步骤2):按质量份数,在22份去离子水中依次加入2.0份增稠剂、24份保湿剂、0.4份甜味剂、0.2份防腐剂,搅拌均匀,获得胶液,所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素钠,保湿剂为山梨糖醇,甜味剂为糖精钠,防腐剂为对羟基苯甲酸酯;
步骤3):在步骤2)获得的胶液中加入步骤1)获得的雨生红球藻水溶性虾青素或雨生红球藻虾青素油乳化液,搅拌均匀,获得雨生红球藻虾青素胶液;
步骤4):在步骤3)获得的雨生红球藻虾青素胶液中加入2.0份发泡剂、53份磨擦剂、0.6份香精,搅拌均匀,获得膏料,所述磨擦剂为氢氧化铝,发泡剂为月桂醇硫酸酯钠;
步骤5):对步骤4)获得的膏料研磨、真空脱气,获得膏体;
步骤6):膏体灌装包装,获得一种雨生红球藻虾青素牙膏。
实施例2一种雨生红球藻虾青素牙膏,由下述组分混合而成:2.77%雨生红球藻虾青素油、1.85%增稠剂、23.11%保湿剂、0.28%甜味剂、0.18%防腐剂、1.57%发泡剂、46.21%磨擦剂、0.92%香精、23.11%去离子水。
一种雨生红球藻虾青素牙膏的制备方法,该制备方法采用如下步骤:
步骤1):按质量份数,选取3.0份雨生红球藻虾青素油,进行水溶性处理,获得雨生红球藻水溶性虾青素或将雨生红球藻虾青素油进行乳化,获得雨生红球藻虾青素油乳化液;
步骤2):按质量份数,在25份去离子水中依次加入2.0份增稠剂、25份保湿剂、0.3份甜味剂、0.2份防腐剂,搅拌均匀,获得胶液,所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素钠,保湿剂为山梨糖醇,甜味剂为糖精钠,防腐剂为对羟基苯甲酸酯;
步骤3):在步骤2)获得的胶液中加入步骤1)获得的雨生红球藻水溶性虾青素或雨生红球藻虾青素油乳化液,搅拌均匀,获得雨生红球藻虾青素胶液;
步骤4):在步骤3)获得的雨生红球藻虾青素胶液中加入1.7份发泡剂、50份磨擦剂、1.0份香精,搅拌均匀,获得膏料,所述磨擦剂为氢氧化铝,发泡剂为月桂醇硫酸酯钠;
步骤5):对步骤4)获得的膏料研磨、真空脱气,获得膏体;
步骤6):膏体灌装包装,获得一种雨生红球藻虾青素牙膏。
实施例3一种雨生红球藻虾青素牙膏,由下述组分混合而成:5.0%雨生红球藻虾青素油、1.88%增稠剂、18.75%保湿剂、0.37%甜味剂、0.25%防腐剂、1.88%发泡剂、50%磨擦剂、0.62%香精、21.25%去离子水。
一种雨生红球藻虾青素牙膏的制备方法,该制备方法采用如下步骤:
步骤1):按质量份数,选取8.0份雨生红球藻虾青素油,进行水溶性处理,获得雨生红球藻水溶性虾青素或将雨生红球藻虾青素油进行乳化,获得雨生红球藻虾青素油乳化液;
步骤2):按质量份数,在34份去离子水中依次加入3.0份增稠剂、30份保湿剂、0.6份甜味剂、0.4份防腐剂,搅拌均匀,获得胶液,所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素钠,保湿剂为山梨糖醇,甜味剂为糖精钠,防腐剂为对羟基苯甲酸酯;
步骤3):在步骤2)获得的胶液中加入步骤1)获得的雨生红球藻水溶性虾青素或雨生红球藻虾青素油乳化液,搅拌均匀,获得雨生红球藻虾青素胶液;
步骤4):在步骤3)获得的雨生红球藻虾青素胶液中加入3.0份发泡剂、80份磨擦剂、1.0份香精,搅拌均匀,获得膏料,所述发泡剂为月桂醇硫酸酯钠,磨擦剂为氢氧化铝;
步骤5):对步骤4)获得的膏料研磨、真空脱气,获得膏体;
步骤6):膏体灌装包装,获得一种雨生红球藻虾青素牙膏。

步骤1):将雨生红球藻虾青素油,进行水溶性处理,获得雨生红球藻水溶性虾青素或将雨生红球藻虾青素油进行乳化,获得雨生红球藻虾青素油乳化液;
步骤2):在去离子水中依次加入增稠剂、保湿剂、甜味剂、防腐剂,搅拌均匀,获得胶液;
步骤3):在步骤2)获得的胶液中加入步骤1)获得的雨生红球藻水溶性虾青素或雨生红球藻虾青素油乳化液,搅拌均匀,获得雨生红球藻虾青素胶液;
步骤4):在步骤3)获得的雨生红球藻虾青素胶液中加入发泡剂、磨擦剂、香精,搅拌均匀,获得膏料;
步骤5):对步骤4)获得的膏料研磨、真空脱气,获得膏体;
步骤6):膏体灌装包装,获得一种雨生红球藻虾青素牙膏。
