Abstract

本发明涉及一种含硅磷酰胺及其制备方法,该化合物的分子结构式为:具体合成步骤如下:缚酸剂和γ‑氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷溶于有机溶剂中,在室温、氮气氛围下,滴加新戊二醇磷酰氯的有机溶液,滴加完毕后,逐渐升温至40~80℃,搅拌反应4~8h。反应结束后,过滤除去沉淀,进一步纯化,得无色或淡黄色油状液体。本发明方法条件温和、工艺简单,由该法合成的含硅磷酰胺既可作为一种新型硅烷偶联剂,用于处理无机粉体,提高无机粉体与聚合物的相容性;又可作为一种反应型阻燃剂,用于塑料、橡胶、纤维、涂料等领域,以提高高分子材料的阻燃性能。

一种含硅磷酰胺及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种有机硅化合物及其制备方法,具体涉及一种含硅磷酰胺及其制备方法。该化合物具有磷、氮、硅三种元素,且具有可水解-缩聚的烷氧基官能团,既可用作硅烷偶联剂,又可作为一种反应型阻燃剂。
背景技术
随着国内外对阻燃高分子材料防火性能和环境友好要求的不断提高,阻燃高分子材料的阻燃剂正在向高效、低烟、低毒等方向发展。由于磷-氮、磷-硅协同阻燃符合这一发展趋势,近年来成为研究热点。此外,具有可反应基团的反应型阻燃剂与聚合物相容性好,对材料力学性能影响较小,迁移性小,阻燃性能也更持久。因此,合成新型的含磷、氮、硅的反应型阻燃剂具有重要的研究和商业价值。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种含硅磷酰胺及其制备方法,该化合物合成条件温和、工艺简单,结构上,该化合物同时含有磷、氮、硅三种元素,且具有可水解-缩聚的烷氧基官能团。因此,具有多种功能,既可作为一种新型硅烷偶联剂,用于处理无机粉体,提高无机粉体与聚合物的相容性;又可作为一种反应型阻燃剂,用于塑料、橡胶、纤维、涂料等领域,以提高高分子材料的阻燃性能。
本发明的含硅磷酰胺,其分子结构式如下:
本发明所述含硅磷酰胺的制备方法如下:
将γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷和缚酸剂溶于适量的干燥有机溶剂中,在室温、氮气氛围下,缓慢滴加新戊二醇磷酰氯的有机溶液,滴加完毕后,再逐渐升温至40~80℃,搅拌反应4~8h;待反应结束后,过滤除沉淀,减压蒸馏除溶剂和未反应原料,即得本发明的含硅磷酰胺;
所述的γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、三乙胺及新戊二醇磷酰氯的摩尔比为1:1:1~1:1.1:1.1;
所述的有机溶剂为四氢呋喃、二氯甲烷或甲苯;
所述的缚酸剂为三乙胺或吡啶;
所述的新戊二醇磷酰氯即为2-氯-2-氧-5,5-二甲基-1,3,2-二氧磷杂环己烷。
本发明的含硅磷酰胺的制备过程,其反应方程式为:

红外谱图分析(KBr,cm-1):3221(-NH-伸缩振动),2884~2973(-CH3、-CH2-伸缩振动),1468(-NH-弯曲振动),1231(P=O特征吸收峰),1104(Si-O伸缩振动),1011(P-N伸缩振动)。
附图2为本发明的含硅磷酰胺的核磁共振氢谱。
核磁共振氢谱分析(CD3Cl,δ,TMS):4.26(dd,2H,P-O-CH2-),3.85~3.76(m,6H,Si-O-CH2-),3.72(s,1H,-NH-),3.65-3.70(dd,2H,P-O-CH2-),2.96(m,2H,NH-CH2-中的-CH2-),1.65~1.57(m,2H,Si、N最中间的-CH2-),1.27~1.08(m,12H,磷酰环上的1个-CH3和硅氧烷上的9个-CH3),0.86(s,3H,CH3-C-),0.63~0.59(t,2H,-CH2-Si)。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案做进一步说明,但本发明要求保护的范围并不局限于实施例表示的范围。
实施例1将6.64gγ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、3.19g三乙胺和30mL四氢呋喃置于三口烧瓶中,在室温、氮气氛围下,缓慢滴加5.81g新戊二醇磷酰氯的四氢呋喃(20mL)溶液,滴加完毕后,逐渐升温至50℃,搅拌反应6h;待反应结束后,过滤除沉淀,减压蒸馏除溶剂和未反应原料,得淡黄色油状液体,即为本发明的含硅磷酰胺。
实施例2将6.64gγ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、2.50g吡啶和30mL甲苯置于三口烧瓶中,在室温、氮气氛围下,缓慢滴加5.54g新戊二醇磷酰氯的甲苯(20mL)溶液,滴加完毕后,逐渐升温至60℃,搅拌反应4h;待反应结束后,过滤除沉淀,减压蒸馏除溶剂和未反应原料,得淡黄色油状液体,即为本发明的含硅磷酰胺。
实施例3将6.64gγ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、3.04g三乙胺和30mL二氯甲烷置于三口烧瓶中,在室温、氮气氛围下,缓慢滴加5.54g新戊二醇磷酰氯的二氯甲烷(20mL)溶液,滴加完毕后,逐渐升温至40℃,搅拌反应8h;待反应结束后,过滤除沉淀,减压蒸馏除溶剂和未反应原料,得淡黄色油状液体,即为本发明的含硅磷酰胺。
实施例4将6.64gγ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、2.60g吡啶和30mL四氢呋喃置于三口烧瓶中,在室温、氮气氛围下,缓慢滴加6.09g新戊二醇磷酰氯的四氢呋喃(20mL)溶液,滴加完毕后,逐渐升温至70℃,搅拌反应4h;待反应结束后,过滤除沉淀,减压蒸馏除溶剂和未反应原料,得淡黄色油状液体,即为本发明的含硅磷酰胺。

2.制备如权利要求1所述的含硅磷酰胺的方法,其特征在于包括以下具体步骤:将γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷和缚酸剂溶于适量的干燥有机溶剂中,在室温、氮气氛围下,缓慢滴加新戊二醇磷酰氯的有机溶液,滴加完毕后,再逐渐升温至40~80℃,搅拌反应4~8h;待反应结束后,过滤除沉淀,减压蒸馏除溶剂和未反应原料,即得一种含硅磷酰胺。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、三乙胺及新戊二醇磷酰氯的摩尔比为1:1:1~1:1.1:1.1;
所述的有机溶剂为四氢呋喃、二氯甲烷或甲苯;
所述的缚酸剂为三乙胺或吡啶;
所述的新戊二醇磷酰氯即为2-氯-2-氧-5,5-二甲基-1,3,2-二氧磷杂环己烷。
