The invention provides a herbal medicine compound preparation for preventing and treating male infertility, which is prepared by extracting and concentrating roots of sansevieria trifasciata, seeds of Anthriscus angularis, seeds of Mucuna pruriens, seeds of Mimosa pudica, gum arabic, radix astragali, seed coats of Plantago asiatica, kapok gum and Eurycoma longifolia with ethanol, methanol, acetone and water.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of plant extraction, and particularly relates to a herbal medicine compound preparation for preventing and treating male infertility.

In human infertility, male infertility amounts to 50%, whereas in male infertile patients the cause of the disease is unknown to 40-50% of the total, with approximately 8% of the patients seeking herbal treatment. At present, in the process of treating male infertility, a plurality of disadvantages cannot be avoided, such as high treatment cost, complex condition in surgical operation and risk of operation failure, and headache, dizziness, blurred vision, blushing, nasal obstruction, penis persistent erection and the like can be caused by drug treatment. Despite the advances in modern therapeutic approaches, effective, inexpensive drugs are still in need of development. For centuries, people in countries around the world have used local plants to seek solutions to male infertility. Thus, plant-derived herbs have been selected to complement the treatment of male infertility, and their effects in improving male sexual desire and performance have also been demonstrated.
Now, Indian herbs are accepted by people because of their clinical effects and low manufacturing cost. Many Indian herbs have the effect of stimulating sexual function, and the root of Indian cymbidium, seed of Antrodia angustifolia, seed of Mucuna pruriens, seed of Mimosa pudica, acacia gum, radix astragali, seed coat of Plantago asiatica, kapok gum, and Eurycoma longifolia root have obvious effect. In animal experiments, research has shown that the traditional Chinese medicine composition has the effect of stimulating sexual function, but the traditional Chinese medicine composition is not carried out in human body experiments, so that human body experiments are needed to provide theoretical basis for the herbal medicine preparation to treat male sexual function, and the traditional Chinese medicine composition has important significance for researching natural product medicines with low price and high quality to replace synthetic medicines with high price and many side effects.

In view of the defects of the existing research, the invention aims to provide a compound herbal preparation for preventing and treating male sexual dysfunction and application thereof by carrying out human body tests on a compound herbal preparation of roots of sansevieria trifasciata, seeds of Anthriscus androsaceus, seeds of Mucuna pruriens, seeds of Mimosa pudica, gum arabic, roots of Astragalus, seed coats of Plantago asiatica, kadsura japonica and roots of Eurycoma longifolia.
The technical scheme of the implementation of the invention is as follows: a compound preparation of herbal medicines for preventing and treating male infertility is prepared from methanol, ethanol, acetone, and water extract of the herbal medicines, and can be used for preparing medicines for treating male infertility.
The herbal compound extract is prepared by the following method: collecting the roots of the triangle orchid, the seeds of the Anthriscus manihot, the seeds of the mucuna pruriens, the seeds of the mimosa pudica, gum arabic, the roots of astragalus membranaceus, the seed coats of semen plantaginis, kapok gum and the roots of Eurycoma longifolia, cleaning, removing impurities, drying in the sun, powdering, grinding 15-30g of dry powder under the protection of liquid nitrogen, sequentially putting the ground dry powder into a 250ml triangular flask filled with 30-100ml of ethanol, methanol, acetone and water, extracting for 16-20 hours under the conditions of stirring speed of 280rpm, extraction temperature of 15-50 ℃ and darkness, filtering the extracting solution, collecting filtrate, evaporating and concentrating the filtrate at 40 ℃, and freeze-drying, and storing at-80 ℃ for later.
The medicine for treating male infertility comprises the extract and pharmaceutically acceptable carriers or conventional non-staple foods, such as capsules, tablets, oral liquid, functional diet and the like.
