Abstract

本发明提供一种耐高温陶水壶,属于陶制器具技术领域,其包括了受热层、导热层和陶土层,所述的陶土层由以下组成成分按质量分数比例组成:高岭石40‑60%、水白云母20‑30%、石英20‑40%;所述的导热层由以下组成成分按质量分数比例组成:氧化铍60‑80%、氧化铝20‑40%;所述的受热层由以下组成成分按质量分数比例组成:氧化锆3‑5%,氧化铝8‑16%,碳化硅20‑30%,氧化镧12‑14%,氧化钇15‑20%,其余为碳酸钙,通过复合材料制成的受热层直接接触炭火,承受炭火的高温烘烤,在通过导热层将热量传导到陶土层中,避免了陶土层直接接触炭火烘烤而使水壶变形和开裂,缩短使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于陶制器具技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐高温的陶制烧水壶,还涉及耐高温的陶制烧水壶的制作方法。
背景技术
陶具是用泥巴(粘土)成型晾干后,用火烧出来的,是泥与火的结晶。陶具的发明,它揭开了人类利用自然、改造自然、与自然做斗争的新的一页,具有重大的历史意义,是人类生产发展史上的一个里程碑。在科学日渐进步的今天,陶具依旧没有因为科技的高速发展消失,仍然存在于人们日常生活中。陶具既是一种艺术品,同时也是一种传统的用具,使用陶制的容器可以保留物质的传统风味。
由于陶具表面呈多孔结构,在一定程度上能吸附水中的漂浮物质,达到净水的目的,同时采用陶具烧出的水进行泡茶可以使泡出的茶汤更清香,但是现在的陶制水壶在经过炭火长期烘烤的情况下容易变形或者断裂,不仅影响外观也会减少水壶的使用寿命。
发明内容
基于现有技术存在上述问题,本发明提供一种耐高温陶水壶,其包括了受热层、导热层和陶土层,通过复合材料制成的受热层直接接触炭火,承受炭火的高温烘烤,在通过导热层将热量传导到陶土层中,避免了陶土层直接接触炭火烘烤而使水壶变形和开裂,缩短使用寿命。
本发明通过以下详细技术方案达到目的:
一种耐高温陶水壶,其包括陶土层、导热层和受热层,陶土层、导热层和受热层一体烧结成型,陶土层在里层,中间层为导热层,最外层是受热层;所述的陶土层由以下组成成分按质量分数比例组成:高岭石40-60%、水白云母20-30%、石英20-40%;所述的导热层由以下组成成分按质量分数比例组成:氧化铍60-80%、氧化铝20-40%;所述的受热层由以下组成成分按质量分数比例组成:氧化锆3-5%,氧化铝8-16%,碳化硅20-30%,氧化镧12-14%,氧化钇15-20%,其余为碳酸钙。
优选地,所述的陶土层由以下组成成分按质量分数比例组成:高岭石48-56%、水白云母22-28%、石英26-32%;所述的导热层由以下组成成分按质量分数比例组成:氧化铍66-76%、氧化铝28-32%;所述的受热层由以下组成成分按质量分数比例组成:氧化锆3.5-4.5%,氧化铝10-12%,碳化硅22-28%,氧化镧12.5-13.5%,氧化钇16-18%,其余为碳酸钙。
优选地,所述的陶土层由以下组成成分按质量分数比例组成:高岭石48%、水白云母24%、石英28%;所述的导热层由以下组成成分按质量分数比例组成:氧化铍70%、氧化铝30%;所述的受热层由以下组成成分按质量分数比例组成:氧化锆4%,氧化铝11%,碳化硅26%,氧化镧14%,氧化钇17%,其余为碳酸钙。
一种上述的高温陶水壶的制作方法,其包括以下步骤:
步骤S10:按照陶土层的配方将高岭石、水白云母和石英粉碎加水调和均匀,将陶土按照常规陶器制作工艺制作成茶壶状,晒干;
步骤S20:按照导热层的配方将氧化铍和氧化铝粉末加水调和,调和均匀后将导热层均匀涂铺在茶壶表面,晾干;
步骤S30:按照受热层配方将氧化锆、氧化铝、碳化硅、氧化镧、氧化钇和碳酸钙用水混和,混和后将混合物均匀涂铺在步骤S20晾干的茶壶外表面,晒干,并按照常规陶器制作工艺进行烧窑,即可完成。
其中,所述的导热层涂铺厚度为2-4mm;所述的受热层的涂铺厚度为2-5mm。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例一。
一种耐高温陶水壶,其包括陶土层、导热层和受热层,陶土层、导热层和受热层一体烧结成型,陶土层在里层,中间层为导热层,最外层是受热层;所述的陶土层由以下组成成分按质量分数比例组成:高岭石40%、水白云母20%、石英40%;所述的导热层由以下组成成分按质量分数比例组成:氧化铍60%、氧化铝40%;所述的受热层由以下组成成分按质量分数比例组成:氧化锆3%,氧化铝16%,碳化硅30%,氧化镧12%,氧化钇20%,其余为碳酸钙。

步骤S30:按照受热层配方将氧化锆、氧化铝、碳化硅、氧化镧、氧化钇和碳酸钙用水混和,混和后将混合物均匀涂铺在步骤S20晾干的茶壶外表面,厚度为5mm,晒干,并按照常规陶器制作工艺进行烧窑,即可完成。

4.一种如权利要求1所述的高温陶水壶的制作方法,其特征在于,其包括以下步骤:
步骤S10:按照陶土层的配方将高岭石、水白云母和石英粉碎加水调和均匀,将陶土按照常规陶器制作工艺制作成茶壶状,晒干;
步骤S20:按照导热层的配方将氧化铍和氧化铝粉末加水调和,调和均匀后将导热层均匀涂铺在茶壶表面,晾干;
步骤S30:按照受热层配方将氧化锆、氧化铝、碳化硅、氧化镧、氧化钇和碳酸钙用水混和,混和后将混合物均匀涂铺在步骤S20晾干的茶壶外表面,晒干,并按照常规陶器制作工艺进行烧窑,即可完成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的高温陶水壶的制作方法,其特征在于,所述的导热层涂铺厚度为2-4mm;所述的受热层的涂铺厚度为2-5mm。
