Abstract
本发明涉及一种新型阻燃防腐纤维竹制材料,它包括原竹制成的竹丝55‑78份、羟甲基磷酸脒基脲24‑36份、硼酸22‑30份、磷酸氢二铵15‑18份、硫酸铵5‑10份、防霉剂3‑6份、羧甲基纤维素4‑5份、纳米二氧化钛2‑3份、改性膨润土1‑2份、珍珠岩粉0.3‑0.7份;其制备方法包括原料混合、烘干、将烘干后的竹丝送入碳化热解窑、冷却、再送入碳化热解窑、最后依次进行浸胶、胶后干燥、压制、固化、养身和开片。本发明阻燃防腐性能好,稳定性好,环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种竹制材料,具体涉及一种阻燃防腐纤维竹制材料。
背景技术
竹子是我国的第二森林资源,它是一种可再生的资源,一次成林后,只要合理经营,可永续利用。现有的纤维竹制材料,普遍存在易燃,稳定性差,在潮湿的环境下容易发霉,抗腐性差,整体不环保,易造成环境污染和能源浪费。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种阻燃防腐性能好,稳定性好,环保的新型阻燃防腐纤维竹制材料。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的一种新型阻燃防腐纤维竹制材料,按重量份数计,它包括以下组分,
(1)原竹制成的竹丝 55-78份;
(2)羟甲基磷酸脒基脲 24-36份;
(3)硼酸 22-30份;
(4)磷酸氢二铵 15-18份;
(5)硫酸铵 5-10份;
(6)防霉剂 3-6份;
(7)羧甲基纤维素 4-5份;
(8)纳米二氧化钛 2-3份;
(9)改性膨润土 1-2份;
(10)珍珠岩粉 0.3-0.7份;
其制备方法包括:
(1)将上述原料混合均匀浸泡;
(2)将阻燃防腐处理后的竹丝在66-76℃温度条件下烘干至绝对含水率不超过15%;
(3)将烘干后的竹丝送入碳化热解窑中,升温至125-130℃,升温时间为 150-180min,然后保温60min,再升温至 160-200℃,升温时间为 160-200min,然后保温180min;
(4)在25-35分钟冷却至120℃;
(5)再送入碳化热解窑中,以4℃/分钟升温至140-160℃,保温25分钟;以8℃/分钟升温至160-210℃,保温60分钟;自然冷却;
(6)然后依次进行浸胶、胶后干燥、压制、固化、养身和开片。
所述防霉剂为PS防霉剂。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:本发明通过精确的组分配比和严谨的加工步骤,使产品具有优秀的阻燃防腐性能,并且在使用过程中,稳定性高,环保,符合实际使用要求。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1:
本发明所述的一种新型阻燃防腐纤维竹制材料,按重量份数计,它包括以下组分,
(1)原竹制成的竹丝 62份;
(2)羟甲基磷酸脒基脲 28份;
(3)硼酸 25份;
(4)磷酸氢二铵 16份;
(5)硫酸铵 9份;
(6)防霉剂 4份;
(7)羧甲基纤维素 4.5份;
(8)纳米二氧化钛 2.3份;
(9)改性膨润土 1.2份;
(10)珍珠岩粉 0.4份;
其制备方法包括:
(1)将上述原料混合均匀浸泡;
(2)将阻燃防腐处理后的竹丝在68℃温度条件下烘干至绝对含水率不超过15%;
(3)将烘干后的竹丝送入碳化热解窑中,升温至127℃,升温时间为 160min,然后保温60min,再升温至 170℃,升温时间为 175min,然后保温180min;
(4)在29分钟冷却至120℃;
(5)再送入碳化热解窑中,以4℃/分钟升温至145℃,保温25分钟;以8℃/分钟升温至180℃,保温60分钟;自然冷却;
(6)然后依次进行浸胶、胶后干燥、压制、固化、养身和开片。
所述防霉剂为PS防霉剂。
实施例2:
本发明所述的一种新型阻燃防腐纤维竹制材料,按重量份数计,它包括以下组分,
(1)原竹制成的竹丝 73份;
(2)羟甲基磷酸脒基脲 34份;
(3)硼酸 29份;
(4)磷酸氢二铵 17份;
(5)硫酸铵 8份;
(6)防霉剂 5份;
(7)羧甲基纤维素 4.6份;
(8)纳米二氧化钛 2.8份;
(9)改性膨润土 1.4份;
(10)珍珠岩粉 0.6份;
其制备方法包括:
(1)将上述原料混合均匀浸泡;
(2)将阻燃防腐处理后的竹丝在75℃温度条件下烘干至绝对含水率不超过15%;
(3)将烘干后的竹丝送入碳化热解窑中,升温至129℃,升温时间为 170min,然后保温60min,再升温至 190℃,升温时间为 185min,然后保温180min;
(4)在33分钟冷却至120℃;
(5)再送入碳化热解窑中,以4℃/分钟升温至155℃,保温25分钟;以8℃/分钟升温至200℃,保温60分钟;自然冷却;
(6)然后依次进行浸胶、胶后干燥、压制、固化、养身和开片。
所述防霉剂为PS防霉剂。
本发明通过精确的组分配比和严谨的加工步骤,使产品具有优秀的阻燃防腐性能,并且在使用过程中,稳定性高,环保,符合实际使用要求。

1.一种新型阻燃防腐纤维竹制材料,其特征在于:按重量份数计,它包括以下组分,
(1)原竹制成的竹丝 55-78份;
(2)羟甲基磷酸脒基脲 24-36份;
(3)硼酸 22-30份;
(4)磷酸氢二铵 15-18份;
(5)硫酸铵 5-10份;
(6)防霉剂 3-6份;
(7)羧甲基纤维素 4-5份;
(8)纳米二氧化钛 2-3份;
(9)改性膨润土 1-2份;
(10)珍珠岩粉 0.3-0.7份;
其制备方法包括:
(1)将上述原料混合均匀浸泡;
(2)将阻燃防腐处理后的竹丝在66-76℃温度条件下烘干至绝对含水率不超过15%;
