本发明涉及一种PTA混料系统,其特征在于:它包括链板输送装置(1),链板输送装置(1)中设有链板(2),链板(2)的表面覆有尼龙带(3),链板输送装置(1)的末端设在料仓落料口(4)的正上方,所述料仓落料口(4)的底部装有过滤网(5),料仓(6)设置于料仓落料口(4)的下方,振动筛(8)的前端通过旋转阀(7)与料仓(6)的出料口相连,振动筛(8)的后端为落料管(9),落料管(9)的末端位于盛接袋(10)的上方,落料管(9)尾端的上方设有排气管(11),排气管(11)上设有排气阀(12),排气管(11)的末端固定有排气滤网(13)。这种PTA混料系统可以防止卡停旋转阀,避免粉尘爆炸。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种PTA混料装置,该混料装置装于PTA罐车上。
背景技术
PTA浆料在罐车上运输的同时需要对其进行配料,然而PTA浆料在输送到料仓的过程中,时常有罐车内异物、链板破损块等物体落入PTA料仓,从而卡停料仓底部的旋转阀,导致配料不稳定,因此存在着安全隐患;同时PTA浆料在通过料仓进入振动筛时,常有大颗粒团聚料或投料过程中产生的绳头等异物筛入到振动筛分离口下方的盛接袋中,从而导致PTA粉尘飘散扬尘或落料不畅,导致振动筛堵料,当内部的粉尘浓度高于70%时便会发生粉尘爆炸,因此存在安全隐患,同时PTA粉尘不能通过落料口便会落在地上导致原料浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种防止卡停旋转阀,避免粉尘爆炸的PTA混料系统。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种PTA混料系统,它包括链板输送装置,链板输送装置的前端与PTA罐车的下料口相连,所述链板输送装置中设有链板,链板的表面覆有尼龙带,PTA浆料从尼龙带上运输,所述链板输送装置的末端设在料仓落料口的正上方,所述料仓落料口的底部装有过滤网,料仓设置于料仓落料口的下方,料仓的底部为旋转阀,振动筛的前端通过旋转阀与料仓的出料口相连,振动筛的后端为落料管,落料管的末端位于盛接袋的上方,所述落料管尾端的上方设有排气管,排气管上设有排气阀,排气管的末端固定有排气滤网。
本发明PTA混料系统具有以下优点:
这种PTA混料系统通过在用链板输送装置将PTA浆料打入料仓中,同时在链板输送装置的落料口中增设过滤网,可以避免罐车内异物、链板破损块等落入PTA料仓,从而避免卡停料仓底部的旋转阀,使得PTA浆料配料稳定;同时振动筛的落料管尾端加装一个朝上排气装置,排气装置末端为过滤网,可以将各类杂质过滤,从而避免振动筛堵塞,使得PTA原料的损耗大大降低,同时可以防止粉尘爆炸。

参见图1,本发明涉及一种PTA混料系统,包括链板输送装置1和振动阀8,链板输送装置1的前端与PTA罐车的下料口相连,所述链板输送装置1中设有链板2,链板2的表面覆有尼龙带3,PTA浆料从尼龙带3上运输,所述链板输送装置1的末端设在料仓落料口4的正上方,所述料仓落料口4的底部装有过滤网5,用于过滤罐车内的异物、链板破损块等杂质,料仓6设置于料仓落料口4的下方,料仓6的底部为旋转阀7,振动筛8的前端通过旋转阀7与料仓6的出料口相连,振动筛8的后端为落料管9,落料管9的末端位于盛接袋10的上方,所述落料管9尾端的上方设有排气管11,排气管11上设有排气阀12来控制排气管11是否通气,排气管11的末端固定有排气滤网13。

1.一种PTA混料系统,其特征在于:它包括链板输送装置(1)和振动筛(8),链板输送装置(1)的前端与PTA罐车的下料口相连,所述链板输送装置(1)中设有链板(2),链板(2)的表面覆有尼龙带(3),PTA浆料从尼龙带(3)上运输,所述链板输送装置(1)的末端设在料仓落料口(4)的正上方,所述料仓落料口(4)的底部装有过滤网(5),料仓(6)设置于料仓落料口(4)的下方,料仓(6)的底部为旋转阀(7),振动筛(8)的前端通过旋转阀(7)与料仓(6)的出料口相连,振动筛(8)的后端为落料管(9),落料管(9)的末端位于盛接袋(10)的上方,所述落料管(9)尾端的上方设有排气管(11),排气管(11)上设有排气阀(12),排气管(11)的末端固定有排气滤网(13)。
