本发明涉及一种稳定胡椒醛成品色泽的处理方法,具体步骤为:量取配方量的溶剂于搅拌容器中,加入抗氧化剂,搅拌、溶解;加入胡椒醛粗品,升温至40‑80℃,搅拌1小时;降温至20℃,过滤,干燥,得白色胡椒醛成品。通过加入适当的溶剂及抗氧化剂,于优选的温度条件下,在精制胡椒醛时,避免了醛基的氧化及色变,保证了胡椒醛产品的品质。

本发明涉及一种稳定胡椒醛成品色泽的处理方法,属于医药化工领域。
背景技术
胡椒醛,又名洋茉莉醛,广泛应用于各类日用化妆品香精、食用香精中,并且在医药、农药、电镀等行业也有广泛的应用。
在胡椒醛的结构中含有醛基,醛基易被氧化,胡椒醛制备不当,刚制备好的胡椒醛色泽为白色,久置发生氧化后,色变,颜色由白色逐渐变成黄色,纯度降低,香气也发生变化,不再纯正,不再适合用于香料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种稳定胡椒醛成品色泽的处理方法,采用添加抗氧化剂精制,可有效防止胡椒醛氧化、色变。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种稳定胡椒醛成品色泽的处理方法,具体步骤为:
(1)量取配方量的溶剂于搅拌容器中,加入抗氧化剂,搅拌、溶解;
(2)加入胡椒醛粗品,升温至40-80℃,搅拌1小时;
(3)降温至20℃,过滤,干燥,得白色胡椒醛成品。
所述的溶剂为甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、异丁醇中的一种或多种,优选乙醇。
所述的抗氧化剂为维生素C、次磷酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠中的一种或多种组合,优选维生素C。
所述的溶剂与胡椒醛粗品的体积质量比为2-10∶1,优选5-6∶1。
所述的抗氧化剂与胡椒醛粗品的质量比为0.5-2∶100。
本发明一种稳定胡椒醛成品色泽的处理方法,通过加入适当的溶剂及抗氧化剂,于优选的温度条件下,在精制胡椒醛时,避免了醛基的氧化及色变,保证了胡椒醛产品的品质。

实施例1:
一种稳定胡椒醛成品色泽的处理方法,具体步骤为:
(1)量取配方量的溶剂乙醇600mL于搅拌容器中,加入2g抗氧化剂维生素C,搅拌、溶解;
(2)加入100g胡椒醛粗品,升温至60℃,搅拌1小时;
(3)降温至20℃,过滤,干燥,得白色胡椒醛成品90g。
实施例2:
一种稳定胡椒醛成品色泽的处理方法,具体步骤为:
(1)量取配方量的溶剂乙醇500mL于搅拌容器中,加入1g抗氧化剂维生素C,搅拌、溶解;
(2)加入100g胡椒醛粗品,升温至50℃,搅拌1小时;
(3)降温至20℃,过滤,干燥,得白色胡椒醛成品92g。
实施例3:
一种稳定胡椒醛成品色泽的处理方法,具体步骤为:
(1)量取配方量的溶剂乙醇400mL于搅拌容器中,加入0.5g抗氧化剂维生素C,搅拌、溶解;
(2)加入100g胡椒醛粗品,升温至40℃,搅拌1小时;
(3)降温至20℃,过滤,干燥,得白色胡椒醛成品95g。
实施例4:
一种稳定胡椒醛成品色泽的处理方法,具体步骤为:
(1)量取配方量的溶剂异丙醇200mL于搅拌容器中,加入0.5g抗氧化剂次磷酸钠,搅拌、溶解;
(2)加入100g胡椒醛粗品,升温至80℃,搅拌1小时;
(3)降温至20℃,过滤,干燥,得白色胡椒醛成品93g。
实施例5:
一种稳定胡椒醛成品色泽的处理方法,具体步骤为:
(1)量取配方量的溶剂甲醇500mL、异丁醇500mL于搅拌容器中,加入1g抗氧化剂亚硫酸氢钠,搅拌、溶解;
(2)加入100g胡椒醛粗品,升温至70℃,搅拌1小时;
(3)降温至20℃,过滤,干燥,得白色胡椒醛成品94g。
实施例6:
一种稳定胡椒醛成品色泽的处理方法,具体步骤为:
(1)量取配方量的溶剂乙醇400mL、异丙醇400mL于搅拌容器中,加入抗氧化剂亚硫酸氢钠、维生素C各1g,搅拌、溶解;
(2)加入100g胡椒醛粗品,升温至60℃,搅拌1小时;
(3)降温至20℃,过滤,干燥,得白色胡椒醛成品95g。

(3)降温至20℃,过滤,干燥,得白色胡椒醛成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种稳定胡椒醛成品色泽的处理方法,其特征在于:所述的溶剂为甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、异丁醇中的一种或多种,优选乙醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种稳定胡椒醛成品色泽的处理方法,其特征在于:所述的抗氧化剂为维生素C、次磷酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠中的一种或多种组合,优选维生素C。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种稳定胡椒醛成品色泽的处理方法,其特征在于:所述的溶剂与胡椒醛粗品的体积质量比为2-10∶1。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种稳定胡椒醛成品色泽的处理方法,其特征在于:所述的溶剂与胡椒醛粗品的体积质量比为5-6∶1。
