Abstract
The invention provides a high-efficiency cockroach killer composition which comprises active ingredients and auxiliary ingredients, wherein the active ingredients comprise propoxur and sulfluramid, and the weight ratio of the propoxur to the sulfluramid is 1:10-10: 1; the percentage content of the active ingredients in the composition is 0.5-1.5%; the balance of auxiliary components.
Description
Technical Field
the invention belongs to the field of sanitary pest control, and particularly relates to a high-efficiency cockroach killing bait composition.
Background
Cockroaches (commonly known as cockroaches) pose serious health risks to humans, and at present, cockroaches are the largest urban pests and spread diseases by eating and crawling everywhere. The cockroach is the source of various diseases, and it carries over 40 kinds of pathogens such as plague bacillus, dysentery bacillus, colibacillus, polio virus and aspergillus flavus, and its secretion and excrement contain several carcinogenic substances. In addition, it also secretes an oily substance with a specific malodor, leaving an unpleasant odor and various pathogens when food and tableware and daily utensils are crawled.
The propoxur is mainly used for preventing and controlling pests of commercial crops (such as stem borers, cotton aphids, cabbage aphids, tea orange gall mites, masson pine caterpillars and the like on rice) and killing various sanitary pests (such as cockroaches, culex tinctorius, cockroaches and the like) in families and public places, and has the characteristics of wide insecticidal spectrum, long residual effect, high killing rate and the like. Propoxur is also one of the home hygiene pest control agents approved and recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO), but due to its long-term use, pest resistance is severe.
Sulfluramid (sulfluramid) is an organic fluorine pesticide, and the action mechanism of the sulfluramid is to inhibit the respiration of harmful insects and prevent APP from generating ATP with high energy through an oxidative phosphorylation process, so that the insects die. The flubendiamide has the characteristic of chronic toxicity, and can cause secondary and tertiary poisoning in the colony for social insects such as cockroaches, termites or ants, thereby achieving the purpose of killing the whole colony.
Practice proves that the long-term use of the chemical health monosultap is easy to cause resistance problem, so that the dosage is continuously increased, the risk is increased, and the environmental ecological safety is not facilitated. Compounding the active ingredients with different structure types is an effective way for solving the problems of cost, resistance and the like in the application process of a single agent at present. At present, no related report of the compounding of propoxur and sulfluramid exists at home and abroad.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides a high-efficiency cockroach killing bait composition. The technical scheme is as follows:
A high-efficiency cockroach killer composition comprises active ingredients and auxiliary ingredients, wherein the active ingredients comprise propoxur and sulfluramid, and the weight ratio of the propoxur to the sulfluramid is 1:10-10: 1.
The preferred weight ratio of the propoxur to the sulfluramid is 2:1-1: 5.
The percentage content of the active ingredients in the high-efficiency cockroach killer composition is 0.5-1.5%; the balance of auxiliary components.
The auxiliary components of the invention comprise: 0.01-0.02% of cockroach attractant, 25-40% of milk powder, 10-25% of white sugar, 5-10% of glycerol, 0.6-0.8% of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 0.2-1% of tea saponin, 0.1-1% of boric acid, 0.8-1.2% of preservative, 20-30% of water and the balance of corn starch.
The preparation method of the high-efficiency cockroach killing bait composition is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) adding sodium carboxymethylcellulose and white sugar into water, and stirring to dissolve completely; (2) uniformly mixing glycerol, propoxur and sulfluramid, adding the mixture and uniformly stirring; (3) adding the rest raw materials, and stirring.
The high-efficiency cockroach killer composition is used for preventing and controlling sanitary pests. The composition is preferably used for controlling German cockroach and American cockroach.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
The propoxur and the sulfluramid are combined for the first time, and the composition has a remarkable synergistic effect, can reduce the use amount of active ingredients, and reduces environmental pollution. And secondly, the auxiliary components of sodium methylcellulose, tea saponin and boric acid are used in combination, so that the cockroach killing effect of the composition can be effectively improved.
Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present invention is provided in conjunction with examples, but it should be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments.
Bioassay examples: indoor bioactivity determination of propoxur-fluben compound pairing German cockroach
Test subjects: adult german cockroach; test agents: propoxur single agent, flubendiamide single agent and propoxur-flubendiamide compound composition.
The test method comprises the following steps: the measurement is carried out by adopting a dropping method: the active ingredients are dissolved and diluted by acetone and are set to 6 series of mass concentrations according to an equal ratio method. After the German cockroach is stunned by carbon dioxide, orderly and consistent adults are selected by a writing brush to be placed in a culture dish, and are dripped on the front, back and front of the body of the pest according to the set medicament dosage concentration, wherein 1.0 mu L of medicament is dripped on each head. Transferring the dripped German cockroach into a biological incubator respectively for feeding and observation. Each treatment was performed for 15 test insects, 3 replicates, and acetone solvent treatment without agent was used as a control. The death of German cockroach was investigated after 1d after the treatment, and LC50 of each agent was calculated by analysis software. Calculating the virulence index and the cotoxicity coefficient (CTC) of the medicament according to the Sun Yunpei method. When CTC is less than 80, the composition is antagonistic, when CTC is less than 80, the composition is additive, and when CTC is less than 120, the composition is synergistic.
Measured virulence index (ATI) ═ standard medicament LC 50/test medicament LC50 × 100
Theoretical virulence index (TTI) ═ A agent virulence index x percent of A in the mixture + B agent virulence index x percent of B in the mixture
Co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) × 100 [ measured toxicity index (ATI) of the mixture)/Theoretical Toxicity Index (TTI) of the mixture ]. The virulence determination results are shown in table 1.
As can be seen from Table 1, the propoxur and the sulfluramid do not have antagonism within the range of 1:20-20:1, and the propoxur and the sulfluramid show synergistic effect within the range of 1:10-10: 1. When the propoxur and the sulfluramid are compounded in the range of 1:5-2:1, the composition shows obvious synergistic effect.

Indoor drug effect determination
Test subjects: periplaneta americana adults; test agents: see table 2.
The test method comprises the following steps: respectively placing 30 American cockroach imagoes into a square box, placing a plurality of pieces of kneaded newspaper (for inhabitation) into the square box, closing a door, and plugging the insect placing hole. After the tested insects recover to normal activities, bait to be tested is placed at one corner in the box, cockroach feed is placed at the opposite corners, and a culture dish containing a soaked cotton ball is placed in the center. Observing death condition of test insects day by day, repeating the test for 3 times, and setting blank control group
As can be seen from the table 2, the control effect of the propoxur or the sulfluramid used alone is low, and the death rate of the periplaneta americana of 96 hours of the bait composition prepared by the invention is 100%, namely the bait composition has obvious synergistic effect. Further, it was found by comparing example 1 and comparative examples 3 to 5 that the combined use of sodium methylcellulose, tea saponin and boric acid can improve the cockroach-killing effect.
The present invention has been further described with reference to the examples, but the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention within the knowledge of those skilled in the art.
