌3.7h,用三乙胺调节pH呈中性,加水剪切乳化,旋转蒸发除去丙酮得到改性聚氨酯乳液,其中,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯的重量比为9.2:4.7,季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯、偶氮二异丁腈的重量比为8.5:17.5:0.06,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和水的重量比为9.8:53;
复合填料为1000目陶土、1000目滑石粉和纳米二氧化钛,其中,陶土、滑石粉和纳米二氧化钛的重量比为0.7:1:3。
实施例6
一种防霜防冻汽车用涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液90份,十二碳醇酯5份,复合填料12份,乙醇11份,吐温20 1.5份,司盘80 0.7份,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚0.2份,聚氧丙烯甘油醚0.3份,润湿剂Wet500 0.25份,流平剂0.15份,聚乙烯醇1.5份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1.5份,Si69 2份;
其中,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,取异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、端羟基聚丁二烯2000、二羟甲基丙酸、二月桂酸二丁基锡、1,4-丁二醇和丙酮进行反应得到异氰酸酯基封端的聚氨酯预聚体溶液,其中,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、端羟基聚丁二烯2000、二羟甲基丙酸、二月桂酸二丁基锡、1,4-丁二醇的重量比为19:34.5:2.85:0.2:1.9;将季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯加入聚氨酯预聚体溶液中,调节温度至45℃,保温搅拌2.5h,然后加入甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯、偶氮二异丁腈,保温搅拌3.5h,用三乙胺调节pH呈中性,加水剪切乳化,旋转蒸发除去丙酮得到改性聚氨酯乳液,其中,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯的重量比为9.5:4.5,季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯、偶氮二异丁腈的重量比为9:17:0.07,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和水的重量比为9.5:55;
复合填料为1000目陶土、2000目滑石粉和纳米二氧化钛,其中,陶土、滑石粉和纳米二氧化钛的重量比为0.6:1.5:2.5。
试验例1
对实施例1-6形成的涂膜进行性能测试,结果如下:
由上表可以看出本发明具有良好的疏水性能,防霜性能好。

Claims (10)
1.一种防霜防冻汽车用涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液80-100份,十二碳醇酯4-6份,复合填料10-15份,乙醇10-12份,吐温20 1-2份,司盘80 0.5-1份,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚0.1-0.3份,聚氧丙烯甘油醚0.2-0.4份,润湿剂Wet500 0.2-0.3份,流平剂0.1-0.2份,聚乙烯醇1-2份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1-2份,Si69 1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述防霜防冻汽车用涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,取异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、端羟基聚丁二烯2000、二羟甲基丙酸、二月桂酸二丁基锡、1,4-丁二醇和丙酮进行反应得到异氰酸酯基封端的聚氨酯预聚体溶液;将季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯加入聚氨酯预聚体溶液中,调节温度,保温搅拌,然后加入甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯、偶氮二异丁腈,保温搅拌,用三乙胺调节pH呈中性,加水剪切乳化,旋转蒸发除去丙酮得到改性聚氨酯乳液。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述防霜防冻汽车用涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,取异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、端羟基聚丁二烯2000、二羟甲基丙酸、二月桂酸二丁基锡、1,4-丁二醇和丙酮进行反应得到异氰酸酯基封端的聚氨酯预聚体溶液;将季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯加入聚氨酯预聚体溶液中,调节温度至40-50℃,保温搅拌2-3h,然后加入甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯、偶氮二异丁腈,保温搅拌3-4h,用三乙胺调节pH呈中性,加水剪切乳化,旋转蒸发除去丙酮得到改性聚氨酯乳液。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述防霜防冻汽车用涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、端羟基聚丁二烯2000、二羟甲基丙酸、二月桂酸二丁基锡、1,4-丁二醇的重量比为18-20:33-36:2.7-3:0.1-0.3:1.8-2。
5.根据权利要求2-4任一项所述防霜防冻汽车用涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯的重量比为18-20:7-8。
6.根据权利要求2-5任一项所述防霜防冻汽车用涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯、偶氮二异丁腈的重量比为7-8:12-13:0.05-0.1。
7.根据权利要求2-6任一项所述防霜防冻汽车用涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和水的重量比为9-10:50-60。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述防霜防冻汽车用涂料,其特征在于,复合填料为陶土、滑石粉和纳米二氧化钛。
9.根据权利要求8所述防霜防冻汽车用涂料,其特征在于,陶土、滑石粉和纳米二氧化钛的重量比为0.5-0.7:1-2:2-3。
10.根据权利要求8或9所述防霜防冻汽车用涂料,其特征在于,陶土为800-1000目,滑石粉为1000-2000目。
