When the yarn is unloaded, after the yarn transporting trolley moves in place, the lifting cylinder 6 drives the inner frame 3 to ascend so as to drive the creel 10 to a proper height, and then the vertical rotary disc 9 rotates to enable the chassis 41 to incline, so that the cheese on the creel 10 falls onto the yarn transporting trolley by means of self gravity.
