Abstract
本发明公开了一种玻璃纤维棉用憎水粘结剂，它是在粘结剂中加入憎水剂，并通过合理的配比粘结剂的成分，在保持原有玻璃纤维棉优异性能的同时，明显的降低了棉毡的吸水率，克服了现有技术中玻璃纤维棉的易吸潮膨胀的缺点，适合大规模推广应用，具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种一粘结剂，特别是涉及一种玻璃纤维棉用憎水粘结剂。
背景技术
玻璃纤维棉是一种良好的工程材料，具有不燃、耐腐蚀、耐高温、伸长小等优良性能，在电气、力学、化学以及光学等方面也有优良的特性。传统的玻璃纤维棉是在玻璃纤维棉上均匀喷洒粘结剂，然后经高温固化成型，可用于航海、航空、航天、建筑、集装箱、空调、保温箱、冰箱等保温降噪结构。但是目前国内的玻璃纤维棉吸湿性特别严重，应用在建筑等领域时易发生鼓包、脱落等情况，危险性极大。
专利201010588050公开了一种防水层的配方及制备方法，该方法是将憎水剂与配方中其余成分在反应釜中产生化学反应，制备的防水浆砂施工方便、抗老化、耐碱性好，但是化学反应会破坏憎水基团，且单一的憎水剂不足以达到非常好的憎水效果。
美国专利US2012/0205571(公开日为2012年8月16日)公开了一种玻璃纤维棉毡用粘结剂，该种粘结剂是用硅油作为玻璃纤维棉粘结剂的憎水剂，该方法的优点是制备的粘结剂粘结效率高，耐酸碱性好，使制备的棉毡具有良好的撕裂强度，且保温、隔音性能优异，缺点是普通的硅油憎水性一般，在湿度较大的环境中吸水较多，易产生鼓包、破裂现象。
本发明通过合理配比粘结剂的成分，在粘结剂体系加入两种憎水剂的混合体系，使憎水性得到极大的提高，增加了应用性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有的玻璃纤维棉毡的缺点，提供一种玻璃纤维棉用憎水粘结剂。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明是这样实现的：
一种玻璃纤维棉用憎水粘结剂，其特征在于所述粘结剂中使用的憎水剂为瓦克硅油和二甲基硅油的混合体系，其混合比例为瓦克硅油∶二甲基硅油＝10～15∶1，憎水剂占粘结剂的重量百分比为0.05％～0.3％，粘结剂由基料、助剂和软化水组成，三者的重量配比按重量计为基料∶助剂∶软化水＝10∶10～35∶15～60，憎水剂作为一种助剂加入粘结剂体系中，基料为酚醛树脂、脲醛树脂、三聚氰胺树脂中的一种或其混合体系，助剂由硫酸铵、憎水剂、硅烷偶联剂组成，四者的重量配比按重量计为硫酸铵∶憎水剂∶硅烷偶联剂＝2～4∶10～20∶3～8。
本发明通过合理的配比粘结剂的成分，在保持原有玻璃纤维棉毡优异性能的同时，通过加入憎水剂使棉毡具有优异的抗吸湿性，增加了其使用性能，应用本发明所述的粘结剂制备的玻璃纤维棉被广泛应用于航海、航空、航天、建筑、集装箱、空调、保温箱、冰箱等保温降噪结构。
具体实施方式
下面结合几个具体实施例，进一步阐明本发明，应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围，在阅读了本发明之后，本领域技术人员对本发明的各种等价形式的修改均落于本申请所附权利要求所限定。
实施例1
酚醛树脂20Kg，硫酸铵5Kg，瓦克硅油25Kg，二甲基硅油2Kg，硅烷偶联剂7Kg，软化水80Kg。
实施例2
脲醛树脂10Kg，三聚氰胺树脂10Kg，硫酸铵6Kg，瓦克硅油30Kg，二甲基硅油1Kg，硅烷偶联剂8Kg，软化水100Kg。
上述仅为本发明的几个具体实施方式，但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此，凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动，均应属于侵犯本发明保护的范围的行为。但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容，依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何形式的简单修改、等同变化与改型，仍属于本发明技术方案的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种玻璃纤维棉用憎水粘结剂，其特征在于所述粘结剂基料为酚醛树脂、脲醛树脂、三聚氰胺树脂中的一种或其混合体系；所使用的憎水剂为瓦克硅油和二甲基硅油的混合体系，其混合比例为瓦克硅油∶二甲基硅油＝10～15∶1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的粘结剂，其特征在于所述憎水剂占粘结剂的重量百分比为0.05％～0.3％。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的粘结剂，其特征在于所述粘结剂由基料、助剂和软化水组成，三者的重量配比按重量计为基料∶助剂∶软化水＝10∶10～35∶15～60。
4.根据权利要求3所述的粘结剂，其特征在于所述憎水剂作为一种助剂加入粘结剂体系中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的粘结剂，其特征在于所述助剂由硫酸铵、憎水剂、硅烷偶联剂组成，三者的重量配比按重量计为硫酸铵∶憎水剂∶硅烷偶联剂＝2～4∶10～20∶3～8。
